Glitches
App worked well for the first few months. Now weekly it is glitching. It loads almost completely then freezes. It will do this for days. Try reaching out to the company…there is no option to do so.

I was close to, if not already there to level 3,000. Game stopped loading. After numerous attempts to force the app closed the next step I was told was to delete and redownload it. I lost everything. There were no options to login and reconnect to an existing account. It was all gone!
It was great…
I loved this game, until... It always had some flaws like words that don’t actually exist and when you tap on the in app “dictionary” it tells you that a definition can’t be found and not allowing you to use actual words (even when the word isn’t part of the puzzle it is supposed to be a bonus word). However for the last 24 hours the app will not load all the way. I have tried everything short of deleting it completely to fix the issue, which I do not want to do as my progress and in app purchases would be gone. I have attempted to contact the developer, however, there is no way to. If you select support in the app store it sends you to the developer website which is just an advertisement for their products. There is no way to contact them, no FAQ, no bug fixes, etc. What garbage to not have any way for customers to contact you if there is an issue.
Terrible
The game keeps getting stuck on the Temu ad and another ad and I have to delete the app, reinstall it and start all over again! I tried going to Support but when I click on Contact Us nothing happens. This is very frustrating. Otherwise it is a great game.
LONG, FREQUENT ADS
This app has the longest, most frequent ads I've ever seen. They're so long they ruin the experience of the game as you're not able to shorten them like other apps. You are forced to watch a lengthy ad after EVERY game board you complete. I understand the need for ad revenue but this is so ridiculous I'm deleting the app.
$9.99 No Ads ... Still Getting Ads?!!
I just paid the 9.99 for no ads, but I'm still getting them. What am I missing??
