When I started playing this game it was fun and relaxing. Slowly they have taken away the coins you could earn per level and with side games. They have not decreased the cost to continue a game. That was fine, even when I paid for a monthly upgrade and I lost 5000 coins when I updated the app. All good still. This last update when they took about 2/3 of the time away, now I have blown through 50,000 coins. Once I’m down to zero, I’m getting rid of this app. The developers need to make money, but they took out the fun to do it. You lost a good customer now.
Keeps freezing😤😤
Don’t waste your time. Played this game and when you would almost beat a level it will freeze on you. Asked the creator for help and no one helps.

Love this game but recently it started crashing and locking up my phone. Very annoying. Please fix it!
Used to be fun
When I first started playing I had no trouble completing most of the levels without help and actually built up quite a surplus of bonus rewards and points, but now with the shortened time I have been burning through the rewards and points to complete the levels and will be forced to delete the game when it has all been depleted. Not paying that much to continue playing.
Update please
Ever since i changed my iPhone 17 Pro, it freezes a lot. Please fix the bug.
Freezes and crashes
Freezes and crashes too much, can’t enjoy playing it. They also present “Are you enjoying the game” prompt where the only choice is 5 stars. Sketchy.

The game keeps locking up and crashing. This has been going on for some time now. I hope there is a fix in the works. I enjoy playing it. I’m on iPhone 17. At least iOS 17.1, but I don’t know exactly which on I have. It is the latest though.
Please Fix
Game was fine just started and on level 64 and 66 pieces wouldn’t go in the correct color and ads get more frequent the higher levels you get too.
The worst game I’ve ever played
This game becomes so difficult because they know people will give in and buy power-ups to complete the levels. And the videos, when you can find them on youTube don’t correspond with the level numbers. Don’t waste your time.

The levels get to a point where you have literally no time to complete it. Way to many ads.

Great game from level 100-400. Lower levels ridiculously easy but gives you time to build up coins etc. After level 400 game becomes impossible not nearly enough time to finish the levels or if you can get through it you “get trapped” by a door even though you essentially had no option to get rid of the color block you have left earlier. Completely horrible you can’t advance unless you’re willing to keep spending money. Don’t waste your time

I just erased the game after level 1925! Same levels are coming with an impossible short time periods. Are you kidding me?!! I have enough stress in my life, don’t need one more!

I downloaded this game because it was advertised as no time stress…..This game is pathetic with the timer… I enjoyed playing this game but I am sorry you guys have lost your credibility by lying about the time…

I do NOT recommend this app!!!!! It didn’t even work anymore.
11/15: they released another update and it fixed nothing. At this point the frequent updates with no improvements is very suspicious. And it seems like they are trying to bury the negative reviews rather than address the bugs and issues.
11/14: another bad update. The app crashes and becomes unusable after a few games. Then I have to delete until the next update. And same thing happens again. Terrible support and the most buggy app I have ever used.
11/13: this update is actually the worst so far. I’ve had to force quit and reinstall. But the app freezes. And is now completely unplayable. The opening logo shows and then a black screen. This update was the nail in their coffin for Wood Out.
11/9 the released another update and the bugs are still there. I should be able to freely slide blocks in open squares but it won’t let me and has many other bugs. Overall at about level 3000 the game falls apart with bugs. Do NOT pay this company any money. It’s a total rip off and scam.
Another update 11/6/25: and still they don’t fix the bugs. Now it slows down and won’t move blocks in certain areas with no obstructions. Amazing how they keep making it worse an update almost daily with no fixes. Once I’m out of all the bonuses I have earned - I am deleting this app and calling it closed. And the amount of money they want you to spend is absurd.
Update: new version as of 11/5/25 is even buggier and worse than ever. The app now freezes after 2 or 3 rounds. Which requires you to force close it. And then you lose any gains you had. No response from the developer. They still want money but won’t address the bugs.

Ad said no timer
Ad said no timer. That was true for the first 9 or 10 easy games but the hen the timer was added. So, deceptive advertising, standing ads during the game and mandatory ads between rounds. That all rates as a bust for me.

Please fix your app. I was playing and it froze now every time I open it’s a blank screen. And now I’ll lose my progress in the races.

I love this puzzle game, except for one thing - the timer! When I got it, it says “no timer”, which is true for the first several levels. Then, there’s a timer. So the harder it gets, then you have a timer on top of it. Not very relaxing and a classic bait and switch.
Big joke
They say there’s no timer, but after you play a certain number of levels there is a timer and it’s only like two minutes and some of the puzzles are totally impossible to complete. I deleted the game. It’s a waste of time.

Used to be great, now a scam
This used to be an excellent game. Unfortunately, Loop Games has decided to scam players in multiple ways. First, they changed the amount of coins awarded in the middle of a monthly Wood Pass contest, only after I purchased the Wood Pass. This is false advertising and fraud. Second, the game is now failing to credit me for coins and awards that I purchased. I paid $2.99 and NONE of the coins were put in my account. Third, the games’ action is suddenly slower so that blocks don’t drag correctly and it is now more difficult to complete games within the time allowed. Fourth, Loop Games has refused to respond to my complaints about these issues. I am reporting them for fraud and advise users to avoid this scam of a game!

Timers and too many side games
Just wanted a fun strategic block puzzle game. First thing I see is a timer. Then more buttons for options not explained or wanted. Then side games start coming in. Then useless complications are added to the game. Then commercials start randomly popping up. All the fun got sucked out of the game! Deleted it!

I need a game where I can go just for 10min at a time. I like to take a break from reality. This game doesn't do it for me, since I woke up the next day with my progress reset to Level 1. If I close the app, the levels reset. I tried it a few times to be sure, and every time, I lose progress. What a drag.
