I don’t understand why a game can’t just let you play the game without 20 screens of bonuses and prizes and challenge and contest. You end up spending half your time just trying to get to the game. Unplayable for me. I had to delete the app.

Used to enjoy word cookies but too many ads and unnecessary features that distract from the true intent of the game. What are the packages that are being unwrapped?
Watching FULL ad and not getting coins
Watching FULL ads and then not getting coins is not right. Also, having to click three times on the SAME video to get 15 coins is insanity.

I genuine hate this game with my entire heart, the words are so stupid and are always repeating and when u think it’s another word it’s just word but plural.. this game has made want to crash out and am crashing out right now. They also bring out words nobody has ever heard of and would never use. This game is actually so stupid.
Used to love!! Now it’s bloated with AI images and lackluster “events”.
I haven’t played in a while, so when I opened the app today I was expecting the old interface where you just have to click play, and then play the game. But this time, about ten pop-ups, one after another, stopped me from actually getting to the play button. All of the events are EXACTLY the same as all the other mobile games on the App Store. I can’t tell you how SICK I am of the ai-generated-card collecting features. I didn’t even hit the play button before I got annoyed and closed the app and opened the store to leave this review. I will be deleting the game right after this. Thank you for the absolute WORST updates you have made to the game 👎

Sleazy
How strange that on the spinning bonus wheel the Jackpot and the Honeydipper take up the exact same space on the wheel yet the Jackpot hardly ever hits but the Honeydipper (which coincidentally means you have to play 15 minutes more to get any bonus) ALWAYS hits every day (and often twice on the same day).
“Watch video” won’t allow exit
So when I want to earn more free coins and it wants you to watch a video…the video never ends & won’t allow you to exit to get back to your game that pisses off the player!
Too many bugs
I’ve been playing this game for over a year and there’s too many bugs. You never get your free rewards and have to restart the app a lot. There’s no way I would trust this game with my real money considering I constantly get robbed of free stuff for watching ads.

When you seek clarification and explanation for these extraneous ego boosters, they give you the run-around and do not make clear how these honors can earn you COINS which you need the most to continue in the game.

PUT THE WHEEL BACK PLEASE
Today, the first thing I do is my WordCookies daily puzzle and I see that the wheel is gone and there are fortune cookies (cookie) to open! What The Hell? I have been playing this game for many many years, (just look at my info) and you will see that I have been a loyal fan. Now, I don’t know what to do. Ditch it or try it? I will try it for a week, then it will either be deleted and another negative review, or, I will like it. Believe it or not this game has helped me thru one of the hardest times of my life last year. My husband of 50 years passed away suddenly and this game helped me to escape for a few minutes a day. So thank you for that. And next Monday I have a gigantic birthday coming up!!! I will be 39!!! Again!!

Used to love it
I used to play this game many years ago. Back then I loved it. Unfortunately monetary greed has taken over and ruined many things nowadays including this game. I got at least 7 pop ups for side quests and challenges and stuff I’m really not interested in before I could play. It forces you to open cards and random stuff that I can’t exit out of, and have to let run all the way through. We don’t need 5 challenges and daily quests and extra stuff on the side….. I also don’t like how the developer is telling everyone to leave their feedback in the app or contact their support. THIS is my feedback.

More problems
The daily spins take way too many points away-Speeds up every time it gets close to stopping on jackpot or 80 coins. This ultimate collection thing says I have 30+ days to go and then it randomly ends and starts a new theme-losing points I’ve collected. Not loving this game anymore.
Too many pops
The game has a million things that pop up that you MUST interact with before you can get to the heart of the game. It’s annoying since you can’t turn this off or simply X out/opt out of these
