Constant freezing
Why does my screen constantly freezes? I have to reboot my phone to get back to playing. This is getting annoying. I am getting frustrated and I don’t know what to do. The Vita Mahjong ad comes on and won’t go away. What is happening?

Played 763 word puzzles and my brain has enjoyed the challenge except game no. 763. The puzzle was entirely woke and offensive to any Christian. Whoever created the puzzle was intentionally trying to offend religious sentiments. One word was intentionally highlighted green to insure the drama. In most organizations that individual would be fired.

Advertises “NO ADS”. As soon as I got to the 4th game ads started coming on after EACH game. Why do they use a sweet gray-haired couple to lie about how they love the game so much because it has “no ads” and then after you waste time downloading the game, play a few minutes…tada…ADS! I deleted it after playing a few more games to confirm the ADS kept popping up. I don’t like being lied to. If you do, then download the game. 😤🙄

Gives option to watch ads that never load
Every time for weeks now that I’m given an option to watch an ad to get more coins, power ups, etc, I only get “Ad failed to load” message. I mean sheesh you want people to watch the ads that your advertisers pay for right? Or at least the paying advertisers do…

App keeps stopping for a minute or two
When playing a game it is annoying that this app keeps stopping and freezing and holding you up for anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute or more I have complained about this before and I will keep complaining Can fix it.
Unbelievable number of ads!
I like the game but there are SO many ads between levels that I'm going to delete it. I'm wasting my time clicking thru ads.
Very buggy since last update
I've played this game for years over level 5000 but over the last week it constantly freezes, lags to the point you can't select words and crashes. Even after rebooting iPhone.

I have been playing Word Crush for over 5 years and look forward to tournaments every weekend. This weekend I really was determined to come in first and did. However I was only given 200 points not 2000

I do wish the badge challenges were structured differently though. This should be a daily all day challenge instead of timed like it is now. The way they are structured now if you trigger a badge challenge by playing a game then you have to finish all three levels in a certain time period. Well that means one sitting playing for hours which I just can’t do and I would think many people can’t. Let those of us who can only play a few puzzles at a time have a chance at badges too

1) as this is obviously made by a country that is not the US, This winter season 2021 include native themed teepees and feather headdresses. This is a huge faux pas. Indigenous headdresses are current and culturally specific and not to be copied or used outside of specific ceremonial settings and then only by specific people who have earned and made them. So that was pretty shocking to see.
2)The other is why does the November 2021 bonus theme sun look like a corona virus? It’s pretty funny but still seems in poor taste

SO many ads
This game has more ads than any other game i’ve ever played. And it’s just not the volume of ads, it’s how they work. When you try to x out of them, they open up your browser. Then your browser opens up either another app or the App Store. It’s maddening. Additionally, the authors of this game do not speak English as a first language. Numerous “words” in it are not even words. And they are either miscatagorized or completely misspelled.

After updating no rewards are given. Even though the “Victory” screen appears, No rewards are received.
Ads are really annoying
I really enjoy this game and have for years. However, they have so many ads any more it is really difficult to play. There is an ad bar along the bottom that used to be static. However, they now have commercials running there, and those commercials just randomly take over the entire screen. I’ve even see them take over the screen in the middle of another ad. So you now have to watch two ads before you get back to your game. This can be right in the middle of you swapping in the board to take out a word.
Way To Many Ads!
Way to many ads and most of them are over 30 seconds long, and repetitive. Game it self is fine, I have been playing it for years, to the point I am at level 8517 and usually at 140,000 coins.. Sometimes the Ads are just overwhelming, and to top it off the game also freezes on occasion waiting to play the ad.. overall, a fun game but beware of the ads. Update 3/2026.. The ads have gotten worst. Most are over 60 seconds and appears at every turn of the game. Most of all they are STUPID ads like bee venom that shows a 60+ year old woman and magical with AI turns her into a 20 something. Same with diet Jell-O shots. There are some real ads like stretch pants that run over 60 seconds. And of course the ads tying to get you to download games like Royal Match that also runs over 90 seconds.. I don’t play as much as I use to.. I am tired of the TIME WASTING Ads.

The ad for the app promised that there were no annoying ads. Just another sleazy, lying developer saying anything to get people to download. I just started playing, and I’m already getting ads. I’m constantly disappointed with the integrity level of those who promote these apps.

Fake scans keep staring
As I’m playing this game, suddenly a page will open saying it’s scanning my device for viruses. It’s happened many times and I’m not clicking on any ads. It only happens on this game on my iPad, not in my iPhone. I know it’s a scam to try to make me think there’s sonething wrong so I click it. It also had different names in the scanning page.

Frustrating
At the beginning I really enjoyed the game some puzzles are challenging and fun, others easy.As you progress on chapters and levels it’s very difficult to pass a certain level and you have to spend lots of money to try to pass it and still you can’t. Specially the bus jam. After level 26 it’s impossible to pass. You can spend easily 20 dollars and not pass the level.
I understand that this games need money to continue the game but this is ridiculous. I’m not enjoying the game anymore. So be aware when it gets difficult and you start spending money, you have to invest more and more you can easy spend 30-40 dollars to pass the level if you’re lucky but immediately you get stuck on the next level.
