SCAM!!!!
I downloaded the app to see if it had some tips to help me with my new puppy and then i started getting fraudulent notifications from woofz, with many random charges!!! I did not authorize any payments nor did I ever sign up for a subscription. They have tried to get 3 payments out of me, luckily 2 out of the 3 were declined because i turned my card off. First time was for $6 and it went through, second time was for $38 and so I reported it and canceled my so called “subscription” and then next day they tried to again me for $23!!! Note: I never even used the app, I only created an account and didn’t even get a chance to look around and yet it still tried to scam me!

Awful- just buy a used book at an old bookstore.
There is nothing new or innovative here- $30 for information readily available for pennies elsewhere? Avoid this at all costs. Very deceptive marketing makes you think this will actually help. It does not.

When I’m quoted a price that I agree to pay I shouldn’t get all these prompts to buy more. Especially before I get to see what the apps about. I’m being forced to review it immediately which is weird. Not off to a good start but I’ll change this review when I’m done if necessary

Do not get this app!
It is terrible. You can’t even access the total program you’ve paid for. Also don’t tell you they charge you more than once. Robbery.

Don’t waste your money.
Big waste of money. Beware the trial is not free and doesn’t help. As an example, it tells you at some point you can ask three questions. I asked a question and the answer was some generic answer that showed they didn’t pay any attention to what I was asking. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Feel scammed
I originally signed up for the app and it didn’t work. I didn’t see a charge on my credit card and assumed the purchase hadn’t worked. I tried to troubleshoot and sign in and was prompted to sign up again. At that point, I didn’t the free trial, didn’t think the app was for me (it started at basic puppy training when I needed other fixes for an adopted dog) and so I unsubscribed. I then ended up with a charge on my card the company is now arguing with me about and it looks like they somehow get to keep my money, though I did unsubscribe. I may try to contact the credit card company but I find this exhausting and wish the company would have in good faith refunded my money. Would not recommend the app based on poor customer service, scamming techniques, and it wasn’t helpful for a dog that already had some training.

Just another scam we fell for. The training and app were not working. No worries. We only purchased and paid for one month right?!?!. Never even asked them for a refund seeing as we gave it our best shot, it was just too childish and didn’t work with our dog at all.
They went and charged my card $100 later because they said they could and refused to refund me for it! No notice, no warning. Never even signed up for a year. Only purchased one month. It’s not like it was a free trial since I purchased the one month. Do not do business with these scammers!

I canceled my subscription early this year and I have the picture proof that say that my subscription is inactive and that it expired in march, as of yesterday thy charged my catch and threw me into overdraft where I now owe $221. This is ridiculous.
Purchase at Your Own RISK
Got this app to use with our puppy. I cancelled in January 2026 and in the last three days (April 2026) I have been billed twice for $179 and once for $44.99. Either this app was hacked or they are fraudulently billing me. I am mad enough about this to write this review. Don’t do it!
Garbage app, scammy company
I signed up for a 7 day trial of the app to test it for me and my puppy. It was annoying and didn’t work, but no big deal, only $7 to test it. Lo and behold, Woofz automatically charged me two additional months unbeknownst to me. I finally noticed after I kept receiving notification alerts to resume training and went in to ask them about this. They claimed that their sign up page shows that the trial will automatically transfer to a full month automatic subscription - but this is deliberately done in 7 point font that is faint and illegible. They also deliver ally don’t send a receipt for your initial trial OR a receipt for the monthly charges. They are a garbage company whose business model is based on deceiving customers.

Same response to all buried negative reviews. This app is a scam. Apple should remove it. Signed up through iPhone and there is no way to cancel. Paid $36 for a 12 week plan and without notice or ANY WAY to check my account details they charge me $95 for a terrible app that wasn’t worth the original $36. Don’t waste your money. Contact your CC to stop them from continuing to charge you. Horrible company.

Wish I stayed away!
After the introductory (paid) period, I cancelled….as one has to go through lessons that are not useful. If my dog jumps, I have to go through “how to teach to stay” lessons first. Not helpful if a dog can do certain things already. They automatically charge credit card for the super premium VIP extra care service ($48/month) without warning. If the service was good, they would have people paying to continue…not needing to screw people over by charging when they don’t want the service. A Shame!!!!!

I was emailed a one question “survey” they said needed to be completed before refund could be considered. Now, I guess I wait to see if that refund happens 😡

Had a great time training, but had serious cancellation issues.
I signed up for a subscription with the woofz app that was meant to last only one week, and it was 7 dollars. Yesterday, when checking to confirm that my subscription had ended, It came to my attention that I was charged 40 dollars, and was automatically put on a month long plan that I wasn’t informed of and didn’t approve of whatsoever. When I signed up I was never informed that I would be automatically put on the month long subscription after my week long subscription ended. I won't be using the app for the next month I was charged whatsoever, and I have already cancelled my subscription with the intention I'd only be using the training for 1 week. I am deeply upset that my money was wasted.
