After considerable information exchange WISE still almost got my VISA revoked because your people asked for HOME ADDRESS, not PROFILE ADDRESS. NONE of your team could put 2+2 together. Why do I say that? Because over the past years since 2019 I have ALWAYS tried to maintain my ADDRESS correctly.
Apparently, it is your mistake, not mine that won’t allow me to actually enter the PERSONAL ADDRESS you required solely because YOUR WISE address input screen DOESN’T ALLOW ANYONE with a brain to enter the exact PERSONAL HOME ADDRESS that YOLANDA requested. Yet you ‘slammed the door in my face, without even any courtesy to explain ALL that WISE asked for rather than what your PROFILE system would allow.
Yes, although retired from USA ACTIVE DUTY as far back as 1987 when I worked for the USA GOVERNMENT I actually wrote software that would accept ANY WORLDWIDE HOME ADDRESS. That is more than 50 years ago WISE.
My advice, before sending me or others DEMANDS for something you required, have someone with a brain to ‘quality control review’ whatever you intend to distribute.

Took for ever and a lot of effort to recover
I was requested for more information on a new recipient that was provided on time understanding the scrutiny email was confirmed and had to push for 2 weeks for this to happen not able to respond
Finally after the lack of functioning chat the never call back phone promise through email an representative was able to release it considering the risks of a fintech app with just their word to honor their part of the deal

Why does it stop whatever audio is playing when logging in? It is not an audio app. Fix this.

This is an evil company who lie to you every single transaction and you are a damn fool to use this app when Remitly has absolutely no problems at all and they charge far less and always transfer immediately instead of making you wait a week to get a transfer. Anyone who give wise a good review is a masochist or an idiot.

When I try to send money it says there is a problem and doesn’t let me fix it. My friend can’t get the money I told her I would send.
Scam
Stating services that are not covered (send to debit), impossible to withdraw money, charged in, charged out (sending money to yourself, pay the fee to a tiny hat), there are decent real apps, that actually do what advertised and much cheaper.

I don’t know what u guys did on the app but my entire list of people that was saved and I would sometimes send money disappeared! I am extremely frustrated and now I will look for another app!
App is confused
I just completed 2 transfers from my NFCU account and on the 3rd transfer I got a message saying this account is not available to you. This is the same accounts and transfer routine I have been using for 3 years at least. Very inconvenient.
Poor Bank Connection, slow transfers
I always struggle to get support and even if I have money, to cannot send it.
Now I also struggle to send it fast, I use to send it in minutes due to my time sensitive transactions, now, it takes 7 or more days, now it is useless to send it with it, what are you doing with the app??

Has promise but UX not great, scaling issues means your money in limbo!
Moved my rating down as dealing with customer service at Wise has been awful. I loaded money into Wise account at beginning of week, have been a customer for a while, never had issues before, for some reason I am at Thursday and no agent can tell me why my money is being held up, they keep saying it will be in tomorrow, never happens, messaging said 2 days possibly (no reason why, I paid by debit, but we are at 4 days and still no answers. Their whole product/service revolves around guaranteeing currency rates, which have expired in this situation.
Luckily this wasn’t an emergency or I would be screwed! Deleting my account after this.

Baje la app. Porque chat gpt me recomendó por ser facil y ECONÓMICA, Cosa que no es así. Por 20$ que envías te cobran casi 15$ 😱 así que eliminaré esta app. No recomendable para transferir internacionalmente

I’d say that I’m tech savvy but this app has need to hard to use and navigate. I only downloaded since a friend is trying to send me monies she owes me

Updated: Deposit times are so slow
Previously I rated it 5 stars for amazing UX, UI, API responsiveness and conversion rates. The deposit times have become so slow like almost 7 day and conversion rate is almost same as Xoom. Maybe they were giving better rates for new customers and gradually gotten worse.
