SCAM COMPANY
Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up for any premium subscription. They will save your payment information and sign you up for multiple subscriptions and charge you automatically every year for said multiple subscriptions. No matter how many times you cancel the subscriptions, they will continue to charge your card and refuse refunds. It’s a scam company.
Hard to use and felt tricked into signing up - canceling was a real pain
I gave Welltory a try for the HRV and stress tracking, but I found the app very hard to use right from the start. The interface is confusing and it just didn’t deliver much useful value for me.
Even worse, I felt tricked into signing up. The signup was quick and made everything sound great, but when I wanted to cancel, it turned into a headache. The cancel option isn’t obvious at all - it’s buried in menus, and I had trouble finding it in the app or on the website. I ended up having to hunt around and contact support just to stop the auto-renewal.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to cancel something that was so easy to start. The whole experience left me frustrated and wary of the subscription model. If you’re thinking about trying the paid version, be careful and figure out how to cancel before you sign up. I won’t be renewing or recommending it.

Confusing data
This app doesn’t seem to work properly. It tells me I’m rested but need to take it easy. I feel great, work out, then relaxing in the tub and it says high stress and I’m getting sick. The stats and wording do not match many days. I’m getting no use from the app. Additionally, I paid the $80-90 for the annual membership and still getting annoying daily ads to upgrade? Disappointed I wasted money going this app a second chance :(

Every single time I try to get a subscription the only choice is $119 which I will not be doing at this time. I’m already in survival mode as a sahm about to solo parent and I’d love to fix myself so I don’t crash and burn over the next year

Confusing to use and lock you into a year subscription at the start. Contacting support is a challenge. And switching to a month from a year is a challenge Not happy with experience of getting support
Keeps wanting more money
I have already signed up for the 1 year premium at a high cost. I get daily “deals” on lifetime offers or additional perks on subscription for my watch or something else. Why do I pay more after signing up for the “premium” subscription? I will not be renewing.

I bought this app for a year to work with my Iwatch. I like the features, when they are not being overshadowed by adds to buy a lifetime membership. The entire app is polluted by continues prompt to buy a life time membership. It is almost pressure tactic to get you to buy a lifetime membership. Almost like, if we keep bugging you sooner or later, you’ll give it. Because of this relentless pressure to become a lifetime member, I am deleting this app as soon as the year is up. Word to the wise, unless you love constant harassing pitches to join for a lifetime, Save your Money!
Not worth it
If you want more charts than what Apple is giving you that mean exactly the same this is the app for you.. but it doesn't improve on anything but using it for three months now
Interesting analysis but impossible to get out of subscription and receive support
You would think that in an app you should be able to go in and change your subscription. This application intentionally deceives users by not allowing you to go in and make changes to your subscription. You can view edit. And then no matter how many emails to support to report issues, they do not respond. I cannot recommend this app. If you do purchase this do so on the Apple Store and not on their website. At least with Apple, you have some recourse.
Don’t waste your money
I do not think this app is accurate. I wish I would not have wasted my money and I have already cancelled the subscription for next year. It tells me I need more rest and I just slept over9 hours. The information does not ever match how I am feeling. I have not enjoyed the app at all. I wish I had sorted the reviews to see the bad ones. This is the worst app for telling you about yourself I have experienced. I have left this review 3 times and it is still not showing up on the reviews.
Premium subscription only triggers more ads
Know that the premium subscription only triggers ad notifications to get a lifetime subscription. Turning off notifications means you don’t get the useful health notifications you are wanting. A stress and health app is ironically stressful. No thanks!
Confusing
The data reported is often contradictory and does not reflect my experience. For example, one set of information say I am healthy and doing well. But a separate set of information says I am at risk of getting sick. When in actuality I have been coughing and sneezing for three days.
The graphs are too stylized to be easily read and understood. I say this as the former owner of a software firm whose focus was on user interface and a person who holds a masters degree. It is not because I don’t understand the information. It is because you have not focused the algorithms enough to provide accurate and specific information.

The app isn't terrible, however it constantly asks if you want to upgrade more and folks if you think you are paying monthly and you try to cancel .... no such luck you've already paid for a year upfront. Very disppoitong and not worth over $120 bucks!!!

I’m on 17 iPhone, tried front camera for measurement and it’s terrible experience. Wasn’t able to finish my measurement though. Also onboarding very bored and long, a lot of text which is not necessary

This app is a total scam
I purchased the annual “premium membership” and I totally regret it. The app’s interface is pretty, but it’s also cumbersome. Only a few of the features I intended to use come with the Premium subscription. Everything else is an add on…. Want HRV, well that’s not even in the premium subscription. Want to see everything together, nope…. O2? Not going to happen… I regret this!!!!

Do not buy this app. It tells you nothing. It is simply upfront to get you to buy more of their monitoring services. But the general app that you buy from the App Store is worthless!

Difficult to Cancel Subscription. App automatically renews.
Complicated app. I tried for a year and never fully understood it. I did not expect it to automatically renew at the end of the year. And, I’m having a difficult time figuring out how to cancel the automatic renewal payments. It is not listed with the other apps I subscribe to. I find this app useless. It doesn’t work easily like advertised. And, until I can find out how to cancel these automatic payments, I consider it a scam. The process should be easy, clear and simple. But, it is not.
Confusing and sneaky
Initially I thought this app was interesting. I liked tracking my workouts and sleep. Over time it became overwhelming and inaccurate and I stopped using it. It was not listed as a subscription in my Apple account. Today they charged me $100 to auto renew without notification or my permission. I spent over an hour reading about how to cancel and get a refund. It was not easy to find a way to cancel it request a refund. I hate when companies are vague on cancellation policies. It’s dishonest. I never leave reviews but feel that everyone should be warned about this one.
Hate this app
The interface design is cluttered, chaotic, and messy. Even after I upgraded to premium, they are now spamming me in the app for another level at around $250. This app sucks. It is without a doubt the most despised app on my phone.
Disappointed
It is basically a constant advertisement trying to get you to upgrade. Each time you log in that’s the first thing you see. Very annoying.
Customer service is nonexistent
I’ve had Welltory for a while and it stopped working on my iPhone. It reverted back to the free version, even though I pay the annual fee for the premium version. I’ve reached out a number of times and have gotten zero response. Every time I put in my password it switches over to the premium version momentarily and then back to the free version. It is basically a waste of money.

The subscription does not show in my phone settings I was charged 30.00 more than I should have been and the app does not work for me. 80.00 lost. I now have to cancel my credit card.

Just another hyper profit driven app scheme at this point. Will not be recommending and will be deleting given free version is basically defunct.
Being able to monitor stress and energy levels not only gives validity to an otherwise “invisible illness” but it also helps with pacing, and building healthier sleep habits, especially on days when I want to do more but am reminded to take it easy…over time I’m noticing more balance. I pretty much just rely on my watch to track readings as the instant reading option takes too long and is a little finicky, and as someone who’s not always consistent the auto tracking through watch is most helpful. Only thing I would recommend is adding an option for medication monitoring to track levels that might be affected when taken, including types and dosage that might be contributing to certain vital responses. Also I find the sleep tracker can be off a little so I usually have to manually edit sleep times, especially if it’s relying on alarm clock settings and/or set sleep schedule. Would be nice to have more accurate sleep schedule readings, especially when sleeping outside of normal hours. Overall excellent app that I highly recommend and have already shared multiple times with family and friends to use as well. The more you know about how your body responds to stress the better you can manage it.

Most of the data matched how I was feeling and other devices measurements; however, it continuously showed data when I had NOT been wearing my device at all!!

Will it be possible to get a monthly subscription? My friends and I really liked the app, but there is no way to pay this amount immediately, and I think we are not the only ones.… Please don't restrict people from using your wonderful app so much.

It now says $119 for the year or $9.99 a month but it still won't let you choose the monthly option. Not everyone has that kind of money at once but still would live all the benefits the app has to offer. When can we choose the monthly option?

This app charges a significant amount of money to give you no more information than you are already getting from your smartwatch. Then they use your membership as an opportunity to relentlessly attempt to upsell you on other things that may very well helpful. But why not include some of those things in the basic, EXPENSIVE membership? I won’t be subscribing again.
