I try to use the app in USA. No such luck.
Ich bezahle Web.de seit Jahrzehnten und ich bin nicht fähig vom außereuropäischen Ausland ein zusätzliches Konto einzurichten. Nachdem mein Sohn mir zwei zusätzliche E-Mail Adressen eingerichtet hatte, ist es Web.de nicht möglich diese Konten zu meinem Web.de Konto hinzuzufügen.

After update stopped working
App worked nicely for one year, after update from last week the App doesn’t work anymore.
Unstable
Since the update it crashes very often. Lately I had to reinstall the app, since it froze on me.

New changes aren't always good changes
I have to sign in each time I want to check my mail, it used to save my info. When I do sign in and delete an email, it does not sync with the actual main account and I all of a sudden have new folders - one for my pad, one for the phone and one when I'm on an actual PC, all with the same mail, just different locations. I actually end up having to delete the same message 3 times. It used to work better, at least I didn't need to sign in each time.

Die neue version stürtz immer wieder ab. Macht kein spass... Schnell update... Dann auch wieder mehr sterne :)
Warum installiere ich die Updates eigentlich noch?
Sobald es mir anzeigt, dass ich eine neue Email bekommen habe und ich diese öffne, ist der Bildschirm schwarz und nichts funktioniert mehr...
Unstabil
Seit der neuen Version stürzt die App quasi jedesmal ab wenn ich sie öffnen will. Es hilft nichts außer sie zu löschen und neu zu laden. Ziemlich nervig.

login issue
Recently got the new iPhone 15 and when trying to log in to my account it would not let me or it would open the browser and lets me log in in the browsers. However after logging in in the browser it would then say you successfully logged out. Is the app not compatible with the new iPhone at the moment ?
Stopped working
I’ve been using it for years. Some up and downs regarding functionality but overall an ok app. For a few days now it won’t receive any mails anymore. It’s not downloading it from the server. It shows me that I have some but when I open the app nothing happens and the date that shows when emails were checked the last time stays the same. I have not checked the internet platform to see I if it’s a server problem maybe and not an app problem. Anybody same issue?
I miss emails
The app is fine if it wouldn’t loose my emails with every other update . Since Wednesday I didn’t get emails from providers I always got emails but total obviously spams I receive . Please fix the issue and let my emails through ....

Sudden Log outs
I wonder why this freakin app logs out all the time, it's just such a pain! I don't believe that this relatively new feature exist in order to prevent fraud! Those automatic app log outs are just a pain in the butt! I would appreciate if you could do something about it!

Langsam und fehlerhaft
Sehr langsam und immer noch zu viele Fehler um vernünftig mit arbeiten zu können. Nur leider ist die mobile Version von Web.de noch eingeschränkter. Da war es besser als die voller Version noch auf mobilen Geräten funktionierte. Das wurde aber ja leider geblockt.
