Money transfer didn’t work
I initiated some money tranfer from the app ‘Send’ option using a contact information. Next day someone from Woodforest called me to confirm about the transaction. But few days later I saw that the money acctually did not transfered!
Woodforest App should be able to handle a simple money transfer just like any other bank does.

Available balance
**Cannot deposit checks online every time I attempt the app force closes.** Available balance is not updating in real time. I have to close app and reopen to see a debit reflected in the available balance. Even though the debit has already posted to the statement the available balance is not changing. Switching to my other accounts and then back makes no difference. This does not happen when I initiate a transfer or deposit through the app.

iPhone was just updated, don’t understand why the Woodforest app needs access to my photos to do a mobile deposit, should only need access to my camera, never needed it before

The mobile app and website security settings are not functioning properly. Example: If the security setting is for $100.01 the mobile app will only allow you to enter $100.00.
The mobile app and website are misaligned.
Example: The website security setting can be set to $500.00 and it will reflect as a different number, value or figure on the mobile app such as $400.00.
This could cause a massive disruption to the banking system.
Also, the beneficiary protocol for the checking and savings account needs to be updated and include more than just a name. I would suggest a date of birth along with another piece of pertinent information for identification purposes such as an address or etc. Otherwise the current method could cause extreme fraudulent activity to transpire in the event of a death.

Outdated. Never loads. Loses sign in info all the time. Update this pos and make it work better.

App rarley works properley
Constant long or infinite loading screens, have to reinstall all the time. This plus the fact that service is impossible to receive over the phone is enough to make me just want to switch banks
Overdraft
Most banks give a 24-hour grace period, but this bank charges the fee immediately after the overdraft, even if it's just $1.
Trying to get out!
This bank charges heavy overdrafts and worst this bank waits a long time to give you auto pay. Its not even a day early its at last legal moment. Ive been here over ten years. Im out.
