I was playing normally doing nothing. I woke up this morning and saw I was banned for cheating. I didn’t cheat i don’t even know how to cheat in a game like this. I contacted support asking what I did and why they banned me and they said they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t even know why. The only thing I can think of that they think I was cheating was I joined an alliance and did the help building time thing WHICH IS LITERALLY APART OF THE DAMN GAME!! I asked twice and support said “because it’s a data game we are unable to see the reason” and basically went on to say it doesn’t matter even though they don’t know why it happened

Purchased the starter pack for 2.99 nowhere in the description of this purchase it is say that they will charge you each and every month for this. Cannot contact customer support, the one that they have is A.I slop, the transaction itself shows up in your Apple transactions with no merchant name. Beware

I hate the marketing.
I downloaded this app so I could leave a 1 star review then delete the app. I am pestered by constant garbage A.I slop advertising on YouTube. Some of the most annoying nonsense I have ever seen. I hate this app and could not care less if the game even functions.

Avoid if looking for a community to join.
Fun game until you interact with the community. You can join an alliance, your city is teleported to the alliance grounds, you will then be kicked out of the alliance and attacked and loose a lot of progress all while having your city stay in their grounds and not teleported away. Then, you have to spend a load of gems to teleport your city away. What a waste of space on the App Store.

After spending an ungodly amount of money I woke up this morning to a notice from the developers stating I had to pay $49.99 for 100 meat because I'd requested a refund. If I do not comply I will be permanently banned. I have never requested or received a refund from any game. I'm not even sure how to go about doing that. After contacting them I cannot get a response. I would not recommend this game.

I downloaded this app. I followed the instructions to create a parent account. They are requiring me to prove my age. So I used an authentication app, no. They want either my cc, ssn, or ID to prove I am an adult. There are no other methods accepted except critical personal data. Do not download.

False advertisement, app size is too big, rendering is slow even on the latest iPhone 17pro and latest iOS. Consume battery really fast and heat up the phone.

The developer keeps responding "the ads are just a tiny part of the game", but the ads are actually NO part of the game. This game is nothing like it's advertised. It's a strategy game and point and click. You have workers that do everything. Everything's automated. It's boring as hell.
