i quite literally just downloaded the app. ALL I DID was upload my face for the age verification thing, i hadnt even made an account yet. several times it failed to work, and then when it did work and it asked me to put my DOB, it said that it couldn't verify my age. and there's also no section for any type of appeal.

Doesn’t Work
Can’t even get past the Age Verification. For 2 days now I get a pop-up stating “Error”, and telling me to remove glasses, hat, etc. I don’t have anything on my head/face! I have found apps that actually work. No need for this app now.

Purchased a month of infinity and not give any of the perks that come with it. Reached out to support and no response. Just wasted money.

Not able to see requests
We used to be able to see requests sent to us by watching ads but now they want you to pay for it which I think is a horrible feature
Unban me
How are you gonna ban me, not show me what I did to violate the terms and conditions, and not allow me to appeal the ban. This app was fun, but you guys aren’t even telling me why you randomly banned me. Also why do I get banned when there are people on your app trying to acquire nudes from minors and they don’t get banned. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.

Banned For A Face Scan.
I have had wizz for a long while and I stopped using it for a while.
When I come back to download and sign back into my account, they ask for a face scan so I do it.
However, just because they cant determine MY age, I am banned. I am soon to be 16, this is very disappointing.
If I could give 0/5 stars, I would. App has had such a downfall.

This app will ban you without explaining a reason or getting any warnings after you have had and used the app and spent money in the app for 5 years it does not matter if you were loyal to the app for 5 years they wont even explain and thats rude i was mid conversation with multiple people

So there’s a guy that has a whole inappropriate picture of his private area on there and wizz didn’t take it down and it’s still up buttttt I can’t have my stomach out in a picture? That makes no sense. These apps are really going to piss me off. Because all of yall don’t even make the ppl that are actually doing something wrong deal with consequences and are banning or suspending other ppl just for not doing anything wrong

I’ve literally used Wizz for years and met some of my best friends from the app I deleted the app for a while and got banned from doing a face scan?! Like what the hell now I can’t even use the app
everything you have to pay for
you can’t really access your own messages cause their secret chats which you have to pay for and then your profile is hidden to others. If you don’t pay, this app was great in the past cause you didn’t have to pay for things as much. It was usable in the past, but now that more updates came, they remove coins daily rewards, which are not possible to get anymore unless you pay for things that are overpriced.
Overcharged my subscription
The subscription was advertised as 30$ when I cancel the subscription I am billed 43$ refused to explain the extra charges.

Wizz will flag you for literally anything, i said i was bi in my photos so obviously people would know, and i was restricted for 23 hours…. i also wrote “no freaks” bc i dont like that stuff, and i was flagged AGAIN. useful information is being flagged which should be worked on.

The support team literally does not ever respond. Me (and others too as I’m seeing these reviews) have not been getting any messages or signs of profile visibility for a while now, me personally being over a month as of now, but whenever I reach out to support I always get the same automated ai response that doesn’t help whatsoever, telling me the same thing that I’m banned/restricted even though I’ve stated multiple times that the app says I’m not (I’m starting to think I am though)…I’m tired of this please can i just get a human response for once💔💔💔

I was using this app and tried verifying my age but it wouldn’t let me and I tried relogging in and it said I was banned? Idk what kinda ban that is because that is NOT fair at all because I know my age and it was correct. I don’t think i should be getting banned just because I don’t look my age??? I find it very disrespectful and annoying because I am just trying to make friends and use the app on how it’s intended to be used for.

I’ve used Wizz in the past but deleted my account to take a long break and I decided to use it again but after I made a account it told me I was banned even though I never did anything and I didn’t even set a profile or a message or did anything that got me banned I never messaged anyone before deleting my account it didn’t even give me a reason why I was banned I tried deleting my account but forgot my username and I’ve already tried deleting it, this needs to be fixed because I would like to join back Wizz so I can make friends but I can’t even log in because of an unexcused ban. Wizz please read this and do something about this

It’s did a face age and so said no age found so it banned me and no matter how I try it won’t let me use fix this bug or something I’d rate it no stars at all at this point.

I wanted an app to make some friends and got confronted by a bunch of dudes all over America hoping for the 🐱. My first message in the app was a dude wanting to “eat it” and that was 2 seconds into me having the account.
I don’t enjoy the fact that before I even got the chance to change the requirements of who I wanted to meet I got bombarded by 30+ perverts. Bots or not. It’s disgusting…I wish I could’ve chosen to not have men see my profile because obviously there’s no decorum for the men of this app.
