Scam, Apple doesn't Refund (Developer lies) (Cancelled trial DAYSS before)
"Just because you cancel the trial doesn't mean you dont get charged after the free trial is over" Developer replies with the same (I know im getting away with it but I got to play it off) reply to the multiple reviews dealing with this same exact issue. Before the developer replies with a lie. I was curious about the app function and I got the free trial to test it and seemed like a gimmick and inaccurate and cancelled long before the free trial was going to be over. Even though under my purchases/subscription tab it says "Expired/cancelled" DAYS BEFORE TRIAL ENDED on March 3rd I found out days later on March 7th there was a purchase done without any authorization (The day the free trial would end if i kept it). Reported it to Apple like the developer claims you can do and it's just a reply he gives to make it seem like it's possible and it's not his fault. Apple reviewed the first denial and apple said refund isn't possible and thats final. I have reported and deleted the app for fraud and bad intentions. A developer shouldn't find loop holes and run arounds to get people's money especially when the people are cancelling day's before the trial ends.

App is misleading it claims to be free but then wants you to subscribe immediately this is a sleezy way to try and rope people in that are simply trying to stay healthy. Be transparent stop putting a fee on every single thing please.

app works well but i went for the free trial to start off with to try before i payed for a year and got charged 16$ for a week, the app shouldn’t work like that and should auctally be accurate to what there telling me im paying for ( nothing at the moment ) your not allowed to do that.

Why is this advertising for free, while you can’t do anything unless you activate a plan?? Furthermore, Gemini and Chat GPT state that “Apps claiming to measure blood pressure using only the camera or screen have not been proven accurate.”

Very inaccurate readings
I downloaded this to try as an addition to my actual blood pressure cuff and I’ll just say it is wildly inaccurate. The app continuously gave me readings that were up to 30 points lower than what my cuff said. Pulse is somewhat accurate but still was inaccurate when compared to my Apple Watch at the same time. Just don’t even bother, especially since the price you have to pay for it is ridiculous.

Blood pressure inaccuracy is high
I took my blood pressure with this app and then went to see my heart specialist. There was a 25 to 30 point higher result using a cuff. It should not be relied on as a valid blood pressure measurement tool.

I just did 2 reviews from Apple about this app. They stole half of the money I had in my account and I can’t pay for my other subscription now because this app stole my money to charge for a subscription I clearly cancelled the day I got it. If you’re planning to buy a subscription from this app or use the free trial - don’t because they will take your money and you won’t get it back. - Hi clearly you guys didn’t read my message right or you’re just idiots. I even tried cancelling again the day before. I check my subscriptions daily so I don’t get charged. And I had already contacted Apple and they told me that YOUR subscription is not eligible for a refund. Hello? Why aren’t you giving me MY money back?

I cross checked my blood pressure on app versus Omron. The app reading was dangerously inaccurate. The Omron is regularly verified at my Dr’s office. One star for accurate pulse rate.
Inaccurate readings
I measured my blood pressure with a cuff and monitor then I used the Apple iPhone 17 with this app. The readings were not even remotely similar. My cuff and monitor were verified by the doctor’s office as accurate. I have canceled my subscription and asked for my money back.

Apps are NOT a reliable source for checking blood pressure, if you want to go above and beyond for personal health and you’re not required to check blood pressure for medical conditions I would recommend a free app. This one makes you pay $7.99 a week.

Registered my heart rate almost 50 beats under what my Apple Watch said . I also took my blood pressure right after and the numbers from this app were way low compared to reality. If you have a heart problem, I do not recommend using this app
Garbage
I downloaded this simply to prove that it is garbage. It expectantly misinterpreted my BP by over 40 points and lied about taking blood oxygen level. There is no metric reported by this software that is clinically usable or useful, and no one should ever pay money for a service like this. Refer to your clinician for reasonable medical devices.

This app is not accurate whatsoever. It’s 20 points under my home blood pressure cuff at any given time. Super dangerous for anyone relying on it for their health.

I purchased this app thinking it would be good to have as I am having issues with high blood pressure. I made the mistake of paying for a year before I tested it. The readings were so far off it is of no use to me. I canceled my subscription but it wont be canceled for a year.

Could’ve deterred me from going to ER
I was in the ER the other day with some pretty severe tachycardia. MID EPISODE at the house i decided to check my heart rate with the Wellmy app. It read a perfectly fine 82 bpm. seeing as i was already mid episode, and it was 100% worse than when i went to the ER and got a reading of 164 BPM!!!! I do not trust this app one bit, and am ashamed i’ve paid some money to them.

Asking “where to add cuff numbers” returns vague “look for an option like add data or manual entry…” which is exactly what I’m looking for and can’t find! There’s been other things I’ve asked and thus far haven’t received an adequate response. I had a heart ablation two days ago and need to keep track of my progress.

Pseudo science fake
Was looking for a blood pressure checker. The app will go through gyrations to appear to measure, give the same ratio and be no where near what the actual blood pressure numbers are using a cuff. Was nice having a tree day trial to see that it doesn’t work
