Lift/Recliner Chair
Don’t order from here!!! It says this is Wayfair, but once they get your money, you have to deal with some off the wall company. I should have known that no one would be selling a lift chair for $69.00, but their ad said it was a 90% discount sale and had several items in the ad. It looked just like this one. I sent the money, received an invoice almost immediately that said my payment was cleared and my item would arrive shortly. After I waited several weeks with no messages, I emailed the place that said they received my payment to inquire as to where my chair was. I received an answer from a delivery company saying that my item was stuck in customs because it wasn’t wrapped properly, but I would
receive it soon. I have emailed them over and over for over 6 months with no answer except that it was still sitting at the port in SINGAPORE! I sent them an ugly email about a month ago and they sent an email offering a refund. I told them that I would take the refund, but I have yet to receive it. I sent another email last week and was informed that their paperwork showed that the order had been delivered and I had signed for it. They suggested that I check online for the pictures that my cameras would have recorded of this. I informed them that my security camera company doesn’t save the pictures from my doors and that my front door camera doesn’t work. I instructed them to send me a copy of my signature and the picture they would have taken of that happening. They replied that maybe it was really on my porch but I just didn’t see it. I told them that my front porch was not very large, that I am not blind, and that I would certainly notice a lift chair sitting out there! Then they told me they knew that my neighborhood was troubled with porch theft so that could have been the issue. I informed them that I had never had anything taken from my porch and neither had my neighbors. They had the nerve to say that maybe I just didn’t know about it. I assured them that I or someone in my neighborhood would have noticed a person carrying a lift chair whose motor alone weighs about 60 pounds down the street. I have not received evidence of my signature, my chair, or my refund. Don’t give them your money!!!

Glitchy app
This is a review of the app, not the store. This is maybe the glitchiest shopping app I’ve ever tried to use. As an interior designer, I have avoided purchases from Wayfair just so I don’t have to interact with this. Almost every time I try to use it, I get a “please reload” error.
Account Balance can’t be applied
Account balance can’t be applied due to a technical issue so they charged my credit card and refused to correct the issue. So it ended up with me paying full amount with credit card and the account balance is just sitting there. They told me I could use my account balance in the future purchase. Come on, how can I trust this site

What happened to my members rewards?
I have been a members rewards customer and now I am being asked to sign up again
Payment Options
Why is it so hard to check out? There is no reason that Apple Pay needs to be used. I specifically did not set up Apple Pay on any device for a personal reason. There is no reason for a “store” to make us use it. I’m not sure I’ll order again.

Where the hell is the customer service number and how do you find your credit card info?
I have the Wayfair credit card. I went to the app to try and find a way to access it and stay on top of my account, but Wayfair seems to have a gatekeeping process that doesn’t allow you to talk to customer service where you get involved with the Credit department.
No customer service
I ordered two of the same ceiling fans on the same date, one arrived within a week, the other still hasn’t arrived a month later. When I track my order it says waiting for delivery but every time the delivery date comes they push the delivery date out a couple more days and have been doing this all month, finally today when I contacted them they told me they didn’t know what the problem was but that they could have it to me 17 days from today or cancel the order. Now I have a client with one ceiling fan who has been patiently waiting for the other matching fan but can’t wait till July so I have to start all over again because Wayfair couldn’t be bothered to tell me why or what to expect, they just kept leading me on and never even bothered to apologize! Not very professional in my opinion.
Wayfair Mastercard account is hard to access
Since I’ve shopped so much on Wayfair with my Wayfair Mastercard, I frequently access that account to check my balance and to make payments, but instead of internally from the app, the app takes credit card customers to an external tab. Lately, this tab won’t load, even when I bookmarked it on my home-screen. Now I must resort to the old school method of calling the 800 number just to access my account, which is inconvenient when I’d prefer to see on the screen my credit and balance plus payment functions.
List Out of Stock Items
Wayfair is terrible. They’re just another third party lister, and have sold me three items in a row that weren’t actually in stock. Just weeks waiting and then cancelled. I have a house to stage for sale.
Do not buy from this site
I received an order missing several crucial parts. After 45 messages back and forth, has not been resolved and I am responsible to pay for return shipping?? Also, the product descriptions are false and the word glass was in product description and details, but was falsely plastic. Scam products. Beware. Not anything is as described. 43 years old here, 20 yrs buying items online and first time I’ve ever needed to report to the better business bureau.

Too far into “discover” territory
The app makes searching by category/department hard to find. For “search by department” to be a small pill button at the top that you can easily scroll past/blended in with “idea” pills is poor UX.

Deceptive Product Photos
I ordered a premium bathroom hardware set that contained seamless, sleek, modern towel bars in the high resolution product photos. The actual product has visible seams that ruin the aesthetic. Wayfair then has the audacity to charge for a return after misrepresenting the product. I’ve enjoyed Wayfair in the past, but this experience has broken trust in their product details.

Wayfair deceased my credit limit now it wouldn’t even allow me to spend $933 to get all the furniture I need for my new place.Now I gotta pay another way to get the other two accent chairs I love with the couch I just order.

This app needs to be better
This app really grinds my gears. It is so glitchy no matter the update. It’s hard to save items to already created lists and it freezes if I try to create a new board. There’s no way to batch remove out of stock items from your list. When I am searching for specific items, it just goes back to the Home Screen randomly so I have to restart my search. I really want to love Wayfair, but the app is not user friendly
