This app is not a game. You never make choices. You just do the thing the checkbox list tells you to do. You don’t beat the game you follow directions like a good little computer.

Just another terrible mobile game that is nothing like the ad. I would have played in for hours a day if it were like the ad. But no it’s just a generic mobile game that just carries you along to complete lil objectives. Do not download.

I don’t know what’s going on, but in every state there’s a group of people who basically “run” everything, they set the rules for the entire state. No fighting at all, even during events like “Brother in Arms”, where you’re only allowed to attack tiles (but not allowed to TP close to them) so you have to march from your hive. So stupid.
If you attack a player, they will kick you out of any alliance and start targeting you.
This has become a 100% farming game. It’s crazy. It used to be fun to play, but not anymore. Really disappointing.
Also, question to developers; who are those people? Are they planted there for reason?

The ads are misleading
I downloaded the app thinking it was like the ads. I even see screenshots in the app of the ad version so I was excited. But when I downloaded it it was NOTHING like the ads. I enjoyed playing the few minutes on the ad more than the actual game. I was disappointed.

Game Restart, Account Linked?
The game’s interesting and I enjoyed playing it. Even got into spending on it. But after months of grinding and leveling up, today the game restarted me from level one. Smh! I’m hot! I don’t know if I did linked account. Smh! But now it’s just a sour taste in my mouth, as I refuse to replay all my levels after money was involved. So I’m basically forced to stop playing the game. SHRUgS!

The only thing worse than in game flashing banners ads, are forced updates. Yet another poorly designed game. Forced updates meaning designers don’t know how to properly code, bringing new glitch’s every update. Highly obnoxious button presses just to complete one thing that could be condensed into half as many get very old quickly. This was a quick delete after writing a review….

Avoid.. Toxic Game Environment / Ineffective Player Support
Whiteout Survival lures players in with misleading ads that don’t reflect actual gameplay. What you get instead is a toxic environment where harassment and cyberbullying are rampant.
I experienced players stealing my legal name and photos from social media to create fake accounts and continue targeted harassment. This followed me across multiple in-game states for over a year. It’s not just “drama” - it’s sustained, coordinated abuse.
Support is completely ineffective. Reports go unanswered or brushed off, and no meaningful action is taken against offenders. Not even basic moderation or warnings. You’re left to deal with it yourself.
What’s worse, I’ve since found multiple other players who’ve gone through the same thing. This isn’t an isolated case - it’s a pattern, and the developers are doing nothing to fix it.
If you value your time, privacy, or sanity, steer clear of Whiteout Survival and Century Games.
Update to Dev Response: The harassment, stalking, and cyberbully has been reported to support by all the players I’ve encountered. Support does nothing. Responds it’s normal game environment and they cannot address.
