Fraud scam

I played a game through one of their partners (AyeT Studios) which tried to scam me out of money owed me for playing one of their games (after bombarding me with ads for four days straight). Only after obtaining the CEO’s email address and letting him know that I was filing both CCPA and GDPR complaints against his company did they relent and credit me. After this, I cashed out $100 from WeWard without a problem.
On my next cash out, for a simple $5, WeWard claimed I was committing fraudulent activity and showed me two of the credits that I received from the AyeT Studios game that they deemed fraudulent. Funny, because they had no problem paying me previously-for a lot more than $5. WeWard eliminated all of my credit, but said they wouldn’t ban me.
So now, I get to file CCPA and GDPR complaints against WeWard instead of their scammy partner due to this nonsense. WeWard steals your data AND your money. I have been a loyal customer for almost a year and this is how they treat people. They only care about ripping you off.
Also, this app is like a JOB because you have to open it several times per day just to make a few cents.

Waste of Time
I have been on this app for awhile now and found that it’s sometimes 200-300 hundred steps behind the other walking app that I use daily. Don’t even bother to spin the wheel for an extra WeWard, it won’t happen. Maybe they need the $4.10 that I have accumulated.
I have decided that this app is only taking up space on my machine while they’re getting paid for every ad I watch. I’m done.

Can’t even sign up
I tried signing up via gmail and couldn’t even get passed the sign up page. All I get is a frozen loading screen. Tried contacting support and sent them screenshots and a video showing proof that something was wrong. They would take days before responding and to top it all off they sent a generated message saying my account can’t be found. Of course it can’t be found since I’m trying to sign up! In short, customer support was no help and the app isn’t worth the aggravation.

When I contacted WeWard, they passed the buck entirely to the game partner. When I contacted the game, they asked for my device ID and went quiet. Neither company takes responsibility. WeWard is advertising rewards they have no intention of honoring and no system to enforce. That’s not a glitch - that’s false advertising. Avoid this app unless you enjoy doing the work and getting nothing for it.
Not worth it
I’ve been consistently logging my steps for a year. I don’t like that the value of my wards consistently goes down. I don’t like that it will tell me I missed a day, when I know I haven’t just to try and get some of my coins. At this point it is habit to log, but honestly, after a year of logging and 5 months of training for races, I have logged $22 worth.. do with that what you will

Once I reached $10 it now says you need to get to $15 to cash out and I had over $13 in points yesterday and today it shows $10, so I guess they will keep removing points so I never reach $15 and I never cash out?

The commercial was tempting but the reality is sour! Don’t think it worth it . It’s actually trucks well but if you looking for cash sorry to let you down it will take forever to make that $5 🙈😉plus it’s funny they want you to have membership!!! for what 😂😂😂
Ad failed
I am deleting your app. It is no good!!!! I have been faithful but when I converted my steps the got stuck and would not get off the screen which caused me to lose ALL my steps today and the WeCards I collected !!!! Waste of my time!!!!!

Alot of effort to earn. Only premium members get the best payout options. To cash-out they send a confirmation to a difficult email that they generate. Good luck remembering the email address since they dont allow you to copy and paste.

I haven’t been using this app for a while and I just realize it’s been like months and I only got like 50 coins and I’m saying to myself I walk every day so how much do you have to walk to earn coins is what I’m trying to find out, I went through the app, but it’s nothing on the estate like how can I earn my rewards otherwise you’ll be walking forever and never get rewarded for walking I mean, I don’t mind walking, but at least you know tell me how much I need to walk for how much you walk you get so many coins that’s what I’m trying to figure

It takes forever to get enough to cash out. Once you get to 500 points (5 dollars), YOU STILL CAN NOT CASH OUT UNLESS YOU HAVE PREMIUM. NO PREMIUM, NO CASHOUT TILL 1000 POINTS. Then I got a free trial to premium and it said it’ll be up to 15 DAYS. So if you’re doing this for fun, sure, but not if you need something fast. It took me almost a year to get 500 points tbh
Wasting my time
Many watching Ads and then nothing happened, no spin. Many days that I’ve walked a lot but nothing counted. And to hit 1000 point, that’s unreasonable.

Fun then Fake
At first, I thought this app was great. It was satisfying to get rewarded just for walking, and the card system is pretty fun too. I was lucky enough to get premium for free through a promo code, and was able to rack up enough wards to get $35 worth of bank transfers. I was super excited! But lo and behold, I wake up one morning and I get an email saying my transfers were cancelled! Apparently my account was flagged for fraud. I have never done anything even close to fraudulent. All I’ve done is play a lot of games and done a lot of surveys, which sometimes can give a lot of wards. I contacted support, but they refused to tell me specifically why my account was flagged and didn’t refund me my wards. This app may be fun, but once you actually have enough to cash out, you’re not going to get anything! You’ve been warned.
Accused of fraud
Recommend that this app is only used for walking and collecting cards. If you participate in Surveys they will accuse you of fraudulent activity and not give you any reason why or respond to inquiries about surveys
and deduct points from with no explanation. I have done surveys other sites with no issues. Don't recommend using WeWard for surveys, games or using to purchase from the offer walls. They will find a way to short you of your points. Not a good app for extra money!!!!

Waste of time
Definitely not worth it you can walk all you want convert your steps and then when they’re converted at the end of the night, it goes back to zero before midnight not worth it waste of time
THIS APP IS A TOTAL SCAM
This is just a data harvester, sucking up all your time, only to cheat you out of your supposed rewards. I played hours and hours of a game - never received ANY wards - even after finishing to the extremely high needed level to receive wards. I complained. Nothing. No response, no points. Just now, I thought, well let me at least cash out the $20 I had showing in the app (2240 wards). So I tried to first cash 1000 of my 2000 wards. At least I got the confirmation email this time (last few times, never sent email so basically couldn’t get the money) but money fails to show up. And on top of that, suddenly I have only 240 wards, 1000 less than I’m supposed to have (2240-1000=1240). Clearly the developers do all of these tricks on purpose so as to not have to pay out. Total scam!

Ads and service AGAIN!!!!
Once again for the last 10 minutes, I’m sitting here exiting out of my game completely because the ads will not let me close them. Cannot collect my cards on the free ad watches because you won’t make your ads closable fix it. Fix it now. Ridiculous we’ve never had this problem before. What did you do?
Fix the ads the X button should not be all the way where the earphone button is and I should be able to have a service where I can just text instead of writing 10 reviews and making you look bad. We need technical support not a computer that you ask a question that don’t help you with nothing.

Horrible app. Inaccurate
First, it takes a long time to build up money to cash out. They try to get you to earn through sales and games. But I’m deleting the app due to inaccuracy in its leader scoreboards. I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t give any reasonable explanation to users I saw on the leaderboard disappearing when they should be listed according to the scoring provided. Basically ITS RIGGED! If you want to use it just to track walking that’s all it’s good for. Don’t expect to make any $$

Major Let Down
I have been trying to retrieve my reward for three weeks! I have updated my information on the profile and verified through my email to claim the reward. I’m so frustrated I want to cancel the app but then I lose out of $10. I’ve got the notification that the payment had an error so I got refunded back my coins but I want the reward! The notification doesn’t even tell me what the error is so I can fix it. I’ve emailed support and they give me the same response. Verify the email then you will receive the reward, looks like it’s been refunded back, try again.

Rip off and tracks your location everywhere AD grab!
If you want to reward yourself get up and walk without feeling like you are being stalked. This app doesn’t actually give you anything. I run and walk everyday and I’m not even close to any type of rewards and won’t be for years at this rate. This ad try’s to give you extremely minimal rewards for your efforts and then any time you login you have to watch ads which actually forces you to use your phone (which generally involves sitting down) as well as encourages you to watch ads to get extremely small points. I also believe the real ratings are being deleted by the App Store as there is a group against apps like this one and this one is under the red flag category. I should have looked before I downloaded it.

I have been using the app for 5 months, and now, that I finally got the coins enough to withdraw, they say “geo localization manipulating” which is not true. They make you watch ads everyday just to make their profit and when the time to get your money comes, they just make up something to dont pay.
Boring
Been doing this for over a year and very basic. No exciting points no matter how well you do. All commercials between each move and will link to your Amazon in multiple levels.

I’ve been in communication with Victoria from WeWard for 5 days now from using the in-app form and now email. I’ve been converting my steps every day for almost a year now and when I went to cash out $25 they tell me my transfer request was cancelled because I had manipulated my geolocation data. They claim to not know what time zone I’m in even though I’ve enabled my location services, given them my address, my driver’s license and my banking information. They now want me to submit an IRS form that cost $85 to even get! This is ridiculous, all for a step counting app! Huge waste of my time. They’re also going to respond to this review saying something generic like “Message us in the in-app form so we can resolve the issue with your account!” That is what brought me here, so don’t even fall for their “customer service”. Immediately going to tell anyone I told to sign up for this to delete their accounts. Scam Scam Scam.
Not accurate
I have had this app for months, with a lot of days walking 10-20k steps. My balance is 500 coins which is absolutely ridiculous. I also realized las week it is not counting my steps accurately now, and the new ads feature after I log steps made me uninstall. Buh bye.

Still not counting all my steps…. I’m autistic I know exactly how many steps it takes to get from the hose to the gate. I’ve walked it way more times than necessary. Please fix the distance accuracy according to Google maps. (Maps says it’s 1 miles from my even on iPhone) the distance between cards is off by a lot! There’s no way are the steps that it’s saying to get from one card to the next are even possible unless you’re taking leaps for steps! I’m currently walking and have walked 1.3 miles and it’s saying .85 wth fix this mess if anything this app has discouraged me from walking not motivate me. I went from walking to the gate three times a day it just once because seeing this app BS makes me wanna cry.

Videos acting up
The button to exit ads ends up in places that it cannot be clicked..has been happening a lot! Secondly the videos to get free cards miscounts ..I will watch a video and get 1 of 4 cards, then when I watch a second video it says 3 of 4 when it should be 2 of 4.
Inaccurate app
There have been multiple times that I know that I converted my steps and when I go back the next day it says that I did not. There is no point in trying to earn the coins to get gift cards or rewards because they have been all eaten up trying to keep my streak up. My 270+ day streak is broken as of today.
Might be a rip-off
I understand it’s supposed to take time to achieve a good amount of coins, in order to receive rewards. Although overtime I’ve noticed multiple times where I’ve “Converted my steps” for coins, yet didn’t receive any as supposed to. It’s happened at least 30-40% of the time, and it discourages me to use the app and it’s awfully disappointing. Especially after a long day, where I have walked an awful lot looking forward to getting 15 coins. Then not receiving them. I have also noticed I tend to only not receive them when it’s between 1-5 coins, bug or not. It makes me believe this game attempts ripping you off, without you taking notice.
Could be better
The app doesn’t accurately count your steps. Today, it said I walked abt 1700 steps but my watch tracker said I walked 2,380 steps. Also, the fact I have to walk abt 1,000 steps to earn 2 gold coins is kinda crazy. Maybe it’s supposed to help you want to walk more to earn more but the whole thing is like walk 50,000 steps and earn 50 gold coins. It should be way higher if I’m gonna climb a mtn (in a sense). Not worth it. Also couldn’t give two heck’s abt the cards too and they send me too many notifs abt earning those everyday too.
Count is not accurate
App step count averages betw 500 to 1000 below what my Apple Health step count records…conveniently just shy of earning the next level of coins each day. So frustrating!
