If you are trying to watch a replay of a match without knowing the result, they make sure the result is IN YOUR FACE! is this app developed by AI or humans?
Not easy app to connect to tv
It shows options but always ask for emailiD and password when trying to connect to tv … later says no subscription

Full matches are not available on the iPad. Must watch on Roku. Terrible if you plan to watch on iPad. also no customer service.
Bring back the old app
They’ve made a mess of this. Overemphasize highlights. Need to make it easier to watch full match replays. Now you can only find them for the most recent matches before they disappear, much quicker than before. The app generally makes it harder to find older matches from just a couple weeks or months ago. Help cricket fans watch cricket matches, not highlights.
Most of the time it’s down
I have seen multiple incident of app going down and no tech support. It’s not ready to navigate and even streaming has performance issues.

Not sure who developed this but it crashes more often than he does not.
Does not work on live streams says restricted network or ad blocker.
It just dies not work. Turned off all kinds of settings. Take my money but more concerted about showing me ads?

Videos don’t enlarge properly in ipad. Initial video never loads correctly. Freaking results displayed everywhere. Horrible product that never pay attention to what users want.

Poor Maintenance
Using willow for more that 10 years and this new take over or merger with cricbuzz is really not doing any good. I have a continuous subscription with auto renewal from ages and now with this new app I keep seeing that my subscription has ended even though there will be charge on my card. This is really unprofessional and unacceptable!!
Spectacular example of the outcome of a monopoly
Constant interruptions, “technical difficulties” approximately twice per match. Poorly timed commercials.
Lack of bandwidth resulting in buffering , which leads to another commercial upon refreshing.
Just a poor overall experience for a paid monthly subscription service.
If there were options available, Willow would most definitely not be on my list of recommendations.

Paid version has ads??? Why!!!
Why in the world does this app with a paid subscription has to show sleazy ads at the bottom? I just can’t understand how $80 subscription still needs to show ads on the app. Looks very cheap.

It got worst after cricbuzz took over always freez then restart!! missed PSL on 11th April
Its always issue to open.
I pay every month $10 and most of the time , it don’t open.

Willow’s new owners are baffled at how to provide an app with no spoilers. Unbelievably bad development.
Pretty Ridiculous
Willow won’t allow us to AirPlay during the weekends. It works just fine during the weekends. During weekend we need to be seeing the small phone screen. Garbage may be a good way to describe the App. One weekend we are treated to “technical issues” without any telecast at all. All this for IPL
Pathetic app update and support
Purchased for IPL and cannot view the LIVE matches. Support keeps sending same messages while I do not have any ad blockers or VPN. Original Willow team Support was better. Not sure with the transition
Live telecast
It doesn’t work on weekends for live. If you can’t deliver you shouldn’t telecast the match.
Terrible for live sports
Willow is mostly for streaming Ads with occasional cricket in between. This app is an insult to cricket. Fails basics of live sport streaming…any time you open apps, you are greeted by ads missing live action. To make it worse, each time the service buffers, they run ads. You are forced to restart game as it just pauses randomly, and guess what…more ads. They just want to run the same ad over and over ..that is the only point of this app. The developers should be ashamed. Cricbuzz seems to have made it worse!
Video streaming stops in between
Video stops while watching. It’s repeating very frequently. Even we don’t find support options or complaints section either in mobile app or TV app.

It was working fine during India SA, India NZ series.
Then for World Cup T20, it again asked to re login.
I did. I have been a paid active member since 2015. I am still currently.
IPL it is again creating trouble.
I can’t login as it keeps logging me out asking me to accept privacy and cookies. I cannot save them as the App seems to have some error bug. Asking yo call same Number 1017.

Terrible app / tv experience
Get something else. I signed up for Willow TV via the website to see it on an iPhone when I’m traveling or on my TV. Was able to get the iPhone working but the TV process is just absurd and wrong. The app asks for you to login or sign in and does not give you a code that the website asks for to approve the sign in. Customer support is useless and I don’t think they even bothered to read my issue.

Horrible updates
What was once a great and user friendly app has become simply unusable. Most glaring is they took away the ability to hide scores. I’d like to be able to watch a match without knowing who won! Basic! Also issues with pausing and picking hip where you left off, and may other glitches. Come on, get it together!

I already have a willow subscription through sling tv because THERE IS NO TV APP FOR “WILLOW by cricbuzz” and even with 2 channels of willow they are only showing IPL on both channels when there is a PSL game happening at the same time. Unbelievable!!

Horrible. How can they stream the same match on all three channels. They are showing the same IPL match on all 3 channels. I have willow through sling. I will take this to the higher up’s. How can you sho the same match on 3 different channels when there are other live international/league matches coming on the same time. I am from the US and this is really unprofessional. There is a clear favoritism towards Indian matches as they make them more money. Really disappointing from an “international” streaming service. Lost a customer!
There should be zero star rating for this app…
This app is now not even working on my TV and is stuck with disclaimer language on the TV screen and even after accepting the terms and conditions, it is now frozen and not moving forward, SIMPLY ANNOYING!!! The app doesn’t work efficiently on any devices and the worse thing is despite having so low ratings, there is no improvement at all. Personally, I would give this a zero rating.
Can’t log in
After the new update I can’t log in on the app, my browser nor a computer. Everything I try to log in it sends a verification code to my email but it never comes. No response from customer service.

Buffering and too many Advts
Too many advertisements for a paid service. On top of that service is not the greatest. Whenever a premium match is live it is impossible to watch due to buffering. Every 30 seconds you have restart the stream. Each time you have to watch the advt. when the stream starts and thereby missing half of the live content.
What a downgrade after CricBuzz integration
Before CricBuzz integration, the Airplay used to work flawlessly from my app to Samsung TV. Now whenever an ad shows up, it is not able to go back to the match anymore. So basically, I have to go back to the app and start the match again manually, watch another ad and miss the first or second ball. Also I would not use Airplay if you did not take away the samsung app. I’m an iOS dev myself and I understand it could take some time to fix issues, but how long? Lots of issues are here for a long time as I read reviews. How long do you guys need to fix critical issues?! Also I don’t usually write reviews, so just think about how frustrated I would be that I have to write a review.
Worst upgrade
I have request to the company that owns the app. I pay for annual subscription and expect a decent interface to watch the games on real time. Ignore the fact for a minute that you are incapable to stream it live, the team that developed the app without testing should be fired. The advertisement algorithm is horrible and gets stuck . It not only mucks up Ux but you also lose money! I hope you will fix it ASAP and there is some accountability in the business when you charge us good enough money! The home screen is beyond salvage with the clutter all around…
Worst dev team ever!!
As a developer myself, I can tell that the dev team who is responsible for this app is pure excreta. I mean i could go on listing simple bugs. Also, the UI and UX is one of the worst i have experienced, why cant you do atleast an average job? You steam IPL and this is the standard?? Unbelievable, worthless, terrible, abysmal, cheap app.
Fraudulent practices
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Willow TV. Despite canceling my subscription last month, I was still charged for the current billing cycle. When I contacted customer support to rectify this, they refused to issue a refund, claiming their fees are non-refundable even when the charge occurs after a cancellation request.
I have been a frequent customer in the past, but due to these deceptive billing practices and poor customer service, I will never use this service again. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as they may continue to charge your card even after you have terminated your subscription

No access after paying
Don’t waste money on this app. I signed up for this service from web using Sign in with Apple feature. Paid the subscription fee, then try to login on my TV or mobile phone, and it says no subscription found.
When I reached out to customer care with receipt, they mentioned the receipt was associated with a Gmail account. That Gmail id doesn’t belong to me. That’s some weird billing bug and now I missed the finals after paying for it. It’s been 16 days and they are still trying to resolve this issue.
Buyers beware and stay away from this service.

Poor customer support
Be careful. I tried to sign directly instead of Apple to give them more revenue directly but they make leaving very difficult. Been shunted from one place to another several times now
The worst update ever
The new UI is totally unusable, you can’t find anything, all the results are displayed, so why would you want to watch this stupid app? Did they actually get any input from users? Not likely, it’s hard to figure out who this app is targeted for, certainly not fans who want to watch a tournament WITHOUT being told who won ahead of time. Congratulations for putting out the worst update in history.
TV app not syncing
I have a paid subscription and while it works on my phone when I log into my TV the subscription is not active. I tried to link my TV via a code from the willow phone app but I can’t get a code! Very frustrating. Tried to reach out to Willow support but no help.

Pointless
I can’t watch cricket live as I live in the usa. Therefore I purchased willow to playback the games. As soon as you click onto the app the winners of each game are plastered all over the screen. Which kind of makes it pointless to continue.

This is a fraud. There is no way to cancel the subscription. They always redirect.
