not accessible to blind people using VoiceOver
The app sounds great. Too bad they exclude VoiceOver users. The initial screens telling us what a great app it is are easily read, but when I went to create an account, I just got image Image Image. Choose an image and it wants me to log in using Apple. Choose another and it wants me to log in using Facebook. Are those the only options? only the sighted can tell, I guess. Thanks for nothing.Too bad I can't give it a 0 rating.

The lack of transparency around pricing is extremely misleading. If you advertise a trial, customers should not be charged a full annual membership instantly. Because of this dishonest purchase process and refusal to correct the charge, I cannot recommend this app.

Did not work
I bought this app for one specific phone call. When I received the phone call I hit “the big red button” as I was instructed to do, and it did not work!!! CANCELLED.
Zero Speaker Diarization
Used it for a year and agree it made life easier. But it’s a very low bar for getting a single name correct, or even identifying repetitive voice. Mention a name and suddenly they are a speaker. It’s become worthless compared to newer products.
Confusing
Initial set up is too confusing. It is hard to figure out what it is that you’re supposed to be doing. Also have not figured out how to get the information from the notetaker to a different app such as OneNote or teams.

Because of these repeated charge attempts, I can’t download any other apps from the App Store-even free ones-until the billing issue clears. Please stop the billing attempts and confirm my subscription is fully canceled. This has been very disruptive.

This app takes your login and email information before telling you that you must pay to use it. Deleted.
Stops recording no notification
Tried it once it just stopped recording the meeting I needed notes for.
App locks up at home page.
No idea if this thing works. Installed 3x, uninstalled 2x (soon to be 3). Every time I get the app home page but freezes (I guess the bar on the top is supposed to move?). To add insult to injury, when I go back to App Store and click on Tech Support for help, it opens up the App which is still not working.

Charges me fee, Won’t let me use until I upgrade!!!
It won’t let me record as it was before, I was in a meeting and turned it on, it asked for upgrade which I rejected but it won’t let me use app unless I buy the subscription, I clicked on it thinking there will be a free option as no where it was mentioned that there will be a purchased required. I was charges $22, and they denied to refund and asked me to reach out to Apple Store, which obviously they also denied. I don’t use this app much and was happy as it was free, now I am using Chat GPT, same service but free, down part is I realized it after loading $22 .
Junk App
Using this app on a MacBook Pro M1 Pro machine with 32gb of ram. I have constant issues and errors that pop up. The app crashes out of no where while trying to process recordings. If the recording is more than 30 minutes, forget it, not going to process it. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and have all the same issues on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I regret subscribing to this program for a full year. I will not be renewing.
Doesn’t even work
For the cost you pay, this app doesn’t even work. I’ve had multiple meetings be “recorded” & not once did it actually work. Almost feels like a scam for the price they charge. They even admitted it’s a ‘bug’ yet still charged me 3 months of a broken app.
What happened?!?
I have the pro version and it’s been stopping the recording after 4 min. It has a summary at the bottom with some chat ai I don’t use. My full transcript is not there. I even check the app during my meeting to make sure it’s recording! The file recovery button doesn’t work

Beware! I started a 3 day trial today and was immediately charged for the year subscription. I wanted to actually use the trial to test alongside a couple of options and now I’m trapped.
Garbage App Don't Waste Your Money - Stay Away
This app seemed to be exactly what I was looking for to help supplement my note taking during meetings.
UNFORTUNATELY, THIS APP IS GARBAGE.
I experienced frequent crashing, inconsistent post-call processing (summary and transcript uploads), and poor customer service by the founder, Josh, who made promises that an update would fix the issues, but it did not.
My request for refund was then denied, even though the app DOES NOT work as intended. If a product doesn't work any payment should be refunded immediately. This is business 101. I am out $100 and this app still doesn't function properly.
Save yourself the trouble and money, and purchase ANY other AI note taking app besides this one.

App does not do what it says
Tried multiple times to set up the app but it requires verification of your phone number and the developer apparently doesn’t support non-US numbers. I also requested a refund immediately after signing up (ie within one day) and was refused. Waste of $140. Do your research first.
Needs a short trial period
A 3-to-7 day trial would be an effective way to try out the service bride I outlay $140 for a one year subscription.

Free trial cost $140
I signed up for a free trial. They charged me $140 and are now saying I’m not eligible for a refund after I tried to cancel the same day I bought the app.
False advertising
$21.99/mo but my card is charged $23.31. Works well, but a bit of a scam if you ask me.
Not usable
Basically, when this thing works , it works great, but it constantly is asking you to upgrade your paid subscription and won’t let you access the app until you’ve upgraded your subscription even if you’ve already chosen a subscription level so basically it is unusable.

Kind of a scam
It’s kind of a scam. I’m not really sure how their pricing system works. I pay 9.99 a month. I get a limit of 300 minutes. I do an upgrade for $21 a month and guess what… 300 minutes. The description says for the professional $21 a month you should get unlimited however it only gave me 300 minutes. it’s a scam.
Does not record you calls
Wanted this to take notes of my calls. When I’m on a call through my cell phone app will not start at all. It may work great if using on a separate device to listen in, but does not work if you call in on the same phone as the app.
Stops working
The app stops working on iPads when you open another app I’ve reached out several times to the company got no response. Customer service is terrible.
Subscribers beware
I know times are getting rough but honesty goes a long way when I went to go use my notetaker I couldn’t use it not unless I paid more money. My price went from $9.99 a month to $21 and I didn’t approve this And I still had another month on my subscription. This is not only been dishonest, but it’s being criminal too. I’ll never subscribe to this app again. It was working good up to that point but honesty goes a long way in my book.
Day one, not happy at all
I tried to use it to record a conversation on a phone call that I was already on, it would not record and said I needed to continue to open and close the app to make it happen. I'm not sure that it actually will record a phone call that you were already on? I will reach out to wave and see. I then attempted to use their service which required a third-party phone number to call me prior to dialing my number. It appears that it recorded, but would not let me open it saying it was downloading. We will see if this product is worth the money I paid...
Works Until It Doesn’t
Recordings get stuck trying to upload, never finish and can’t get to the recording.

Multiple times I’ve had very important calls that need to be recorded. After the call, the app shows an error that nothing was recorded
Cuts out during recording
Just got off a call where the recorder, while kept recording, recorded silence as the meeting was going. I hadn’t touched my device and so I had to pause the recording and restart just to get the recorder to pick up sound. Lost like 10-15 minutes of an important meeting. Then the last 10 minutes it stopped tracking the time as though it has stopped recording altogether but the sound looked like it was still being picked up. Not reliable. Don’t count on it for important meetings.
Glitching this month
App was working fine and I was relying on it until this month and now it will not let me start a new recording, but keeps popping up for me to upgrade my subscription although I don’t need to upgrade the subscription and stick with the monthly. But I’m stuck in a cycle of clicking to record and start a new recording and then The advertisement pops up on the screen. Cannot do any new recordings, very frustrating when you rely on it for work

Needs work. Always needs me to update the app in order to use it. Probably only gets 50% of my meetings correctly.

It was not fully free first use was free after that it wasn’t as a high school student I need this but I can’t afford it so yeaaaaaa.

Won’t upload to notion. Prices in apple sub are cheaper than in the direct app 🤣
Must Give Access to Existing Account
I can’t even sign up with my email. They want access to your Apple account, your Google account, or your Facebook account. Otherwise you can’t even sign up for a free trial or anything.
