As the title says, logs me out of the app every time I open it, making me jump through hoops and go to email just to log back in and not to mention it refuses to verify my ID even though there is nothing wrong with my uploaded images. Will not be redownloading the app. Might as well just order through DoorDash

Earned 10 cents off and when I had to refuel again, tried to do the fuel at pump option in app and redeem 10 cents off, it was saying there was an issue of some sort and just completely took my points. So I lost my fuel discount and had to pay full price anyways.

Worst ordering app in America
I have never had a positive experience with Wawa, but needed 10 hoagies for a few people coming over. I downloaded the app and built my order, with the goal of scheduling it tomorrow. After 20 minutes of getting my cart together, they do not allow for order ahead for more than 8 hours. Embarassing. Stupid. The next morning, I try again. I choose DoorDash delivery with Apple Pay. Payment fails. No information on why. I try again, same failure. I then go find a credit card. Add the CC. Redo my entire cart for a second time. Attempt to checkout. Payment fails, this time, it says it’s because the order is too large - but of course, it gives no indication on what that means. Is there a 5 item max? 8? NO INFORMATION! Then, I go through the process again, this time, with curbside delivery. Apple Pay fails. Credit card fails with the same error, “Too many items, try again”. YOU ARE A FKING CONVENIENCE STORE AND YOURS TELLING MENI HAVE TOO MANY ITEMS FOR PICKUP? ARE YOU PEOPLE A LITTLE SLOW OVER THERE IN WAWA PA? Then, I do In-Store pickup option. Apple Pay, payment fails. Credit card, payment fails - too many times in cart of in store pick up! ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Not user friendly
I wanted to create an account to use for my wife and I and apparently you can only be logged in on one account. Also the pumps never work for remote pay and there’s no way to scan the app at the pump.

What is going on with Wawa here 1660 US-22 E, Union, NJ. The clerk is charging me for a cup for ice even when I’m buying a sandwich.
He claims ice is no longer free.
I travel all over the country and I’m happy Wawa has expanded to many states.
It’s one of my favorite places to stop and fill my tank and buy a huge bottle of water and a sandwich. Today I still have water in my car so I ordered a sandwich and free cup for ice and the cashier is charging me a cup like I’m getting soda. I have a medical condition I can’t drink sodas. Unfortunately I left my sandwich and didn’t purchase anything because I can’t have ice.

Ridiculous Gas Holds
I did their mobile gas pump and they put a $100 hold on my card despite the fact that I picked the $40 prepay option and I only spent $32. Second time they’ve done this. ATP screw the points, I’ll just get gas at 7/11.

It’s ridiculous, before the activate in app worked half the time. Now no matter what it will just not work. Even with different Wawas and different cards. I have so many points and can’t even use them. I’m about to stop filling up at Wawa because other apps such as upstart have good deals as well without you earning points AND it ALWAYS works unlike this app.
Mobile Ordering
The app does not tell me ahead of time when ordering is unavailable at my 24/7 location. I rely on my coffee and breakfast at 3:45 am and I am very frustrated I only find out at 3:40am that my orders are unavailable because mobile ordering at my location is shutoff. I am very very frustrated.

Made me tap through 50 things on the order screen and I had to hit place order 5 times after they ask “do u want this, that to donate to this or to choose this instead” like bro just let me order my food
I can’t use my app anymore.
They have updated the app recently only allowing 16,1 iso and newer to update. My iso is 15.8 and won’t be able to be any higher, even though both devices were new in box less than 4 years ago. I had been using the Wawa app for rewards points for over a decade now. I’m very sad about having to order through safari now.

I stood at the pump for almost 10 minutes trying to get the app to work proper. Then I tried to get feedback and the app locked up. Get your stuff together, Wawa.

I love Wawa. I can’t stand this app…I have tried to create an account half a dozen times and I give up. Tried with google, tried with my email address. Enormously frustrating.

I have been trying to use the app and reward card for at least 6 months. Without too much detail it simply will not let me sign in. I have tried everything I can think of. Just tried again today (05/16/26) and nope. It’s so ridiculous in this day and age. It’s a luxury problem for sure but still a major annoyance.

Rewards store update is horrible
Loyal user of Wawa here. Usually save my points up for the free breakfast burrito. Changing from 500 to 750 points and costing an extra $25 to get it is insane.

Great app, but…
The app forces updates constantly. It is impossible to use without constantly updating. Every time I feel like using the app to go to Wawa, it tells me I need to update, and that makes me not want to go through the effort of updating, so I don’t go to Wawa that day. I highly recommend searching for alternative apps or locations to avoid this major inconvenience. 😺

I went to Wawa during grand opening in my area. Pizza was worse than a frozen pizza. Coffee tasted like a wet ash tray. Soup tasted fine but was mostly broth. I want to enter my phone number for rewards. I won’t be going back.

You don’t save 30c on gas without first getting 1000points. 7/11 is way better at saving on fuel and gave me $1.45 off after signing up and claiming codes

Constant bugs and issues
I am really sick and tired of having issues with this app. I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it 9 times in the past two weeks because it either just doesn't respond to my touch or it logged me out when I go to use my rewards or pay. I've tried every trick that they have suggested and they keep saying it's just a common issue. Can you please fix the Wawa app for iPhone please?
Not worth it
They get things wrong so easily and it wastes your money and then it takes almost 10-20 minutes for them to even do something because you have to call them and its sucks.
