I genuinely hate you
App doesn’t work. Spent 20 minutes trying to place an order with constant errors. Finally got it to work and charged my card, go to the store and they don’t have my order. Ended up wasting 40 minutes of my time just to pay twice. Worst app ever. I’m a software engineer - let me know if you want me to fix your app because you guys are terrible and it’s been this way for years.
Couldn’t get the deal at the restaurant
It was so complicated the employee said I couldn’t use the scan bar provided by the app . I told them I know I have to spend $5.00 over . Just a headache I just went to the app. What the point of me going in the restaurant and I couldn’t purchase what o wanted.

Inability to order certain items
It is very frustrating that the app will not allow me to order breakfast biggie deals. Two sausage biscuits for $3 is on their menu but when ordering thru the app it still charges $1.99 each. This means I can’t order these items online which is a complete pain and requires me to create two orders. One for all my other items and one for the biggie deals. Very frustrating.
Credit Card Never Saves
Have tried a couple times to save a credit card and it never works UNLESS you add it to a purchase account balance. It’s a scam
Frosty i order but they closed early so im upset
They closed at 1 am so why close the ice machine earlier, morning crew can wash it during opening
Paze integration does not work
Payment on Paze goes through but then I get an error when it goes back to the app. Also, the Live Chat is useless. It says it’s routing you to an associate with a wait time given, but it looks like there’s no one picking up the request and keeps cycling over and over.

I did a mobile order sat in the drive for damn near 10 mins until they were ready to even ask me how can they help me then when I got to the window they going to tell me to pull up and park after waiting for 10 mins already absolutely crazy that I did a mobile order had to wait then they wanted me to wait some more and then they weren't nice they were rude . Damn shame hire better employees who have customer service skills ... this place is ghetto next time I'll take the drive to Easton at least they have customer service skills smdh

What’s the point?
Why bother with ordering ahead of time? I always hear the “can you move forward and we will bring it out for you? I mean, it’s me and one other car in front of me. What has happened to Americas workforce? I blame management. 1 star because I can’t go lower plus I haven’t given enough time for my food to be incorrect.
Horrible experience
Came to the store to pick up my mobile order that was selected for drive through pick up and was told at the speaker all mobile orders before 10pm had to come inside. Proceeded to go inside and wait over 20 minutes for my food only to now stand here even sadly longer because the front cashier bagged my fries first and set them to the side. Manager noticed and said let’s drop new fries. Cool I like hot food but what about my frosties he just made and going to melt because now I’m waiting for food again. This store is always horrible. I knew better than to order Wendy’s.

When I tried to apply $3 off $20 coupon in the mobile app, even if I had $20 worth food in my cart, I kept getting add more items and it would blank out the total cost. I placed the order without the coupon.

I used the app and chose to pickup in the dining room. Apparently, this Wendy’s doesn’t like that option and was mad I was able to access the restaurant. Why is that an option is the employees prefer to not serve guest from the inside?

The offers in the app suck!
They used to have decent offers in the app, the points needed to exchange for rewards used to be fair. Not anymore. They have even changed the birthday promo. So instead of just getting a free frosty on your birthday, now you have to buy something in order to get it. I tried asking at my local Wendy’s if I could order it with my food but not actually get it made until after I was done eating and I was told no. I don’t like my frosty to sit there for 15 minutes turning into soup while I eat. But hey, if their goal was to make Culvers look like a better place for both value and rewards, then they succeeded spectacularly.
Fix the app
I like Wendy’s, but the app is awful. The amount of times I have had to add my location after every single item in my order is ridiculous. It is way too time-consuming. I like the ease of an app when it works properly.

Double Charge on the app ZERO Stars
I called 4 times. Finally someone that said they would give me a refund. First they tried to give me a gift certificate only…!!! It has been a month and NO REFUND. I’ll be posting my receipt and bank statement to every social media post until someone corrects this!! How many others have not noticed???

The rewards are a joke. The prices are a joke. If i wanted shredded lettuce on my burger I would go to Rally's. They are the better option now than this wannabe premium franchise that forgot Dave's mission statement. His mission statement is probably part of their "lettuce" now.
