BTS Busan concert pre-order merch location limitations
It is ridiculous that pre-order merch for the BTS Arirang concert in Busan is limited to a location within the pickup area. People who live farther away and were able to get tickets but can’t go earlier aren’t able to pre-order the merch we want and may leave with nothing if it sells out. There are multiple days of pre-order, and I’m sure one of these could have and should have been unrestricted on location. There are already limitations set to avoid multiple purchases and penalties for those who don’t show for their merch, so having the location range shouldn’t matter in this instance. I’m really upset with Weverse for this, and think they need to change this requirement for future shows.
This app is horrible when purchasing lightsticks
This is the third time I tried to purchase that stupid lightstick and this stupid app won't work, it will just crash and take forever to load, better yet it will just close without saving the order, I still don't have a lightstick because we have to purchase it through this freaking garbage I HATE THIS APP

now i know you did NOT remove txt’s photo from the app display pictures and put other rookie groups instead. This app was TXTS app before it was weverse. even the old link leads back to weverse. txtuniverse.com so why would you remove their pictures????

The app is always laggy and they are becoming money hungry and they exploit there artist!
Upgrade kicked me out
The WeVerse app upgrade left me without a way to use it on my iPhone 8. Feels like discrimination. Why upgrade to a version that so many cannot use now?

Everytime I open the app it says "Retry again later, even though I have internet. I've tried uninstalling the app and installing it again but that wont work.
Mods for lives
Weverse really needs to do something about either using mods for lives or restricting comments. Idols try to get on and interact with fans and so many people are left unfiltered and are so rude, invasive or immature.
It ruins the experience for idols and other fans that want to ask real questions.
On top of that, they’ve made reporting people harder which is the opposite of what should be happening.
This has BEEN an issue fans have wanted for a while but NOTHING has been done.
Do better at protective people from harassment.

Update Issues
First of all, I’m unable to use Weverse because of the new iPhone 17 update. I do not have the iPhone 17. Secondly, the translation issues; I cannot understand a single things sometimes. All I want is to connect with my idols and the app update is holding me back! How great!

Platform Not User Friendly
Please add a search or filter feature when shopping. Having to scroll through every item each time you shop is tedious and time consuming. Also, I pay extra for the subtitles so I can watch the Lives but now I am seeing there is another platform I need to join in order watch certain Lives, like for Jungkook. The Weverse platform, as a whole, could be much more streamlined and user friendlier in some areas.

Where do I even start? Hybe is gaining profit from all social media platforms such as this one, just to pay their debt and overwork their idols. It is understandable that fans would want to talk and follow idols social media and engage in chats with them. But..fandoms!!, let’s boycott ALL HYBE PLATFORMS so their stocks go down, bang-si-hyuk gets arrest warrant #3 approved, idols aren’t overworked, and members comeback from hiatus. Thank you to all fandoms for supporting groups, remember, we are going after hybe!!

So I have a old device which is not a great iOS and it says to update it but I can’t because I don’t have 102ios so please fix that so that I can still use it just a older version
Stupid update
I when to wevers and it told me to update it so I did. Then it told me that you have to a higher IOS which I mean is good but also that means that other people like me who used to have the app can’t have it anymore because of the stupid update
Distancing me from my community!
I am frustrated with the direction the app is taking recently. Every update appears to try to distance me from the communities I have chosen to engage with. Instead I am bombarded with ads and information from artists and communities I have not and do not want to be a part of. I understand the need to drive revenue and the desire to promote a variety of artists but it should not be at the expense of my ability to easily see and engage with my primary artist community. You need a better balance than this.
