No matter what I do, my transactions won’t go through. All of my payment methods decline and say “Error occurred during payment transactions”. I even tried using apple cash and you would think it would work since it’s an option provided but no that didn’t work either. This is very unfortunately because I would like to use the wingstop app to gain points and access to offers but I can’t because my order won’t even go through. Wingstop support if there is anything i’m doing wrong on my end PLEASE let me know because I would like to use the app, but right now it’s currently useless to me.

Credit Card ads
The fact that this app tries to get you to auto click on Credit Card offers and other items after you check out using suggestive methods like the green auto highlight is some of the most disgusting and scammy practice I have ever seen. There is also numerous offers you have decline to see the full page for your order status.

App switched my location upon submitting order to a location 20 mins farther away, has never happened before as I never change my location on the app.

Error during checkout
Anybody else have an issue when it’s time to pay? It never lets me add a card or use Apple Pay. This has been going on for MONTHS. i have signed out, deleted the app, updated the app & nothing seems to work. Please fix.

App is the worst now. Scrolling doesn’t work, navigation is bad. Buttons don’t do anything. Just simply recording previous doesn’t work. Stop having AI write your code.

The app is so bad when you first download it, it automatically has an error message. If you guys cant even get it to work why even promote it? I mean come on! That shouldn’t be even promoted anywhere!

I haven’t been able to use Apple Pay or any other payment method for about a year because a store messed up and said I didn’t pay. I contacted support multiple times and they said they would fix it but it has never happened.

Worst Experience Ever
WingStop outsources their delivery drivers when you request delivery through their app. This led to me waiting out in a literal sh!+ storm waiting for the DoorDash driver to arrive as scheduled and “tracked” on the app only to receive a text from DD driver saying “really sorry man I double booked and dropped your food off at the wrong house but you can cancel or reorder” as though he didn’t know they closed in like 20 minutes so receiving a meal tonight after a long day of rest and recovery was going to be virtually impossible. I told him he needed to fix it. He said “nothing i can do” “take it up with Door Dash”. I didn’t order through Door Dash. WingStop’s answer was a remake but they couldn’t arrange a driver for next day???!!! So I Uber there the next days since even Sr Mgr says they can’t coordinate driver for next day?! Absolute garbage the way this incident was handled. There should be an investigation launched into this for theft, negligence, incompetence, and failure to adequately follow through with even a remote ounce of empathy to ensure this type of irresponsible conduct receives the type of attention that holds all parties accountable for their role in this clown show.

I like this place and spend a lot of money with the company but the fact the rewards don’t work or we don’t have any is crazy. The economy is hard and for us to be spending money with places I think it should be an loyalty rewards program available for us

Ordered carry out to nearest wingstop location and arrived to my order not being ready despite my app telling me it was ready. Checked my app and it was actually a different location so I drove 20 minutes to the other location only to realize the app had ordered to the right original location but had given me driving directions to a different one so I ended up having to drive the 20 minutes back. Needs to get fixed wasted my time.
Uses DOORDASH for delivery
Just ordered an hour ago, driver parked at a residential home and never delivered. When managing my order to cancel, I was given the option to call the store I ordered from the DOORDASH website, but then was told that WINGSTOP cant refund me but i have to issue a refund with DOORDASH. Like why even offer delivery if youre going to make it a hassle to report an issue i have.

Update has misleading information
“New point system” actually it’s not, because there is no point system. And if you want to complain about this you have to send an email to an individual restaurant instead of the head office for Wingstop. Making random restaurants the people who receive angry emails about app complaints. Very disappointed in how they mislead with quote

Look, when this app works it works but I have tried Apple Pay and PayPal and it always says there is an error with payment. I have tried logging out. I have tried uninstalling the app. I have tried everything and this app refuses to let me pay.

Very disappointing experience with pricing in the app.
The menu clearly shows “10 bone-in wings for $10,” but at checkout the price suddenly changes to $14.49 before taxes with no explanation or warning. The exact same thing happens with the “20 wings for $20” option, which jumps to $27.59 at checkout.
I selected these items specifically because of the prices displayed in the menu, so seeing completely different prices appear only at the payment stage feels misleading and frustrating.
If the real prices are $14.49 and $27.59, then those are the prices that should be shown upfront - not lower prices that disappear during checkout.
This seriously hurts trust in the app and made for a very poor ordering experience. Because of this deceptive pricing, I will no longer be a customer. Customers should not have to discover the “real” price only when they are ready to pay.

Looks like wing stop is no longer accepting orders through the mobile app. Been trying over 30 min and orders will no longer process.

Love the food, hate the all
I ordered from this app pretty often however there are times where it glitches and I get charged for an order that never goes through. It really wasn’t a big deal, but it just happened again and typically the money comes right back but this time it didn’t and so now I’m just playing the waiting game and I don’t get any food from it.

Every store nearby, I mean every store nearby doesn’t participate in the rewards… what’s the point. Also $1 for 1 wing is a deal?!?!
Tracker don’t work

Fix the glitches please
I never want to go instore because it takes 30-45 minutes to make your food. Wouldn’t be bad if it tasted fresh but most of the time the fries are cold…It’s annoying that the app never loads and when it does it glitches out at check out. I was excited to see there was a new update where we could get rewards, but the it doesn’t even let me log in…Wingstop what are we doing??!! Please get it together, or I guess we are gonna be stuck going to buffalo wild wings. 🤷♀️
Need Loyalty Program
I have been a loyal WingStop customer for over a decade, & they have not once ever given me anything! Its ridiculous. No birthday reward. Nothing. & had the nerve to raise the prices & change the fries, yall need to be put outta business.
