I don’t understand the purpose of paying for it and you still get stuck with ADS. Extremely annoying when you want to continue playing and then ask AD pops up and I just get out of the game at that point.

It’s a fun game, but I can only play it for so long because there’s a commercial after every game, and they’re long and tedious. And the games go by quickly and the commercials don’t. Not fun!

Started to freeze and started to fail to give me credits when I tried to earn points to reveal letters. Had to delete and re-download. Not sure that helped. Customer service contacted with no help

The game was really fun at first until I started experiencing the app freezing and glitching me out of my turns, using helps and losing them because it glitches. I’m not happy. If I could attach my proof to this post, I would. Definitely unhappy.

Has this game for not even 5 minutes. It sucks. First off- too many ads. Second. This is a guessing game. I want to be challenged why are you giving me words and letters other than the first letter? Why are you giving me 3 chances to guess a letter when it would be way better if I could just guess a whole word- submit it- and see if it’s wrong. Also, the tutorial at the beginning. Should be skippable. It takes a lot to create a game and I understand and I admire it but it just seems like a cash grab 🤷♀️ not like any real work was put into it..

It’s moving too fast and doing things I’m not asking it to do. It’s not just giving me the puzzle to figure out by myself. Maybe I don’t have the hang of it yet, but it moves too fast.

Got fed up on spending 5 times the time looking at ads you can’t get rid of instead of playing the game. Got up to level700+ but ads became utterly ridiculous.
Was fun
I really enjoyed the game, at 69 years of age, I felt it was keeping my brain active. All of a sudden it stopped opening and syncing on this iPad. The rest of my games continue to sync. Not sure what happened to this one. Also could never find a way to purchase the version without ads.

I paid the “one time fee” to remove the ads, and they are still there, popping up every 60 seconds. Don’t waste your time or your money..
Frustrating
This game is frustrating. I paid for no ads and I’m still getting ads and there is no way to get ahold of anyone to get my money back. Everything you do makes you watch an ad. Not fun.

And don’t even get me started on the quantity of ads. They are out of control.

Too many of the connections just do NOT make sense causing you to use hints or watch videos. I’m done.
Looks good, plays poor
The game was super glitchy. Whenever the ads would pop up, which was often, the screen just went black and the never went back. Often had to exit out of the app and get back in for the puzzle to load completely. For starting out I had hoped the levels would be a bit easier and then get harder or more opportunities to use coins to for letter help and the hints were too expensive for what little they did. Good concept and I liked how it was set up but it could use a bit more work
