I was charged three separate times for a subscription that was advertised as a single payment. After discovering the unauthorized multiple charges, I contacted customer support twice and provided all the necessary transaction records. Despite this, I have received no meaningful response regarding the remaining refunds.
Only one charge was refunded, while the other payments are still missing. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the support team. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to recover money that was incorrectly charged.
A billing system that charges customers multiple times and a customer service team that ignores refund requests is simply unacceptable. Until this issue is fully resolved and customer support improves significantly, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

It’s not as useful you think
I paid the yearly subscription and I still got charged for a trial and then I rarely used it because it’s not as useful for my daily routine here and there I’ll read or listen to an audio book but it’s just and app on my phone really.
Don’t get unless you like surprise charges
I’ve been charged $40 twice for no reason.

The first day it lets you read and hear the app the second day you can’t do a damn thing the 3 day it lets you read from certain books and from there on till the 30 th day you can read nor listen to worst app ever it’s a scam don’t buy
Good luck canceling your account
I tried for several months to cancel my account with each e-mail saying my e-mail address wasn’t valid or they had over whelming customer complaints they couldn’t handle. Definitely a hassle to cancel.

Don’t buy. They say you have a free week and they will remind you before they charge you the first time. That is a complete lie. They didn’t remind me and them charged me &89 for a year subscription. Be aware.
Criminal enterprise stay away
I cancelled this spam app months back and got charged 40 dollars months down the road and they wouldn’t do anything or refund me. I reported fraud and my bank returned my money.
PREDATORY APP- DO NOT Download!!
This company and app are a unethical. They sign you up for multiple services , make cancellation impossible by hiding the button out of visibility as well as requiring you to cancel several different features that they sign you up for when you select the minimum service. I have never seen a company get away with such fraud but Apple is struggling with this merchant.
App sucks good concept
Tried to listen to a couple books and wouldn't even load. Other apps in my phone and safari worked well just to validate it wasn't my phone. Waste of money.
Not a subscriber bc I could not complete the starting point
This app has charged me $220.23 so far without even the ability to get through the starting of the app to even find the admin in which to unsubscribe HORRIBLE. I’m not sire how I was signed up - but they sure are taking my money and not allowing me to even get into the app.

You buy the app and you can only log into this app when you do your fingerprint scan. I think that should be up to a person who is purchasing the app if they want to give their fingerprint or not there’s no other as a possibility so and can’t use it because I don’t want to use messing up print
Customer Support ghosted me
I did the trial but forgot to cancel after I discovered I wouldn’t use the app. No reminder, which is bad business ethics, but I did agree to a trial then getting charged.
My issue is I reached out to customer service the day of to see if they would refund me the $90 and included my user ID from the app. Ashley responded and requested additional information. I responded twice to the email, the first with the info and the second as a follow up, but with no response.

I subscribed for one of their promos and they had me signup on the web, the initial promo time was great but late i decided to cancel my subscription and move away from the app and to my surprise the account was removed not accessible but i was still being charged for the subscription that i canceled that was never supposed to renew. And support is another big issue it took about 5 weeks for them to finally get back to me with some sort of a response, only to hear that they are not willing to investigate and web subscriptions are non refundable even if you have no access to your account after deleting it, the irony of cancelling a web subscriptions without access to the account. Hundreds of $ wasted on a subscription. Very bad experience
The idea is great, the feature can be better
The idea of bite-size learning is great, but I find the app less user-friendly than it should be. For example, there is no read-aloud highlighting feature, and when I try to highlight a word, it doesn’t work. When I attempted to contact support, it opened another app on my phone. There is also no easy way to manage the subscription.
This is the second time I’ve subscribed to the app. After using it again, I was reminded why I didn’t continue the last time. To be honest, I regret subscribing again. I plan to use it until the subscription expires and then discontinue it.
