I have written to support group twice now and an receiving no answer. I have accumulated over 1 million stars but there is no way to use them. Rewards are mainly issued in stars. Are they just existing to collect money?

I played Word Town every morning, but this morning after the first puzzle, it changed over to another totally different game that is stupid! I can’t get back to the original Word Town so just going to delete the game altogether. If I could have given it zero stars, I would have.

What happened?
I’ve played this game every day for a few years, but for some reason, today it closes when I try to get the daily reward, or even just to play the daily puzzles. Wth?
Word Town upgrade
If you choose to upgrade you will get a different game that is hard to read because of the bright colors & change in background

Enough of the lengthy ads
Level 5201 and I’ve had it. Ads play repeatedly 30 seconds each iteration 3, 4 times before getting back to the game. The ads are LOUD and obnoxious. I wrote about this months ago and you did not respond.
Please move the helpful icons placed at the bottom of the screen. I accidentally hit them while resting my hand therefore losing one. It’s really a bad place to put them.

GET RID OF THOSE DISGUSTING ADS
I cannot stand those DISGUSTING ads for toenail fungus. They are vile and make me sick to my stomach. If they continue I will be forced to delete this app.

Volume of ads
ALL advertisements should follow the same rules as any thing else on the mobile device. If vibrate is on there should be NO sound coming out of the device.

Since you changed the picture I can’t see those yellow boxes on top . It was better with out them. The background is too light or too busy. I loved your game before you updated
What happened?
This app used to be challenging because the category wasn’t revealed until the end. Now, the category is immediately revealed and as a result it’s too tame! So disappointing - bring back the original!

Last update ruined the game
Used to be one of my favorites. Played every day. The challenge was not just to find the word but had to do it in the right sequence. The last update now gives you giant sized tiles and only four or five simple words that let you solve the puzzle in seconds. I guess I’ll keep it on my phone and see if a new update comes out that makes it worth playing again.
Not liking the new version
I enjoyed the older version. This is not much of a challenge.
Why change??
I have been playing this awesome game for years. All of a sudden the whole game was changed. I am so disappointed!! I won’t be playing it anymore because of the changes. I can’t figure out how to shuffle the letters in order to find new words. Very disappointed customer !!!

I have enjoyed word town but suddenly it’s just like any other game. Ads, side games, etc. Looks the same as the others, plays the same as the others. Too bad, it was unique. All the side crap isn’t necessary. Also it’s not real Zen. Better before this last “upgrade”. Disappointed
I used to love it
I absolutely loved this game, even with the excessive amount of ads. But ever since the update, it’s just looked like every other money grabbing, crappy game. I just wished they had fixed the bugs but kept the old style the same. Before it was simple and wholesome. Now it’s just things flying around begging you to watch an ad.

New update won’t load on old ipad
Playing Word Town has been part of my daily routine for years. I played on an old iPad Air dedicated to games. With the latest update, Word Town won’t even load.

Open the game today and it’s a totally different format. I guess I’m a traditionalist. I like the older format. Nice thing is there a lot of choices out there won’t be playing this again.

I downloaded this on a recommendation of a friend, on my ipad. Your game does not detect the orientation of devices with the app. It won't rotate based on the orientation I use on my ipad. Buh bye

It won’t allow you to watch videos for extra coins or use clue to reveal theme.
App keeps freezing
I don't so much mind the ads, but when the game freezes while an ad is playing, it drives me crazy. This happens all the time.

I was a a higher level and suddenly I was dropped back to level 1. Why??
Frustrating to play
Ads after every game. Constant screen freezing, black screens, etc. Annoying to play. Better games available. This one needs a serious upgrade.
Lots of issues
I’ve been playing this game for a few years now. I really enjoyed it until recently. I’ve been having issues and I’ve been working with “tech support “ and they say I have to wait until the next release for them to fix it. Terrible customer support. I will be deleting this game. What happened to this game?
It used to be a fun puzzle that took a few minutes to do. Now it is lots of little not challenging puzzles with ads between every one! The ads are hard to X out of. Are they so desperate for money they need to have six or seven ads just to play the daily game? I think I’m done with this game.

Talk about greedy! The update that has you do 5 ridiculously easy puzzles for the daily is nothing short of greedy! Having to watch an add after each level has ruined the game. I know your answer will be to pay to remove the ads. I think I already said greedy! I’m done with the game!

First grade puzzles
After using this app for a long time I’ve been reduced to starting over. Greatly dislike this occurrence. How can I get back to where I was? Will soon have to just cancel all together. Had challenging puzzles, now first grade ones. I had nearly 12,000 credits.
Boring
Used to love this game but now I have to play 4 ridiculously easy games to get to one somewhat harder game. If it doesn’t go back I’ll find another app that doesn’t waste my time but challenges me.
Go back to the old daily challenge format
The recent update is entirely for the benefit of shoving more adds in your face. The old format was a much better experience. It was a single more challenging word puzzle. This latest update has broken this into 5 tiny puzzles that are of no significant challenge. At the end of each you have to wait through a long annoying add. Yeah, I get why you did it. But it certainly as not to improve the user experience. I used to enjoy this game and look forward to the daily puzzle. Now, unless they it is reverted back. I will be removing it.
