Greedy cash cow
This game no longer allows you to buy because it’s gotten so expensive that if you play the game as it dictates your credits will be gone in 5 minutes spending hundreds of dollars with low payouts. Sadly they no longer answer calls. Not sure what happened with there. I used to play so much and have spent way too much. I will no longer spend this much. I will go to the casino where I have better odds and can win real CASH!!

The game was alright when I started playing it years ago. The games are set tighter than a real casino most of the time when you “win” you aren’t even winning your bet back. At least they are consistent with all their games. They pretty much do that always. Oh the graphics are good and it nostalgic but save your money and just watch the movie.

They do not give 5 billion credits. The game is misleading and complicated and you don’t win often.

Scam
Waste of time! It’s nearly impossible to complete daily challenges. What you use in credits is far from being returned fairly. Always glitches! They tell you to “bet higher” but you never have enough credits to do so! Banana respin is a joke! Bingo is a joke! The game makes sure you can’t get all the numbers after a few gold cards. Really not worth your time! I’ve tried sticking it out over a year now & it’s just gotten worse!

Been Playing for a long time
I used to enjoy this game immensely. Now I find that you lose way more than you win. Hourly bonus doesn’t cover one bet unless you bet small amounts. So sad!
It’s broken…will not open today

Been playing for 6+ years. I had maybe a dozen scratchers, nearly 200 bonus treats, and probably at least 7;000;000;000 credits or more. I sign back in. I received 1 scratcher as a “welcome”. Huh? So that’s all I have. ZERO bonus treats! And only 1,000,000,000 credits! Checked my profile and I am not new player. I haven’t missed a day. In fact the Monthly Magic calendar is current. So WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?!?

For the love of God could you create anymore pop ups 15mins of closing out tabs before you can even play horrible. Deleting!!

I must admit, I do love the game and have paid many times for more tokens so that I can continue to play. The minute I started to do that, however, the wins went to zero. I haven’t even had new cards to even complete a set to win tokens. I only get the same old cards so no new ones for months! It’s almost like a switch was flipped and it said no more wins because you’ve paid to play. I’ve reached out to customer support but have received only the same old canned responses with zero resolution or even an ATTEMPT at it. Not that it matters to them but they’ve lost a player who has paid to play. So my message to new players is simply THIS: don’t waste your money to play.

My screen has been frozen on the update message for two months. There is no x to get the screen removed.

App is crashing or freezing up.
This is the 3rd time this has happened in the years I’ve been playing this game. The other 2 time it did not correct itself until I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I lost everything and had to start over both times.
Rip off stay away!
Although I do love the game, when I have credits to play. It is a marketing nightmare, constantly trying to get you to pay for credits, gems, scratchers etc. Every time I change to a different slot machine, I get a minimum of 3 pops ups trying to get me to spend money. If you want to play, it is hard to get enough credits to play many of the machine, with very little pay out. The system they use is heavily against you winning anything, let alone enough to cover your bet credit. Free coins are minimal. I don’t understand how some players are winning Trillions when you only get a few million credits a day. How can you win 17 Trillion in a day in credits from a daily rush, when you barely get free credits and never win? It seems like a lot of credits, but when you have to bet 750 million a spin, 1 billion, 2.5 billion, 5 billion on up per spin, your odds are extremely poor. 125 million credits if you are lucky, for a bonus gets you nothing fast. It is designed for the lucky few who can sustain a major credit bank, vs those you barely get to play. Disappointment they are constantly pushing for you to pay to play.

This game is honestly so frustrating. I’ve had it for years. I don’t spend money buying anything. You collect barely any coin on your hourly collect. When you get bonus vaults, You only win a third of what the vault says- tops! There are SO many other better slot games! This one I can honestly say I can’t stand. You never win anything. Ever. And they make sure of it. My honest opinion after having the game for 10+ years?… it sucks.

Most of these pop ups are repeated selling chips, a lot of the pop ups advertise the many side missions and ironically the click button says “Let’s Go”…. I’m trying to play slots not add to an RSI. Then most of these pop ups reappear when changing slots and sometimes whitest playing the slots. Today’s barrage was 22 (4 repeated) just to get into my first spin. Needless.
Be prepared to pay
As fun as it is, this game takes your credits and wants you to BUY more credits. Don’t fall for it. Find another slots game.

I bought a 4.99 scratcher and was charged 29.99 and that was on several occasions and that is the smallest over charge. I’m on disability and know better than to spend more than a certain amount. Other than being stolen from, it’s a great game!!!
I’ve now noticed that they are keeping part of the points and even if you purchase the added in order to help you win, it has become more and more difficult to win. The game is nowhere near as much fun as it used to be it it’s to the point I am learning to wean myself off of the game now

Been playing this game for more than 11 years. Has turned into greed. You are dishonestly programmed to loose so that you have to pay for everything. This is my last round. Going out sad. Beyond difficult to win when it is programmed to loose

I just bet 7.5 billion points. Got 10 free spins. Didn’t win anything. So I lost 7.5 billion. Happens a lot. Several times I have got bonuses and lost. Very disappointing at this game.
