Troubleshoot game issues
I purchase a golden ticket and my perks didn’t upload. I tried chatting with game representative several times with no results. I leave the game after partially filling the train only to come back and the train is gone prior to expired time. It’s a waste of my $$$ to continue in this game.

While I do like this game I would appreciate it if you addressed the usernames being allowed to be used. I have a high tolerance for things but racists usernames is not one of them! I’ve asked 4 times now for you to address this issues and have not had ONE reply from you! For that you get one star

This is not the game I thought it was going to be, it’s completely different from the ad.
My ok review
The graphics are good. Game concept is good. There is pouty if beginning land to place buildings. The game play has grasped attention. So far, I enjoy playing the game.
However, it takes forever for the products to be made in the production buildings and too many building too quickly. I spend 98% waiting for things to complete and 2% actually playing. That’s about 5 minutes. Then I leave for several hours and come back several hours later. I am NOT actively playing.
I go play other games and am actively playing those games instead.
I might get bored of this game in a few weeks. It needs to be significantly less wait time on products and buildings. Cost of the packages needs to be cheaper.

Game is lame…
I had this game many years ago and I really enjoyed it. But this new version sucks…nothing is the same. I don’t understand why you had to change everything. What happened to visiting neighbors and purchasing items from their market, and the decorations are stupid. And why do we have to have houses and buildings to expand that we can’t even use.

You all knew we wouldn’t be able to finish the Golden Pass and get the Mega Prize because you didn’t give us enough tasks and you knew this. I really really don’t know what to say about that but it wasn’t a nice thing to do.

The game copies Township almost perfectly except the Developers make it hard so you will spend money to progress. I would advise finding a better game. I quit Wild West, Developers made it too hard to progress without spending money. I’m done with GREEDY Owners of supposedly “FREE” games.

Deleting before lvl 1
Couldn’t even make it through the tutorial because tapping takes 50 million tries just to get it to do what they want. I tried my pen and my finger. Just to clarify, this is the only app with that problem so I know it’s not my tablet but the game. I’m going back to township.
What’s the point??
I’ve had this game for a few days. At first it was fun but now it’s just plain boring. My barn is too full so I end up selling things to clear it out, but I’m unable to produce anything because I ended up having to sell what I needed in order to produce new crops. This is frustrating.
Terrible tech-support
This game was fun and interesting in the beginning. I got all the way up level 39 and the game froze. I contacted tech-support did what they suggested mind you 48 hours later and then every time you speak with him it’s another 24 to 48 hours. So I started another game and I got to level 36 and the same thing happened so technically there is no tech-support so this is useless to me
Unfair
The game requests large quantities of items, yet they tell you that your barn is full. Why not request the items from my fully stocked barn? It’s super stressful & not what I was expecting for a relaxing gameplay.

Too much changes, game is no longer fun
I used to love playing, would come on every day. Game has become boring. There are hardly any good teams out there, I made my own and finally stopped playing for almost an entire month. The game would be a lot better if it weren’t for the stupid market change. Also, compared to Township it was really hard to level up unless I spent 12 hours on it during the weekend. And according to all the reviews, the developers don’t really care about their players. They give cheap responses to reviews. Also, if I’m not playing the game, why keep it? The app just takes up space. So I’m deleting the game just like many others have. Township has way better graphics and way more players, so I’m going to stick to that. Don’t bother playing this game

Starts off well
The beginning is good. Learning the game gives enough resources to understand. Later, there are things you just can’t find, so you can’t expand the barn or build, which just shuts down all progress. At least you can find a lot of room to build. I would say after the first week, expect to pay if you want to play.

I played Township for 4+ years and had completed my town and zoo but I'm done with the way Playrix- (parent company to Social Quantaum) has altered the game. It's awful now. The zoo is being taken away and it's evolved into horrible mini games on repeat. Some players have recommended this game. It's worse in a lot of ways from Township. I played Township because I liked the decor and customization of decorating my town. In Wildwest everything is very expensive to buy and not any good ways to earn coins. They even charge for teeny tiny bits of road. There is no customization for this game. All the coins earned go to building or growing crops because the coin requirements are crazy. The decor for sale is also very expensive and every thing looks the same. It's mainly trees and fences. Nothing to truly make someone excited to play. Orders are outrageous as to how many items are needed on ships and the train. Factories are slow. You only have 1 space on the foundries for ore to try and upgrade ships and products. The market boxes are also too expensive. When mining you don't find extra coins. Everything about this game is geared to spend money just in a different way than Township. I bought one gold pass for $2.99 when I started. It was for 10 days which I didn't realize. The tasks didn't update after you completed them and give you more to help complete the pass. The perks were not great and when it ended I was offered another gold pass for 10 days @$17.99 US. There is literally nothing here to keep a person interested. It's just a money grab like Township. Oh and no option to change land to water, grass, sand, snow. I'm sure that would cost a fortune, too. It's a worse kind of township.

Bring back the shopping market
This used to be my favorite game I played every day. Then they closed the market sales paper & I stopped playing because it's not fun without being able to buy and sell to fill boats and ships. It already takes too long to make the items. Now I only play 1 or 2 x’s every 6 months or so. Please bring back the shopping and selling. Then I would give 5 stars. It was the best!

It’s truly disheartening to witness the downfall of a game that once thrived with its engaging features and strong community. The removal of the newspaper and market was a catastrophic decision that lead to a significant decline in the game’s overall quality and player satisfaction. The developers say the Merchant is an improvement, claiming it offers better value and enhanced gameplay. However, if the developers actually played their own game, they’d realize thats not the case. The Merchant’s supposed benefits fall flat compared to the dynamic and interactive elements that the newspaper and market once provided. It’s extremely evident that the decision to remove these features was driven by greed rather than a genuine desire to improve the game. The removal alienated a large portion of the player base, and it’s a sad sight to see so many dedicated fans leaving in frustration. The automatic, dismissive responses from the developers, insisting that the Merchant is superior, only add to the sense of disconnect between the game’s creators and its community. It’s becoming clear that the developers don’t truly understand or care about the game they’ve created. Reading other reviews you see the developers reply with a automated message saying the Merchant holds better value but it just goes to show that the devs don’t even care enough to write a real relpy. In light of this, I’m abandoning this pathetic app and shifting my focus to another app called HayDay, a game that has essential features like the newspaper and open market which make the gameplay enjoyable and engaging. It’s a shame to see such potential squandered, but there will always be more games out there that are pretty much the same but better like HayDay in this instance!😊
No diversity
Definitely a pay to play game. What makes me so confused about games like this is that , they would say build the population but don’t even see the amount of population they say it is for example 150 people but don’t see a population of 150 people which makes the game pointless and confusing.

WAS enjoying the game
I have been playing for a few weeks, enjoying the game and even use real$$ to get items for game play. Today the game started shutting down soon after I open it up. I am on level 24 and would like to keep playing since I have invested time and $ in the game. But it doesn’t seem like that’s going to be possible. Very disappointing.
Rip off
I was on like level 17 and paid for a ton off stuff and when I went back in today it said it needed to update. So I tried, it wouldn’t work. So they advised me to delete it and reinstall it. I did this and now it wants me to start all over! I used real money to help get me that far and got ripped off!

My game is frozen. And every time I try to load it on my phone or iPad it crashes.
Terrible in app purchases
In order to grow it takes nearly impossible amounts of resources otherwise in app purchases. The amount of resources to build takes the fun away from the experience of the game.
Can’t open app
Suddenly the game has stopped opening. I deleted it and reinstalled and was able to get in. Closed it and now again can’t get into it. I’m not going to keep deleting and reinstalling…
Time to produce increases as you progress
I had a lot of fun playing this game since when you start it feels like there is a ton to do and time for things to grow and produce isn’t long but as you level up it seems that the time for those same thing such as corn or rye goes up.
Looks nothing like the advertisement
I don’t understand why these games are marketed to look one way but look quite different once you get them. I would actually buy the game that looks like the advertisement but sadly, it doesn’t actually exist. I feel duped once again. Ps. I revived a response from the developer stating that the ads are just a cinematic of the game and they differ from what actual gameplay looks like. That is exactly my point. Why not make a cinematic that looks like actual gameplay? It is technologically possible. The answer is that the actual games images don’t look very interesting and would not compel as many people to download the game. That is called a bait and switch. I removed a star from the rating for the developers admitted duplicity.
