Is there any available support to answer customers
Please am trying to report a malfunctioning glitch in the app.. any time i maximize the app to start playing words again! the app automatically starts a new game with another player. Not only one player it consistently automatically start a new game with someone each time i open the app. Even if i block them you will find a fresh game starting again once open the app. i don't why this keeps happening. mradam8200 is my my gmail

Ads are not like the game
The ads they run are not like the actual game. It’s WwF or scrabble. Not fitting words to specifications or spelling problem solving like the ad shows.
Not giving awards, can’t save friends, sending multiple games at once from the same player..
No matter how much I play the game, the rewards aren’t given after each challenge. I can’t save friends and the leaderboard won’t come up. Sometimes it sends me over 5 games to play at one. The mini games won’t come up, but the ads are right on point…very annoying

No response for serious player bad behavior
This is a great game that’s been ruined for me due to a player who has tried to start 60 games with me all at the same time!! Gives major stalker vibes. I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to get help from their support folks who never responded or did anything to help. Deleted the game and moved on.

Broken Game
Lately, this game has become very glitchy - ads force the game to quit, sometimes the game won’t open, multiple listings of the same opponent, etc. the worst is when you are in a large lead and your opponent makes a 2 or 3 point play and suddenly they are around 60 points ahead (this happens ALOT). I really liked this game but now it is the worst!
Doesn’t open just hangs
Just downloaded it. When I try open it shows one page then hangs on a blank page then finally shuts down the app.
Coins not received
I love playing the game and I would give it 5 stars but I ran into a problem. On April 11, 2026 I purchased 3000 coins for $19.99 and I did not receive them. I reached out to Apple, and was told that I needed to contact the app creator. I reach out to them via the game and no response. Yesterday (4/15) I was once again playing the game without the coins I purchased so I decided to try and purchase 500 coins for $4.99 and once again I did not receive the coins.
I will not make that mistake again but I would like to receive the 3500 coins that I have paid for.
Please fix the glitch and send me my coins. Thanks

Not the same
Not even close to the same game as what was advertised. Halfway through the third round, intrusive overly loud ad commercial pop-up.
Stop your long ads on other games
I don’t respond greatly to long ads. I usually just use af times to do other things. But you all advertise this game for more than 2 minutes. I was only able to write this because I use to have this game. I hate how long you all disputed my game I was playing so I decided to teach you all. I will never get this game back and not just because of your advertising but I your ratings are bad. Spoiler alert you all have too many ads in your game as well
Terrible customer support
I am very disappointed in the lack of customer support. I reported glitches over a month ago that affected my game play and have received zero help or response after several attempts. It’s frustrating to invest your time in a game that you genuinely enjoyed playing and be ignored when issues arise. Very shady and makes me question the reliability of the app. Customer service needs serious improvement.
Off line?
This is/was my favorite game. Have not been able to connect for a week. Game just went black. Years ago I had a. True/False game go black. Where do these games go to die? Very disappointed since I paid $59.95 for a years subscription.

Too many ads
This was my all time favorite game. But it’s getting ridiculous on all the ads. It’s not bad enough that an ad appears after 2 or 3 plays. And watching that ad takes the sound out of your game when it returns. But now they also have sound ads that play while you are concentrating on your game. It gets me so frustrated that I don’t want to play this game anymore. If I could just pay a one time fee to remove the ads I would but they require a monthly subscription in order to remove ads. And they just keep increasing the ads so you are forced to buy into the subscription or delete the game. I am going to delete the game. They are other scrabble games out there.

I have had issues with getting Earned Coin Gift Credits but am not allowed to get credit for them. When contacting them customary lack of response or yes we have your inquiry and will follow up. No sufficient fix Or follow-up very frustrating. Honestly thinking of leaving this WordWars game but they will lose a good paying customer

As someone else has stated, the app, since the most recent update will not load/open for me. I have tried everything.

I’ve been playing this game since 2020 and now as of 3-4 days ago the app won’t load correctly. It goes to the purple screen then it goes completely black. I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. This needs fixed cause it’s driving me crazy.

Black Screen
This was a 5 star game and down to a 1. I really enjoyed playing this game for about a year. Even though there were ads, you could usually exit out of them after a couple of seconds. I stopped playing for about a week and when I came back to the game, the app would open up briefly, and then it goes to a black screen. Tried rebooting, reinstalling, etc., and no luck whatsoever. So I pretty much lost all of my progress, score, percentage, friends list, etc with whatever glitch is happening with the app. Real shame as this was a good game to play.

Loved playing with the robot.
Have always played with the robot only because waiting on people to respond to their next move took forever. Enjoyed this game until recently when pop up ads all of a sudden interrupt the game constantly. Before, you’d click an ad for help with the game, but now starting the game with just 2 turns the ads bombard you out of nowhere. Had fun with this game for many years. This isn’t fun anymore and deleting after this review.

In the last several days, I get thrown off the app immediately, before I even get a chance to check opponents’ plays. I love the game, hate the problems.

It’s just scrabble, not the complex puzzle type of game that the ads showed.

I Love this game, however I’m paying for a yearly subscription and the app crashes far too often. My app and my iOS are updated. Please fix this. There is no way to contact the developer.

I’ve been playing for years and spent money on this game. Got to a certain level and now it keeps crashing on me whenever I watch an add or attempt to gain points. Sad, it was my fav game for years. And yes, I have updated multiple times.
