Disappointed
I’ve been using Webull for over three years, and watching this platform decline has been like watching a sports car slowly turn into a bicycle. The charts freeze or refuse to load exactly when you need them, like a GPS that quits working in the middle of a road trip. Order execution is so slow at times that it feels like mailing a letter instead of placing a trade. In trading, seconds matter, and a platform that can’t keep up is like a parachute that opens late you lose confidence when you need it most. After three years, I expected improvements, not a platform that feels less reliable than it used to. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

*UPDATE* I have responded to the email sent by Webull. When you respond again I will gladly upload the many screenshots shots and videos of price glitches on stock like AMC THEATERS. Many other stocks too I have recorded my phone screen while trading during and after market hours an along side other brokers. I have witnessed many price “glitches” aka rigged moments where a stocks price is show only on Webull significantly higher or lower than trading and soon after the action follows I have YEARS of footage and screen shots multiple tickers and various times throughout the day specially market close and premarket etc. I have screen recording of my comments being deleted on the app as well as others. I have paid for extra storage just to collect as much as I can until there’s comes a time it may be useful. I have multiples phones of this evidence and footage I’m mentioning. As well as backups. So I will gladly respond to your email. You know after I held calls and seen the stock go beyond the price of my calls only for no reaction on the options I held and then shortly after the price drop right back down. I was here since before in 2020/2021.

Webulls customer support is non existent. They DO NOT reply to you, ignore your inquiries & then delete your entire message history with them. Call them on the phone- get put on a waiting list, only to be called back & told theres nothing they can do. The app is overran with millions of fake bots posting racist, sexist, homophobic garbage, suggesting suicide, posting fake pnls, links to unsecured paid scams. Blatantly obvious bots. Webull tells you the accounts are real, but to report them (because they somehow cannot moderate their own platform). You report them-nothing happens. Contact webull, they don’t respond. Webull does gaf about customers. Stay away

The worst trading app ever. They scam you with bad order fills, then they play games with your funds so your not allowed to trade regularly. Complete trash and a scam.

Blocked me from selling my position, and I have proof
WeBull on two separate occasions has blocked me from selling my position in highly liquid stocks. Today I tried to sell out of a position, it cancelled the order itself two times, and it failed the sell orders multiple times over. I have my hotkey set at "Sell at Bid -0.10", ensuring I can always get out of a position - did not fill despite there being thousands of shares stacked at every level of the bid (only 400 shares), and when I manually entered an order multiple times for roughly 30%+ less than the bid, it still wouldn't fill. It lost me 30% in that single trade because it would not let me sell. No response from their customer service.
Not to mention they use Apex clearing and are perfectly fine with blocking trades on low float top gainers for months now. I’ve made tons of trades on WeBull and will no longer use them.

Trash
Absolute trash customer service. When I first set up the account customer service was impossible to reach. Then I decided to close the account, was told I couldn’t because there was 36 cents on the account. I tell the customer service no problem, keep the 36 cents just close out my account. I then get a passive aggressive response that if I don’t use the account they will charge me a fee? Yeah, good luck. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, if you want to keep money somewhere that the customer service is hard to reach and just doesn’t care go for it.
Robbing
Don’t trade on here their indicators are rigged and they manipulate the charts I used to win every trade and now I can’t get any trade wins it’s straight up robbing
Lacks Features and not User Friendly.
Wasted a lot of my time trying to unlink my bank account or debit card so I can link my new bank account or debit card. The app doesn’t offer a feature where you can link and unlink bank card and banks. Horrible design User Interface needs a big upgrade it’s out dated. Any other Fintech app you are able to link and add or remove debit cards easily but not on this app. I give it a 1 star because it wasted days of my time and push me behind on my investments.
Lack of Information and Poor Support
Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and very limited explanations when issues arise. Read the customer agreement carefully before signing up, as it gives Webull broad rights over account restrictions and terminations. Customers should fully understand the terms before opening an account. There are better brokers that provide clearer communication and better customer support.
Frustrating and cumbersome
A very deceiving platform however, a good platform to start but once you get over 1,000 bucks in your account they will begin to crush you with order execution issues.

It’s turned into a casino. You can’t even sell to close directly on some stocks. It’s clear that their focus is not on facilitating real investing.

Back to one star because of new delaying startup ad! I pay for this app. Why so many ads? I’ll never play the crazy contest or respond to these ads. Dark design with hard to spot Xs. It’s shameful. Take away ads for those paying for app services! Developer wrote to explain how buried in UI is ad disable. So hope this helps someone: disabled via the following steps: Menu page - Settings - Message Settings. New AI notice annoying. Will not accept your terms. Wish I could just turn off the flashing thing at the bottom of the screen!
Unable to withdraw fund back to the same bank account
I funded with my bank account now I want my money back. They just rejected my transfer. Stay away
Gave me investment to someone
Really enjoyed the app initially; did not check on investment often, which allowed them to ride it out. Went to check on the investment, and I was told that I had moved the investments, which wasn't me, and that they can't do anything for me. Be careful when using the App.

Tracking/Privacy
We like using Webull, I don’t like that by using their app they are able to collect Sensitive information from my phone. I would rather pay for the app versus having them sell my information in order to make money.
Missing feature
Why can’t I set trailing stop order beyond one day, this is terrible feature gap, please improve.

Clunky app no support
Had an Ira on Webull for years transferred out my money into a different Ira and got hit with a fee luckily Chuck is gonna Cover that. This stupid org transfers out at my request but left 2.30 in my account for some reason. Don’t use this

The system is to lagging and glitches, especially in turbo trading. They need to fix this.

Couldn’t trade the Top gainers for the fifth time these past a couple of months. It wouldn’t matter much, but when they’re 300% 400% 600% gainers it really puts in a bad mood.
No risk management option
DO NOT USE to actively trade!! The latest update got rid of any ability to set Stop Loss sell features. It was hard enough and cumbersome to do that before and now they have just removed it. Risk Management is the MOST important part of trading so for a trading platform to not have that as an option is unacceptable. I made the mistake once and will not EVER use this phone app to trade again. I do however use the app to check P&L, account balances, etc.
If 0 was a possibility I’d give it to it.
Struggles with stop losses and other features to trigger

Good luck finding anything. Even account management is hard to find. Worst app ever. Way too complicated. It didn’t have to be this way. Be careful because they will leave one penny in your account just so you can’t close it.
Cannot log into my account
WeBull has my money and now I cannot log into my account. Did not have this issue with Robin Hood App. Webull is trash and will take your money.
