I can't get the music to play
New update
New Update cause number triggers to fade in instead of just playing like they use to and won’t allow you to start one song while another is playing in the library I don’t understand why this was done but this has dramatically affected the effectiveness of this app I’m disappointed to say the least last Sunday was fine now I have to find another app to use hope yall change this back ASAP
Problem
I’ve had that app a while but often have had a problem with the app closing down when I hit the play button.. super sad ….
Well worth the money while I had it
I normally don’t leave reviews I purchased this last year and enjoyed everything it had to offer however I unsubscribe from the app since January of this 2024 and it shows that I do not have a subscription but I am still being billed for the service that I no longer have I have changed bank card number that I used to purchase it but I am still being charged I have tried contacting tech support but still no response just frustrating that I am still be billed for a service I’m no longer using need answers or a solution to this problem

Enrolled in the 2 week free trial and it automatically charged my card $17.24.

Fraudulent Payments
I downloaded this app to see what it was about it was alright after I used the free trial but I didn’t want it anymore so I cancels the subscription before my card was charged now my card is being charged and I don’t even use the app.
App died
Monthly subscription is being paid but do not have access to tech support. I subscribed a year ago & the app was FIRE! BUT NOW…I nothing is showing & prior to, could no longer access the app offline. Wished it continued to live up to the previous standards.
Does not work for MacOS Monterey
I was only able to get this program to work a handful of times and that was by unplugging the 3.5mm cable and then quickly plugging it back in. The issue is when I click the play button nothing happens 99%. The download button works and I can add sets to the favorites section. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. Not sure what to do at this point. I just renewed my subscription but will probably cancel if support still does not have a resolution.
