I can’t make any edits! It keeps crashing and it won’t save my progress! Yes, I cleared all the cache and NOTHING! I deleted the app and reinstalled and NOTHING! NEW Update ruined this app! Never again! I want my REFUND!!!

This app is terrible; it literally only allows you to use quality once, then you have to pay, and when you want to use quality and it lags, and you reset it, it makes you pay. Highly unrecommended.
i used it one time and it told me i have to use vip to use it again
i used image quality and i used it for one photo. since it didn’t allow me to make a batch (it was vip), i just decided that ill use it separately. after it downloaded and i tried to save the second photo, it told me i was using a pro feature even though the first photo was okay. can you only use the quality enhancer once a day? seems ridiculous
horrible quality
i have tried to use this app for my quality, and it just damages the clip. when i am editing a person, i want it to acutally look like them. this app makes it look nothing like the person i’m editing. i DO NOT recommend, don’t use this app unless you like bad quality and a person that doesn’t look like themselves. fuh nah man, i’m outta here ts is crazy.

Why must they torture us?
Every day another feature is locked behind the shackles of a paywall, it is utterly sickening and shameful. Not even but 2 weeks ago was I able to use ai uhd on images freely at will as many times as I had liked, then about a week ago it was reduced to 2 free uses per day, and now they’ve fully ripped this feature from my cold and frail hands. At what point is this filthy gluttony enough? At what point does your greed end? It is truly disgusting how a company can stab their own constituents in the back and then proceed to only dig deeper and deeper into the wound day by day.
Almost everything is vip now …
I used to like this app because many of its features were free, and the paid ones were justifiably priced. But now even the most basic features are "VIP"-it's extremely disappointing, since they've basically become like Capcut 2.0, where 99% of the app is now paid.
Double paywalls
Probably the worst app I’ve ever seen when it comes to paywalls. They want you paying 13$ a month for a subscription that doesn’t do a thing. But you have to have it or else you can’t buy their make believe currency (credits) that’s required to be able to enhance the photos. It’s an absolutely ridiculous Ponzi scheme. You have to pay them to be able to Pay them. And it’s not no nickel and diming either they wanted to charge me 60$ to be able to scale a single video that wasn’t even a minute long INSANE. I promise you these high reviews are just robots from the company trying to offset the people who really used the app and are leaving bad reviews.

Bad app
A few months ago they let me do the quality restoration for unlimited times a day. Now they changed it so you can only do ONE a day, unless you pay for vip. I recommend getting a different quality restoration app because this one is money hungry
Takes hours
Each Enhance of a video takes like a hour, With short clips like 5-10 seconds it take like 15 minutes like omg .

Ultra HD+ was a good app, but it became a paid app. You could use ads, but now you have to pay. No, thanks. It was a good app, so I went and downloaded another one. There are others that are free. Don't download it, it's just impossible to do anything. Only after payment - 1 user.
This app is amazing but…
I love this app so much, I use it very so often to make my edits high quality. However, the Ultra HD option is now behind pay walls. I don’t understand why when apps or companies start getting popularized by consumers, that they immediately start becoming greedy, taking the very thing that people use the app for, in this case, high quality. If anything, this decision is only going to drive people away, meaning you will get less money. There are ways to make money from this app, but taking away the one thing people use it for is not one of them.

It’s a great app that could have easily gotten 4 or 5 stars… but it’s money hungry, in my opinion. It never told me that i had a limited amount of uses for the HD enhancer, and it made me extremely confused when I went to use it again and it just kept telling me to buy premium. I just needed an app that enhances quality, and this was recommended… but its deleted now.

Promotes mud shark propaganda & removed the free option to be greedy
I would’ve rated it 4-5 stars easily because it’s a great app with many useful features. That is until I saw that you were promoting anti white mud shark propaganda by trying to frame a White woman as a mud shark in your romance filter add when most White women aren’t mud sharks. So it’s very vile that you would push that agenda in that ad but then you made the app even worse by removing the free Ultra HD restoration and you can only do it once now before it asks for a paid subscription even though you used to be able to do over 10 before it asks for money. So switching from free to greedy is bad but using your romance ads to promote mud sharks race mixing propaganda is even more disgusting and vile. I’m not trying to see that disgusting anti white agenda when I’m editing videos. So if you can just fix those two things I would easily give the app 5 stars because it is a great app I’m just tired of seeing it ruined by these agendas. If you at least fix the mud shark propaganda ad I would give 5 stars again and if you change the greedy thing of not being free anymore I would give a good review.
Thoughts
