I’ve now spent over 2 weeks attempting to contact the developer and had zero useful responses.
Money was spent on the account on the prior release and due to time lapsed, I have no recourse to recover the funds other than hope the developer does the right thing and helps recover my account.
If you decide to play after reading this, play with extreme caution.

Developer no longer responds to emails. Essentially cementing that, in the bigger picture, they’re a SCAM company.
Apple should disallow them from the App Store but Apple doesn’t care about scamming developers anymore either.

Customer service sucks
There are a few problems in the problems in game, like not getting gems when combined.
But forget the clowns at customer service! They tell you to fill out a form and wait patiently and then that seems to be last you’ll ever hear from them.

Money driven
I’ve been playing this game for about 3 years and I honestly think it’s just based on money they have a manipulation where you’re supposed to get a character but when it comes to ancient summonings that does not happen, they give you a 20% markup but when you do the math, it actually is way less actually during special events normally ancient summonings I spend about 50 to 60 summons and I get a legendary but during the special events lately I have been spending 80 to 100 and still not even getting a legendary when you’re supposed to get one with a 20% markup so it’s basically a con in the game is getting money driven and I highly suggest you don’t buy into this game. It is a great game but at the same time. Money driven, and they’re not giving you what you pay for. Also, it just takes so much time and investment to complete stages. You have to watch YouTube videos and. It’s not a game anymore. It’s a challenge, That’s not even worth taking the time out of your life to play it’s ridiculous you have to watch too many videos and invest time to play the game. It’s just ridiculous. Ridiculous, It’s not worth playing, especially if you game it seems like the more money you give these creators the harder they make it, so don’t spend money you might have a better experience than I did.

Do not believe the tap for me + summons! I never got my 30 summons for downloading and playing the game! It is a lie…
Money grabber
Not sure how this game has a 4.7 rating. I guess people like giving away their money since that’s about all this game is about. If you don’t spend money, you don’t get anything decent.
Horrible pity system
The most greedy pity system in the genre, well Raid may be worse, but you can save hundreds of summons and get trash “legendaries”. 180 summons to improve drop rate and then trash. At end game certain mechanics are an absolute and even with hundreds of dollars and no guarantee of anything useful.

Was worth it
I played this game when it first came out and loved it. I took a break from the game and then decided to come back to my account being deleted. What a great way for coming back to the game. I will never play this game again, but I don’t know why I am writing this because we will just get ignored anyways.

I lost access to my account but the form wants my server id from my account I can’t access. That makes no sense. I’ve spent money on the game and played for years and can’t contact a real human being to help me out

RNG is the worst in this game
I’ve literally played this game for 880 days. I have only got one legendary soul stone through dragon rewards. The other three were: 2 earned through achievements, 1 purchased. This game caters to new people. They always get the banner heroes and dragon rewards are always better than those that have paid thousands of dollars and been here for over 2 years. This game has degraded over the last 20 months for me. I am choosing to put the game down because devs lie in interviews, the RNG is terrible, and the catering to new players is asinine.
Edit: It’s been 10 days longer and I’ve watched three newer-ish players in my guild get a Legendary soulstone. And I’ve still yet to receive one. The devs don’t care about the player base that built them up. Only care about getting new people in. I’ve watched many people quit this game because it’s literal trash how poorly the older accounts get treated. Now I see firsthand. This game will be uninstalled in 10 days time if no legendary soulstone is gifted to me through guild boss rewards. Cause this is bs!

I had 12 draws in last month’s Special Divine Summoning. I saved up a few Legendary Summoning Crystals for today’s Special Divine Summoning. On my 13th draw, it was gold (Legendary Hero). Rosalia's animation played for 0.5 seconds, then it was replaced by Calypso's animation. I was like, wtf! How unbelievable! I’ve got an email from when I started playing when I linked it to my Facebook and says it doesn’t exist same with my email and my IOS. I link everything when I play how on earth did it get deleted?!?! Thanks for blatantly stealing the money I poured into this game so happy I wasted my time. I still have the old app on my phone but completely unable to access it to get my account!!
Gear raid 2
It’s almost impossible to to clear past level 21 because it hits too hard the entire point of gear ready too, and all the previous level levels was to heal and tank everything and then damaged the Boss. It’s ridiculous that you need specific heroes to get past it and you gotta juggle them that’s not what the other levels were about it needs to be addressed.
Totally rigged
You put all this time, money and effort into acquiring all of the summoning crystals, and you literally never get any of the heroes that they put out there to acquire. I summoned probably 150 times and never got a single one of the promotional characters. A complete waste of time and money…. Would give absolutely zero stars if I could.
Don’t rely on any support if you have an issue.
I’ve followed their support ticket system. They require you to submit a form. When they respond to the form, you have to submit another form again. There isn’t a way to trouble the issue. They just ask you to send another form. Then eventually after you have submitted enough forms as a response to their feedback/instructions, they tell you to contact support. The same email that is replying to you…

WoR Account recovery
I sent an email on January 21, 2026 requesting help to recover my account as I am not able to access due to the change to WoR-US. I add my email, username and photos showing proof of purchases made on the game and no response at all. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue. Terrible customer service experience.

At this point, you have to either save for months or get lucky. You need at least 400 summons to grab a banner hero and even then the odds still aren’t great, even with the new pity system. Yes this is a gatcha and it becomes abundantly clear the longer you play. The hero pool is over saturated and the math doesn’t math.
Levels can be overwhelming frustrating, why because the monster info doesn’t really tell you anything useful. You will quickly realize the translation from Chinese to English is very lacking especially in context. Half of the monster skill sets or the mechanics of the fight aren’t even mentioned. You will spend just as much time on YouTube figuring out fights (that is if you have the hero, sub, gear, etc). Sure it can be fun and I still enjoy it. It’s just to the point it’s becoming less fun and when I say I’ve played the last three years I mean almost every day, I have skipped maybe less than 5 days total. 🤷🏾♂️ it’s habit at this point, not entertainment.

Pay to win
Drop rates in this game is horrendous. Rolled over 200 times and did not get a single good character.
Unfortunate
I would rate this game high but after playing for a long time and collecting tons of people, they decided to change the app and I can’t recover my account. I effectively lost months of work so don’t start this game if you want to keep your champions
Keeps crashing
Please fix the issue of crashing and making you exit the game. Even after updates it still crashes with no exception every time I play.
Games ok support not so much
The game is fun and I’ll probably come back here and there but not sure how much money I’ll spend. The game is beautiful in the graphics are amazing and there’s enough things to do to keep you occupied, but if you try and get help from the helpdesk, don’t count on getting any resolution. I put in a help ticket for not getting an epic item from the Dracula quest and never got the item sent to me or any compensation. As of today. 5/25/26 The game is not playable for a pending update that isn’t even in the shop.
Great characters
Love the in game models and audio but too many boss fights or challenge content is “boss spawns, one shots units”. Trying to overcome having units repeatedly one shot isn’t a fun or thrilling challenge. Just feels bad. If you don’t get lucky with strong legendaries, you’re stuck. Unless of course you buy 10 gamba rolls for the same price as a full featured game. Would be an amazing tower defense game if it chose the business model of Bloons instead of Raid Shadow Legends. Modern gaming 😞
Just another complex dopamine mess
Like many other modern games, the developers think that integrating non-stop dopamine hits is the way to make a game fun. It’s not. The non-stop “tap here, claim this, tap here, do this” nonsense gets old quick. Games like this are a time suck and not actually any fun.
Don’t fall for it
The drop rates are so bad. I save saved and saved, 300+ pulls and nothing. It’s just not worth it or fun if u can’t have anything to play. Wasted my time.
