The game is fun but the constant 30-90 seconds long ads after every task made this app horrible! It’s buggy too so you’ll be sitting there waiting for the skip option to come up and it just doesn’t. It’s gotten to the point where closing out the app and going back in is faster than waiting for the ad to be over.

Great game, ads for free spin
When you pay for ad free, it’s not. A free spin should be free, not watch an ad to collect. Even paid for ad free and still had to watch ads to collect. Your game is amazingly fun, and I’m done watching the massive amounts of ads just to play, even after paying for ad free game play.
Freezes
I really enjoy playing this but it has issues. My screen freezes constantly when playing, I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but you guys really need to update this. It’s the only game I have that does it.

More offensive ads than gameplay
This game is such a money grab. It’s a loose premise for gameplay designed as a vessel for nonstop ads. Even when you select the options to reject a prize so you can bypass an ad, it still plays one. And most of the ads are offensive as can be. It was bad enough seeing Pratt and Momoa 3 times per round, but then ads for MAGA BS… then ads to Join Ice. This app and the greedy losers who made it don’t deserve another download. Help them to have the bad day they deserve. Move along and download literally any other game.. you won’t regret it.

Unbearable amount of ads
After you complete your moves there is an ad. So through one game you can sit and watch dozens of ads. I couldn’t last one day playing this!!!

Don’t waste your money. You have to pay to get rid of ads. Pay to have your picture on your profile. Games are easy (I won most of my games by an average of 100 points or more) until they decide you need to lose. That way they can try to get you to pay money to not lose your winning streak. If it’s your time to lose, nothing and I mean NOTHING will prevent it from happening. You will never get bonus letters and the AI opponent will. You will only get letters to complete words of 2,3, and 4 lengths and the AI will fill in all of the big words. Even if you know every word at the beginning of the game, you won’t win. Also, the profiles with pictures are ALL AI generated to try and get you to pay to put your own picture on there. Would be a fun game but it’s not. You can play real people too but each turn will probably take you 24 hours while you wait for your opponent to play.

Too many ads. You can’t even get through one game without at least 4-5 ads interrupting. I can understand an ad between each game, but that many during the game is just too much.

I love this game, play everyday for about 2 years. But lately the ads have gone crazy. It’s ads after EVERY TURN, and some ads are over 2 minutes. When I first started this game ads were often but only 30 or so seconds now it makes me not want to play.
Awful app
The game itself is good. I’d really like to play it. But this app is almost constant pop-ups and lengthy ads. You open it up and you have to click through a dozen pop-ups like a computer virus from the 90s before you can get to the home page. Then it’s primarily watching ads. For $7 you can buy ONE day without ads. Absolute garbage app. Whoever created this should be embarrassed.

You LITERALLY, I mean this VERY literally (I timed it), spend MORE time on ADS, then playing the game. I spend between 30-60 seconds per move, and then have to watch a 60-120 seconds of ads after each one. It’s not worth it at all. For a game where: you to play to ENJOY yourself and get your mind of off things once in awhile, it suuuure has me in my HEAD a LOT during all of these ADS! Uninstalled. Bummer. It would’ve been a great game. I really like this game, if you fix the ads, I’ll re-install. Until then, I’m going looking for a better word game ✌🏼

Cheating game
This game cheat so bad it’s not even funny. I had 65 points/coins. Watched a video to get 40 coins, didn’t use any of my coins, and when the video was done on so I lost my streak of 15. Doesn’t make any sense…then you’ll be playing someone you’ll put five tiles out and get like 14 points they’ll put two tiles out and get like 100 make it make sense
Now the app is glitching LIKE CRAZY!!! Just now at the start of my game I had six win streak and all of a sudden two what the heck?!? Not only that it makes it start over and over like three times before every single time it is ridiculous. I’m about done

To many adds!!
This game has an add like every minute or so, then they want to charge you weekly to get rid of them, when other games you make like a one time $5-$6 payment to get rid of adds completely and this game wants to charge you weekly or a year fee🤦🏻♀️as much as I love this game I’m going to be uninstalling!

This game used to be a fun game. It isn’t anymore. The ads are ridiculous they lock up the game plus the game directs a add after every turn. It takes forever sometimes. And a timed game is out of the question because of the ads. I’ve lost games because the ad kept me too long and ran out of time to respond. I’ve played this game since it was in beta before the ads now it isn’t even worth playing because you’re watching ads more than playing the game. Whoever the developer is totally screwed up a good game when you started with the ads. What a waste of time!

Rigged
This game has serious issues that undermine what could otherwise be a fun and competitive experience. First, the ad rewards are blatantly misleading. The game promises 15 hours of bonus cups if you watch an ad, but after watching it, the reward switches to just 15 minutes. I have screenshots to prove this, it’s dishonest and unacceptable.
Even worse, the gameplay mechanics are questionable. I lost a win streak not from a fair match, but because the game progressed while I was away. There were still plenty of letters left, and when I returned, all that was needed was the final letter, clearly showing the game continued in my absence, despite turns supposedly having a full minute each and 5 letters only.
Also, each turn is supposed to be timed at one minute, yet somehow my opponent’s move was placed immediately after mine, within seconds. It’s either a major bug or outright rigging. Or are we playing against bots?
To the developers: Please fix this. The game has strong potential, but misleading mechanics and poor timing logic kill the experience. Until these issues are resolved, I can’t recommend putting time or money into it.

Ads, ads, and more ads popping up in the middles of the game, after everything you do. Time waiting for ads to pop up and play through vs. actual play time is terrible. We get it: you want us to pay for the no ads feature. Just make the game a flat fee and get on with it. I wasted my time. The tiny bit that I got to play was fun but the ad experience ruins it.

don't bother logging in to your appleid if you've made any progress at all, because it'll reset you back to 0 / trainer levels. maybe support can figure out how to restore my unlogged progress, but that doesn't seem likely

Glitchy and paid for streaks
This game is fine, simple, and very glitchy. At the beginning of each turn after I place my letters, it will wipe them all off and I’ll have to start over again. There was one game where it said I lost in the middle of the game and wiped out my streak. I ended up winning that game, but still had streak of zero. With regard to the streaks, people pay to keep them, so they really are no good and no fun to compete against.

This game used to be super fun and mind stimulating but, now it is way too many ads. I’ve deleted this game due to the number of ads. You can’t even enjoy the game because of all the ads that you receive. The game also used to let you complete puzzles on your own but it seems now that you always have to compete and match with someone which is another con for me.
