This app is garbage. Webull has an army of millions of bot farms to make it seem like anyone’s using their app. It’s ALL fake. Webull completely complicit with these click farm bots & says all accounts are real. How much are these bot farms making to spam every ticker on its app 24/7? Please add a report bot button, cause reporting them does nothing. There is NO customer support- ZERO. NONE. You get shuffled around via different automated “customer assistants” who don’t answer ANY questions & they are never the same “person” & they can’t even thread emails or messages & then they close the thread with no resolution.
When you call you get put on a waiting list & when they finally call back they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about & say there’s nothing they can or will do. The app is infested with MILLIONS of bot accounts (not an exaggeration)that are left up to the user to report (absurd that they can’t monitor their own users). These bots spam promo post constantly & post fake gains. It’s so blatantly obvious that they are fake. These bots harass you, cuss you out & tell you to perform sex acts on them & even promote suicide! They really expect you to report millions of fake accounts. And the best part is that after you report the fake accounts, nothing happens, they just carry on as if nothing happened. What is the point of reporting? What sorta broken system is this?
Now, imagine if these bots are trading against you!Webull should be glad you can’t upload pix in the reviews. The non existent CS “reps” tell you they refuse to communicate with you anymore & say that it’s a closed matter that will no longer be discussed or don’t reply at all or they lie to you. There’s also ads above your holdings. There’s tons wrong with this app, this is just a small snapshot. They banned & then locked me out of my account for no reason & with no notification whatsoever. Webull also becomes unusable & you get locked out of trades due to reliance on AWS failures. Will users be compensated, doubt it since you can’t contact or actually communicate with any real customer service reps. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Delisted penny stocks
You guys really need to have some sort of symbol or something above delisted penny stocks. Will Not Allow You To Trade All Stocks
Webull used to be a good app but recently they have restricted the stocks that you are allowed to trade. They do not tell you the stock you want to trade is restricted until you try to to buy/sell. So, you waste time following a stock waiting for a good entry and when you try to enter, the trade is rejected.

I filled an order March 17, 2026 for 500 shares of AIOS at $.69 a share and went to sell my shares at $27. A share now you tell me I only have 25 shares. Fix it…
Can only buy stocks they want you to buy
More and more does Webull restrict tickers, not randomly either. You think you’re ahead of the curb and then bam! Stock can only be liquidated. Take your money somewhere else

This app is horrendous. It’s full of bugs and missing features. Let’s look at one example: you can’t look at your P&L at time range greater than two years (besides viewing your P&L over all time). Did you want to look at your P&L over the last three years? Too bad. Even then the feature doesn’t even work, because they made a stupid coding mistake. The two year range isn’t even two years. It’s actually just the current year and previous year. For example, it’s May 2026, you can only see the P&L back to January of 2025. If you try to set the date range to June of 2024, it’ll tell you to select a different date that’s within a two year range, despite that date being working two years! That means you essentially cannot see a two year time frame if you’re trying to check back two years in January or February. Then I tried to report it as a bug, only for customer service to tell me to use a two year time frame! The whole damn app is like this, go to literally any other platform.

I’ve been missing out on good stocks, that could have been very profitable. With all the stocks that have been blocked over the last several weeks, Webull is on the decline and will probably loose many traders over the next several months. Just my 2 cents. Shape up Webull!!!!
Doesn’t work
Try to link a prepaid card and it fails to work. There is no reason for this other than surveillance.
Daily P&L screen
For some reason, I don’t have the option to click my daily p&l screen with the blue background, nor do I get the detailed view of open positions. Only on paper view do I have access to these options. I dont understand how I’m the only one with this issue
I hate ai features
Used to really like Webull, now I can’t even just get and read news events myself.

After lengthy trial of this app, I have concluded that the stocks are too easily influenced by corrupt politicians, the more you invest the lower the stock dips, I haven’t made any profit in the last 6 years using this or any other investment app, I can’t reccomend this or any other investing app and for these reasons I am divesting and discontinuing

If you’re day trading the top gainers be prepared for restrictions today I was restricted from two stocks because their clearing firm deemed it to “risky” I’m heading to fidelity.

WEBULL Is Not Reliable
I started an account with WEBULL in the last 6 months but I am thinking I need to move to another brokerage after my open trades play out. A stock dipped after I purchased it and I am waiting for it to come back up. I have a limit sell order set and 4 times now WeBull has canceled the order without my direction. They always do it around 2:30am in the morning too. This is slimy and dishonest. I don’t have confidence in my orders being executed and I don’t feel comfortable keeping my money here because of this! I have IRAs at Fidelity for years now and they have never canceled any of my orders no matter how wide the price difference is but they are not 24 hrs. There is another brokerage out there that doesn’t try to rip off their clients.

I don’t understand why I’m being restricted and getting messages saying that I can’t make trades anymoreP I can only liquidate things. Why could I not be able to liquidate? Why can’t I sell anything like why am I getting these messages saying I have to like let My Account just like blow itself out or what I know it’s about the day trading the SEC set in place for any accounts that are 25,000 but as of the last 30 days revoked that regulation and lifted the restrictions so again I digress what’s going on
WeFolio is gone
I used to really like Webull especially because of its WeFolio feature. It gave users the ability to invest in a structured, portfolio style approach similar to M1 Finance but with more flexibility and active control. That made it stand out and feel like a perfect balance between long term investing and active trading, even better than Robinhood in many ways.
However, since Webull discontinued WeFolio, the app has lost a big part of what made it unique. Now it feels like just another standard trading platform without that differentiated investing experience.
Really hoping they bring something like WeFolio back in the future.

News feed
Why does your company allow constant negative bias on the news feed. Are you paid for these ads by the law firms?
Version 12.0 is a major downgrade
The target price alerts is missing the delta percentage that used to be auto calculated! It’s the most important feature because when you enter a price target alert it auto calculates how far up or down you were from that target price based on the current price. Now you just have numbers with no percentage meaning. I want the alert price input field that dynamically shows percentage change from current price back.
Terrible app
Trading it glitches when you are in a good trade and you lose your money. Only if it’s a small win it pays you
Blocking stocks
If you new and reading this, Don’t go for this app because it blocks stocks that are moving. Select some other broker.
LIMIT ORDERS
Why can’t you place orders after the market which will execute when the market opens anyway instead of rejecting orders placed after hours.
No Liquid Glass
The last update with the Liquid Glass at the menu bottom was a bad design choice. Please consider reverting to the previous design.

I love that the Webull iPhone app has the account overview to show all accounts, including crypto, but the “HD” app for iPad doesn’t have this or let you see your crypto account so I have to have both apps. Also, the HD app doesn’t have widgets that the iPhone version has. I do like the hybrid of having some windows app features available in the HD. Would be nice if display and configuration settings synced across all devices. Moomoo was better at all this and being consistent but I moved from Moomoo to webull for the better order placement but come on guys, do better UI testing with users who actually use your stuff, not just developers testing it and going “yeah sure this is ok”. Will be switching to Schwab…following up to previous review after developer says to reach out, yeah no response there. Webull does not do user testing, why do you need two apps? Why cant the best features of the iPhone app, like editing the quick trading buttons, be available on the “HD” app. Webull is great in theory but horrible in delivery. My day trade account is the last one with them. It will be moved soon. If you are sold on not going with a badass trader like Schwab, or really want to trade on mobile then go with Moomoo. Don’t use Webull or Robinhood......another update march 30 2026. They updated the app over the weekend to give it pretty fonts and add voice trading. Wtf? But the layout is still garbage and today the app is so laggy the pricing wasn’t updating appropriately and lost money because the lag. I’m done with webull.
Not good customer support and not good mobile app in my opinion
Webull is a trading app that is not sufficient in my opinion in either app interface or customer support. Their customer support team is cold rude and standoffish mostly. I personally would never use webull over other trading apps. My experience was horrible and when I tried to bring up issues, customer support told me I was wrong and ignored the problem completely.

Computer app is HORRIBLE
Idk about the mobile app but as far as the PC software, it is AWFUL. I keep giving it chances but it keeps screwing me out of money. Nothing like being green on a stock only for Webull to decide it wants to do an update and it wants to spam your screen with menus, then your green position flips red!
Only good thing about them is trading at 4AM, but what’s the point when you have to trade against the market AND your own broker?

In App Notifications vanish too quickly, and are hard to find again as you have to check all the different channels. They push their premium too much. Can’t talk to support without agreeing to their extra AI disclaimer. It’s 2026, why is there no dark mode? My poor retinas don’t appreciate the bright white background. Menu system seems to lack a global search function. The left side menu is pointless since everything is in the main menu. They have a few nice features that Schwab doesn’t have, but overall using this app is disappointing.
Blocks purchase of highly moving stocks
When I see a fast moving stock and try to buy, Webull may say the security can only be liquidated while other brokers don't have the limitation, making it very annoying not being able to buy a stock that is very nicely surging in price.
The UI is nice though, for mobile, one of the best next to Moomoo, so I'll at least give a 2nd star. But I can't give the rest of the stars because the app doesn't help me find what I want very well (stocks beginning to surge in price within the last few minutes), and when I do find them a bit randomly, they may be restricted to liquidation only which is no fun.
Note Webull and Moomoo both have the same stock restriction problem due to Apex Clearing, which they are being sued for.

Many Issues
For starters, purchases on crypto are filled at 1% over the current price and forced to sell at 1% under. So effectively, you are charged a 2% commission - which is ridiculous. Second, the interface is overly complicated and not intuitive at all; not in the sense that it’s necessarily hard to figure out but just not well designed. Also, the transfer times are absolutely beyond ridiculous. Money leaves your account same day but not available for an entire week!
Getting Worse
I used to love this app. Stats. Charts. News. On my app, the stats are inaccurate. It’s the only thing missing from making it the best platform available yet missing just that forces me to bring my rating down. How on Earth is it okay that stats aren’t accurate. I buy based on operating cash flow, price to earnings, book value. Yet, I can’t even trust the app to give me close to accurate valuation metrics. It’s absurd. Heavily considering switching currently.
Trading app or game?
I’ve opened an account without funding to explore the app. Personally I don’t like it. I can’t figure out if it’s a stock trading app, gambling app or another social media app full of bots and fake account posts. It’s like Robinhood meets Draft Kings meets Reddit. I’ll continue to explore it for a bit but I doubt I’ll be funding an account here.
Widget never updates or loads
Like the app but the widget constantly is either blank or old info.
Mobile app +Desktop needs better charting software
Webull has a great broker but the tech needs improvements with charting software and vendors. Momentum trading requires this otherwise it’s too risky and nothing worst than staring at a chart only to find out it reflecting incorrect charting details
