Total Rip-off
After playing for more than 10 years, on 1/9/26 I finally completed all Lucky scratcher sets and got over 12t points. Since then, I lost over 7t in points by the game defaulting to the highest possible points on a spin because I failed to notice when I switched games. I was playing 500,000,000 points per spin and it defaulted to 500,000,000,000 several times when I switched to games I had just been playing. I was just playing 250,000,000 points a spin and it defaulted to 250,000,000,000 so I lost points again.
Once I won the points in January, every game’s minimum bet also increased as well as points needed to win a jackpot.
Every Lucky card pack received since the win also resulted in 3 cards per pack not 2-5 that it had been prior to my huge win. The pay off for each Lucky Card set has also gone down to almost nothing and 4 and 5 star cards are non existent unless a ridiculous challenge is completed and they are always the same cards. FC Lucky cards in high roller world come every 3000 spins or more and they too are always the same cards. I have contacted tech support numerous times about these changes and have been told that Lucky Card packs are random. It wasn’t until I completed all Lucky Card sets. In betting over 13t points, I have never completed a lucky card set that required 4 and 5 star cards.
Lastly, I am down to almost nothing. So the software kicked in and ensures my points will never increase. I may stay at my point total for a day or so but it always goes down through repeated losses or default bets that go unnoticed.

Bonus rounds are mostly garbage occasionally you get lucky. Never ever pay extra on the monkey that just turns off the win feature of a game and you rarely get a respin. The games are visually appealing and a waste of 5 minutes most days. For better quality entertainment go sit in your yard and watch the grass grow. That will be way more stimulating than this game.
Pop Add Inundated
This used to be one of my favorite slot apps. I hadn’t played it in a while and when I went to play again the app had been updated; and not for the better. It is now overloaded with too many pop up adds and extras that it detracts from the enjoyment of the app, and unfortunately I will be deleting it…

This game is just a money grabbing POS
When you get free spins and win NOTHING, and this happens more once a playing session, something is full of c’ap. This game used to fun. Sure you might have to get coins sometimes but it balanced out. Now that is all the game wants is for you to buy and buy and buy. Shame on You!!!

The game hasn’t changed it’s a pay to play game. Here’s the thing you can’t play most of the machines because the damn starting bet is 25 million and above. nothing but dead spins and they don’t even let you look at the other reviews anymore. I have played this game for 8 years. Now when spend over a 100 bucks for credits and get a fortune card you rarely get credits. The odds have drastically changed. I shouldn’t have to spend so much money to have fun.

This game is a real ripoff in the middle of a game if you hit the bonus round or free spins right in the middle of it paying off it shuts down than you go back to the game and you never get your money or bonus points. I’ve played this site for over 1465 days in a row. I buy a package at least 2 times a month, I’m dedicated.

Used to be great game
I’ve been playing this game daily for years. The last couple of months it went way down hill. Every time you switch a machine you have to go through 4 or more adds to buy credits. Seems the same 5 people come up saying they hit a jackpot. Now it’s impossible to even win . Even if you purchase a minimum amount of credits. If you watch closely on some spins you will see a quick stall on a winning spin and it will go to a loosing spin. Other events that the end your rewards credits you never get. It shows you won but doesn’t go into your amount of credits you already have. The bingo is a joke now if you’re lucky you may get one number out of 15 balls on average. Also when you have the card filled with one winning number . The game ends times up. The super spins are a joke you win the lower amount credits almost every time. If you pay the 5 bucks for the super super spins you will win less than you would get if you paid for them. They definitely changed the programming. Every time you update the game it makes it harder to win. After all these years the game is still filled with bugs or set up for their profit. Used to be able to play for hours without going broke. Now in 5 to 10 minutes even with the free credits you’re out of luck. They a game now is setup to pay to play. Unless you have money to throw away this game is for you. Even if you choose to spend a few bucks it will be gone in a heartbeat. In my opinion you’re better off going to a real casino at least you have a chance to get a return in your investment. Very disappointing that a great game at one time is got so greedy that it’s not worth the time or especially the money to play. Like other people reviews of recent have said the same thing. Like them I’m moving on to another game.

Have played this game from all most the beginning everyday and it’s the worst it has ever been, I have never won a jackpot from spinning other than from a bonus game which is hardly ever and never a large one. One of the worst casino game apps for winning it’s worse than a real casino, used to be fun to play, not anymore
Greedy cash cow
This game no longer allows you to buy because it’s gotten so expensive that if you play the game as it dictates your credits will be gone in 5 minutes spending hundreds of dollars with low payouts. Sadly they no longer answer calls. Not sure what happened with there. I used to play so much and have spent way too much. I will no longer spend this much. I will go to the casino where I have better odds and can win real CASH!!

Been playing since the beginning & although the games are still good, they have made so many changes that many of us lost our Facebook friends and now many of the free coin links don't work. Clicking on them for many of us sends us to the App Store and we never get the coins. I can go weeks with playing very little because I have no coins. I buy the ruby pass every month but will need to reconsider if I can't count on getting several billion free coins every day.
And as far as the LL points - despite playing every single day for YEARS I am still at 41% - it is impossible to advance without spending a lot of money and I will never do that.

I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s fun and the graphics are beautiful. Unfortunately there are two HUGE PROBLEMS. The first is as you level up, the cost of coin packages and special gameplay deals go WAY up too. I play this game on 2 different devices. The one where I’m still at a much, much lower level has prices for everything at a low and reasonable cost. The device I play on everyday is at the highest level and SO ARE THE PRICES I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING!! It’s gotten absolutely ridiculous that to buy GEMS or COINS, the average cost begins at $29.99, or $39.99 and up. Most “SPECIALS” on CARDS & COIN specials are $59.99, $69.99, $79.99 and up! The second problem is the minimum bet you can play is NEVER what is required for achieving any of the rewards in the various challenges. That is what necessitates purchasing COINS, GEMS, and Special Packages. THIS GAME DEVELOPER IS ALL ABOUT THE GREED$$. Before you know it, you’ve spent HUNDREDS of DOLLARS on achieving goals that are impossible to achieve without “In Game Purchases”. JUST BEWARE👁️👁️!

Love the games, but 20 clicks just to play?
Got a love and hate relationship with this game. When you first enter it, you are presented with 15 to 20 pop ups to click through just to get into your first slot. Most of these pop ups are repeated selling chips, a lot of the pop ups advertise the many side missions and ironically the click button says “Let’s Go”…. I’m trying to play slots not add to an RSI. Then most of these pop ups reappear when changing slots and sometimes whitest playing the slots. Today’s barrage was 22 (4 repeated) just to get into my first spin. Needless.
Be prepared to pay
As fun as it is, this game takes your credits and wants you to BUY more credits. Don’t fall for it. Find another slots game.
