Since the last update, the app no longer accurately traces a trail. Trails show up as straight lines. I’ve tried all the suggested solutions but none work. I submitted the app code as requested. Hopefully this will be fixed because it is a great app but totally useless if the GPS link no longer functions.
Security flaw, potentially due to user error.
So I noticed a security flaw with this app. There are trails that lead to people’s homes. This could easily be used to track people and target them for robbery and/or property theft.
I understand it’s due to the user tracking their ride from their home, but this is not a good thing for privacy concerns.

Good app except...
I got this because it pairs easily with my Suunto watch. I like all the features and everything works great. What I don’t like about it is that it automatically uploads EVERY ONE of my fitness activities from my Suunto to the Wikiloc app. Plus, all those activities are immediately public unless I move them to a private list. There’s no way to turn the automatic upload feature off once it is paired with my Suunto. If someone doesn’t realize that all their Suunto fitness activities are public, then if they begin an activity from their house, the public trail shows the entire planet where they live. They need to incorporate a button that either turns off the automatic upload from their device or turn off automatic public without having to create a non-public list. Either way, I’m considering deleting the app because I sometimes do 2 fitness activities per day and I don’t need all that on my Wikiloc app.
Edit: With iOS, there is no way to block or delete someone who is “following.” There is also no way to keep people from “following” you and your activities.

Worthless in Spain
Routes and maps either outdated or wrong.
Not worth the money
The app does not use your GPS to help navigate the hike. Hiking in the Drakensberg, we expected this app to help us navigate but it did not.
Cannot Connect
Cannot seem to connect Garmin GPSMAP 67i to this phone (iPhone 15 Pro).
Problem app.
Terrible app. I can’t use it because it assigned two different accounts to me. Impossible to import gpx tracks from an iOS device.
Poor design to create account
Username cannot contain dots but it is what is offered by default. Feedback is just: Bad request. Not obvious way to change password
Does not save to favorites
I thought this was going to be fantastic. I download route numbers and save them into my favorites, and they completely disappeared the next day.!
They did it again. I told them How I hated their autorenewal and they did not listen.
I want to cancel this app and this unethical company. But I don’t seem to be able to.
Recently mileage has been way off using iWatch !
I don’t know what this app relies on to compute mileage. But I’ve been noticing that mileage is way off - much less than travelled. Initially, I loved this app. Now it’s time to dust off my Garmin egress. Sad.

This app is a sick joke
Try to create an account. I dare you. You will be asked to identify bridges, traffic lights, and tractors multiple times. Gimme a break…and a different app. Garbage
Sign-in Nighmare
I'd give it a single star, but that would be giving your developer too much credit. If you want to give your customers multiple sign-in options on the customer facing side, at least have the foresight to link those for the same customer on your side.
You need a computer to set a password for link your garmin watch with the app
Don’t set the app with a socia account is a big pain in a but when you want to load the trail at the watch
Unable to sign in, unresponsive customer support
I am just unable to sign in. I tried installing, deinstalling, reinstalling again, all to no avail. Customer support is unresponsive and takes forever to reply.
Uploading my walks
I don’t want to upload my walks and in the past I didn’t used to, but now they seem to upload without my doing anything. I don’t know what changed and how to change it back. It is enough of a dealbreaker that if I don’t fix it, I’ll cancel and find a diff app. Please tell me how to fix it.
Not what I was promised
Paid for a lifetime membership back on 2012 when nobody was barely using this app, and I did it to support the developer since I saw it was a new project from a Catalan developer which I wanted him to succeed. The issue is that ever since i paid for the lifetime subscription / membership, I’ve seen how many features have been added to Wikiloc and I’m being left out since they have created new tiers that won’t be included in the lifetime membership. Not sure that’s a great business model to send the message to the folks who supported this app since day 1 when nobody else would care for it. No app would make it this far without early supporters like myself. I hope th developer decides to give access early paid supporters of this app into the premium features keeping in mind we were the ones who gave this app support when it most needed it.
Not great, at all.
Good for trail research beforehand. It’s a clunky app that doesn’t interact intuitively with my Garmin Fenix 5X.
No trails that are not popular
As of now I will not recommend this app as an avid hiker. Wish I could get my money back!!!
Too much risk, trails can invade private property.
There are trails on the app that invade private property. Many bad experiences and groups of hikers are in danger. There should be a warning to users stating they are going to break the law if they follow certain trails. Very dangerous in every way.
Great idea needs work.
I wanted to love it for use with my Garmin watch. however, uploading to my watch was not intuitive. I tried for about an hour to upload the map and had to give up and use other means to start my trek. It didn’t help that the YouTube video was outdated and didn’t correspond to the current version available in the App Store.

Lacking
Seems to have a lot of trails, but it lacks the things a hiker needs like their current location. No where is my location found on the map nor is there a button to move to my location. Every other navigation type app has this but not this app. Also, what’s with the dumb “Repeat Search Here” button? Every time I move the map searching for trails I have to tap this unnecessary button. It should be automatic.

I’m starting to see a trend. Routes are often not accurate or the person who posted crossed restricted land. Need to have a way to verify accuracy.
Bad software
I’ve tried using it from time to time. User interface very confusing. QR code download feature doesn’t work at all; seems to read QR but yields no result. Search function way too broad even when you type an exact name of a location; gives you a hundred possibilities nowhere near your desired site. The community forum should help but it’s basically inactive. Other map apps cost more and are worth it.
1st time opening it, looks a jumbled list
I get that there's a "premium" paid upgrade. Maybe that's where anything useful is? Just launching it to evaluate, it's just an unsorted list of trails seemingly in no particular order. The filter button has promise, but requires creating a login.
