Dwindling payouts
Started out with great payouts, then payouts began coming less frequently. Now, I can do 20 or more spins with no earnings. This is very disappointing!

I would be careful if you choose to play this game. It’s full of glitches. Glitches that mostly only happen when you are actually about to win. I have videos which I will be posting showing major glitches during major wins. When you contact customer service you only get automated responses and you never will receive compensation. I would NOT spend any money here unless you want to play a game that is so glitchy it’s almost unplayable.

I like the games but never, ever, ever pay to spin the wheel. The chances of you getting the black wedge is like winning the super jackpot: you just ain’t going to win it. It’s like going to one of those REAL casinos that have perks but just don’t pay out. It took me a while and a couple of hundred dollars to get the hint. My advice is to keep away from this one!

You can spend money to play and win ‘treasure chests” then they take them away and ask you to pay to keep the rewards. It’s hard to play this for long without spending money and everytime you open the app it’s at least 6-8 pop ups to try and get you to buy something.

After day 3 the bonuses changed to lesser amount than what they told and offered me. I messaged them and they said they can fluctuate. It seems the same when you play a game. You can hit a line in a game and double your money, but if you increase your bet and hit the same line it doesn’t increase the win because it can fluctuate.

I’ve been playing for about three years. Yesterday I purchased coins. Today the game wouldn’t load so I deleted and reinstalled .. they did not transfer my coins over and no one responds to my emails!! It is a joke!!!

The slot Games are interesting and the initial free coins are generous. but the numbers of ads and pop-ups is insane. Sometimes you get five or six ads in a row, so you spend more time doing out pop-ups than you do playing slot machines I just want to play slots I don’t want constant interruptions for collecting cards, digging carrots, smashing ice, finding the robber, etc. if I wanted toPlay those games, I wouldn’t download a game of slot machines. This game has some real issues & is deceitful! I have hit the “jackpot” on multiple separate occasions on the slot I play “Jackpot Diamonds” in the Diamond Club which you have to get either 3 yellow (top prize), 3 red, 3 blue, or 3 of any color gems to win a jackpot depending on which colors you hit. I hit the 3 yellow gems ( I was betting 12.5billion & the pay out was supposed to be 12.8 trillion) but as soon as they hit & flashed, I got an error message saying “oops” & of course when it reloaded, I was not awarded my prize. I even have screenshots because I’ve had it happen with the 3 red gems before but had no proof. That same game has the “Super Jackpot” which I guess randomly gives you a spin, well after hours of spinning today, I finally hit the Super Jackpot for over 201 trillion & of course the stupid error popped up saying “oops, something went wrong” and refreshed my screen but the 201 trillion (was over 201 trillion but I can’t remember the exact amount but any spin I get I always look at the minor, major, & super amounts) wasn’t added to my total. Funny it doesn’t have any errors when it comes to purchases tho. That’s also an issue because I purchased 3 deals for the price of 1 (each deal had their own stamp for you to win coins based off your purchases) but instead of getting a stamp for each deal like it states, I only got 1. Lastly, there is nothing that makes you want to keep playing. Because no matter what, it will deplete your coins in a very short time then insult you with offering you to get back what you lost so quickly for an astronomical amount & says “shake off your bad luck”. How about you not be a coin sucking vacuum & actually have something to look forward to? Because you may get ahead a little, but it will take it back & more. There is no “winning” in this app. Just wants you to buy, buy, buy.

I’ve been thinking about this for some time now. Been playing for years now and all of a sudden I’ve been overwhelmed by the amount I’ve been charged for coin purchases. Couple of weeks now a package of 69.99 I was charged 119.95 Today I was charged 54.10 for a 29.99. I was charged several times on other packages. Think before you do. Needing help with this. Been working with Karl in support and it’s been a pain. Just a heads up folks.
Not a trustworthy app
I have spent countless hours on the phone with Apple Support getting refunds. After this developer makes updates you lose your tokens/coins. No matter how many times you email them, they do not respond! Apple has marked this as a suspicious app…as of this morning! BEWARE!! Do not trust this app developer!

I have complained to support about an issue I see. The minimum bet keeps increasing but the winnings are less than your original bet. You can spin for 30 million and win 2-10 million that’s a 80% loss not win. Even at 30 million if you hit a 300 million win. It probably took 20 spins so you’re still down 300 million loss. I have played tour Slots on other games and you always come out ahead. But this game you get 2.9 billion after you spend about 30 billion in loses on poor performing machines. Don’t recommend. The sad thing they have some fun machines but it’s just a distraction so you don’t realize you never really win your always loosing money and coins.

Taking coins through Connection Error
I invested a lot in this game. I am a high level and VIP. However, I have experienced numerous connection errors in the past. Coins always disappear after connection errors. Especially when I used the fast button and hit the jackpot, a lot of money disappeared, and I requested compensation for this, but they did not accept it properly. I keep requesting compensation for this, but it is difficult to get a response, and it is so painful.

Horrible customer service for paying customers
I’ve bought several mission passes on this game, and when I wasn’t credited for a red chest I earned worth a minimum of 18 billion, customer service sent their typical form emails and gave me a small amount of coins. It seems like no one actually reads the customer email. Really dissatisfied with the service and will spend my money on a different game that actually values their customers (Vegas slots).
