I have been playing this game for years and enjoy the competition of the tournaments. Recently, in the Star tournament you can be ahead by over 300 to 400 hundred points. In a flash, literally minutes, a person not even listed goes ahead of you. No one is that fast at completing puzzles. I’m wondering if the names listed are bogus.
Disappointed
The last two updates adding levels hasn’t added the levels at all. I can’t even email them because the email button doesn’t even work. I have the current version. The submit button doesn’t even work!!!!

Change the screen please
I have been playing this game for several years. For the most part I enjoy it except when the background is changed to a particular one that has sections so dark I cannot see the open tiles even when I have the brightness on my phone as bright as possible. It’s very frustrating.
Bummer
I love this game but there are no new levels so I can’t play! I’m sad because I enjoy the weekly competition. I’m giving one star because most other games let you replay old scenes to continue with the gameplay. This game should be programmed to do the same so we can continue daily and weekly gameplay.
This is ridiculous!
I used to enjoy this game but lately the words they put in their puzzles are ones nobody’s ever heard of let alone figure out. I came up with a dozen plus words on current puzzle that I was doing and only two were correct. Frankly I’ve had enough of this game and intend on deleting it.

Playing in tournaments against bots instead of other people ruined the fun of it, not worth my time

Won’t Download
I tried to download the app and entered the payment info I use for my apps, but it kept giving me a message that read, “Payment information already added to your account.” And it wouldn’t do anything else. So, I found a less glitchy app, I guess. 👋
No Tournament
For the past several weeks, I have not been able to participate in the weekly tournament. The button to enter the tournament does not show up on my Word Calm page. I reached out, but did not get a response from Word Calm.
Tile crush side game scam
The tile crush side game is a scam. It’s impossible to solve the levels without buying boosters. That’s not hyperbole, it’s just literally not possible. Oh, and you can only buy boosters with actual money, you can’t buy them with coins.
Graphic Toe Fungus Ad
You read that correctly. Who approves these ads? Do you all screen them at all before accepting them? Why can’t I block certain ads that are beyond disgusting? Ready to delete the app after viewing this, because I do not ever want to see that ad ever again.
Automatic Update
I rate a one because the app automatically updated, and now the app won’t even open!!!!!!! I closed my device. Restarted my device. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it still opens and turns off. Why was it updated in the first place? Sometimes it is best to leave a good thing alone,
Is English your first language?
There are WAY too many missing words that have to be reported and I’m not even sure if you look at them. So many basic, elementary school words that are missed, and don’t even get me STARTED on all of the plurals you’re missing. It’s beyond frustrating to have so many words missing from a WORD game. I don’t understand why there are ancient coins used where simple words like “singing” isn’t. MANY words aren’t working AGAIN. UPDATE!
Tournament completion
I have embarrassingly played over 6k games. I have even tolerated the most annoying ads. I have 11 tournaments. I recently won one, but once the timer completes there is still a window of opportunity to have the first place win, stolen. Incredibly frustrating after putting so much effort to get the win.

I’ve been a long time player of this game and would play at least a few rounds a day. The ads have continued to get longer and more intrusive to gameplay. Weekly tournaments are played (you have no choice) and you can usually spend a little time over your weekend to get in the top 3. I caught this game cheating. I was up 400 points in a tournament and decided to play one more round before taking a break. After the round was finished I did a quick score check and all of the sudden I was down over 400 points. There is no way someone scored over 800 points in less than a minute. Not only did I immediately delete this game but I have decided to boycott this developer.

Tournament with boys?
Been playing this game for a long time. Like the tournaments. However, I was in first place with a lead of over 400. I go back in 20 min after the game is over to collect my winning points and I was in second place. There is NO WAY anyone can score over 400 points in 30 minutes. WTH?? my daughter always tells me I am playing against boys and now I believe her.

When I first started playing this game, it was really good. Minimal glitches. Over the past few months, I can’t get through a single level without having to close it and reopen.

This game constantly freezes. Ads are one thing but thane ads at the bottom of the screen are what freezes the screen. There’s nothing calming about a game tha constantly freezes.

I’m very disappointed that you have allowed ads from games that make abuse of any creature seem normal or ok!! And especially disappointed with those that have mistreatment of humans or show them in terrible situations that can’t be remedied.
I’m talking about Solitaire Ocean, Solitaire 3D Fish, Solitaire Story & even the Royal Match game & spin offs.
I’m truly over these ads & having to look away from them. I have my sound turned off on the game too, but several ads do not respect that, including some of these.
Remember that one person writing about this is representative of how thousands of people feel.
I want to see these kinds of ads removed & my sound preference being honored!!

Better love ads, more ads time than play
I finally had to give up on this game. I like the game play. Each level takes about 20 seconds with some up to a minute. So after 20 seconds of game play you have 30-60 seconds of ads. To make it even worse, it is the same ad over and over. Yes I know I could subscribe to get rid of ads. I play other games with ads and I can clearly say no one else wastes 60% of your time on ads. Just knowing their thought process is so skewed prevents me from subscribing. One good work around is to turn off WiFi it stops most of the ads.

Great concept. Worst word curation of any game I’ve played. Totally unfair and very stressful.
This game is clearly not curated by English speakers. Words are accepted on a purely and infuriating arbitrary way. Literally tens of hundreds of perfectly legitimate English words are not accepted or recognized. If you like anger and stress this is a good game for you!
Long ads
Too many ads and they are extremely long. You don’t have the option to click out if, it makes you watch them over and over and over! Also the ads are not truthful ads. They are lying about losing weight using AI to fake you out thinking it’s Dr Iz, Kelly Clarkson and the people from Shark Tank! That should be illegal to advertise false ads!

The game I love it. The ads not so much. They keep messing it the continuous game action. They either freeze it or some other stupid things happen, like black screen that wont allow ya to return to game
Latest update adds spam pop ups
Twice in the last few days I've opened Word Calm and immediately been sent to some scammy webpage in safari. I paid for no ads but I guess that doesn't matter anymore because they've already spent the money? It'll be a shame if another app's been bought by scammers.

Word calm is not calming. Far too many ads disrupt play. It’s also a knockoff of WordScapes which is much better (also has too many ads, but not as many as this)
