This is the worst airline anybody can possibly you , the check-in crew were super rude and very disrespectful, they didn’t allow me to pay even when they knew I was trying to sort it out, they want you to pay the 315zl by force , they come very prepared for that . Privilege Pass first:
It expires silently. No warning. No reminder. No email. Nothing. When it lapses, the option to re-purchase conveniently vanishes from your account and app. For a paid subscription, this is either gross incompetence or a deliberate design choice - neither is acceptable.
Now All You Can Fly - which has become an outright joke.
I don’t casually check availability - I plan around it. I wait for the eligible period, then check methodically at midnight / the moment the 72-hour booking window opens, day after day. The result is always the same: no available seats on almost any flight.
This isn’t bad timing or lack of flexibility. It means you waste time waiting for the window, checking precisely when you’re told to - and then end up having to buy the same flight at a premium price anyway, because Wizz Air simply doesn’t release seats to All You Can Fly holders.
Meanwhile, those same flights remain available for regular purchase. Calling this product “All You Can Fly” is misleading when availability is effectively zero during the very window you’re instructed to use.
It’s clear the seat allocation algorithm has been quietly changed after people paid - degrading the product while keeping the marketing intact.
Wizz Air is no longer just a low-cost airline - it’s a company relying on dark patterns:
• Silent subscription expiry
• Hidden or missing renewal options
• Artificially restricted “unlimited” products
• Forcing customers to pay full or premium fares after waiting and checking as instructed
Budget airlines save money on service - not on basic honesty. At this point, Wizz Air memberships feel engineered to extract money while shifting all the risk and inconvenience onto the customer.
I won’t buy another subscription from Wizz Air, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting any of their paid programs.

Confusing directions
It says to print boarding pass in directions. There is no boarding pass and the image you provide gives no way to print it. What a mess. Absolutely confusing.

Spent an hour trying to change my flight to a different day. Paid for this ability to no avail. Tried calling customer service again to no avail. Had to skip the flight for the original booking and book another flight for the next day.

My flight was delayed twice, and even though I checked my bag, they charged me again.

Bad UI design and poor organization at FCO
The app does not show when does the baggage drop counter close.
App is a mess
Checked in for flight, app didn’t even know I had a return flight. Emails from airline to check in don’t open app. UX is janky, tabs on bottom aren’t really tabs. End of check in flow makes no sense makes you cancel everything to get back to main app screen. Just a mess.

Raising prices in shameful schemes, if you add more passengers the price increases for each of them, the currency on the app is significantly different from the currency on the website, absolute disaster on the check in process, delays and cancellations are a normal thing on this company, absolutely horrible and disgusting service.

Recently i book my flight from Uzbekistan to abu dhabi 2 times they rescheduled my flight after that they cancel and after that i try to book in a same date automatically they book for next date than I’ll cancel that flight and book from another website and I’m asking refund now almost 2 months complete they’re not giving me any refund

They literally raised the price of the ticket 3 times in 10 minutes, everytime I try to book the app would freeze and when I go back to the same ticket it’s raised 10-15$.

First, they canceled my flight and didn’t refund my Baggage purchase fee.
Then, when I checked in, they said because I didn’t check in online so they need to charge me for 47 Euro. Otherwise they will not check in for me.

Horrible Airline, scam fees everywhere
The check in for our flight was blocked by WizzAir 3 hours before the flight. I forgot to check in the night before but had plenty of time to do so afterward. Check in doesn’t even give you a boarding pass, everyone else who checked in still had to go to the counter to get tickets. Because of not “adding my passport number” the words of the ticketing agent, I had to pay €96. It’s an absolute scam. One of the worst airlines I have flown with. Like all the other reviews, this is a terrible airline that you may think is cheap but in the end is much more expensive than other options that don’t add on lovely scam fees to people’s bookings.
Should be illegal
Having someone buy a ticket and then forcing them to check in 24 hours before the flight and then making it as difficult as possible to check in, that should be illegal shame on wizz air. They’ll make you pay a big fee if you don’t check into. Terrible

No Internet Connection?
Just downloaded it yesterday and couldn’t make it to work at all! I was on wi-fi and the app was telling me I didn’t have Internet connection! It made me think - do I need to use my cellular data to connect and use the app? You know what? I didn’t even try because if that was true, it’s ridiculous! Same as their website! On Homepage, when I enter a 3-letter airport code in the “From” (airport) box, it would already tell me “cannot find the airport”. Really? KEF, DUB, etc. where you fly? This is useful as much as planning your flights with a globe!

The app is continuously frozen saying update now. As long as it remains in this state, it keeps telling me that I’m not attached to the Internet. Given that I’m leaving this review that’s a bit improbable. There’s something wrong with this app and yes, I have deleted it and reinstalled it directly from the App Store

Hands down the worst airline I’ve ever flown with. Yes the tickets are cheap but the add ons are insanely expensive. I Attempted to make an online check in and It didn’t work then I had to pay extra because I couldn’t check in online. And when flying back I checked in online just to then have to Pay for my carry on luggage that the didn’t see fit as carry ons when the other flight I didn’t have this issue. Then they have these unrealistic expectations for backpack sizes and if your bag can’t fit you’ll have to pay for that as well. I attempted to make room in my bag by taking a jacket out and was told that I can only have 1 Jacket per person. All in all if it’s not 1 thing it’s another and you’ll have a way smoother experience just flying with any regular airlines, you’ll think you’re getting a good deal when in reality you’re paying more than you would’ve for additional inconveniences.

It’s definitely easier to check in online and it gives you the card and put it on your Apple wallet. But they definitely charge a lot more. They charge more they charge me €15 more to add baggage through the app then through the website. Definitely do not like that one star
