Not good
So many advertisements, you are not able to play the game. Then it decides if you’re allowed to play the side game with the portraits or the butterfly’s from week to week, you may not be able to depend depending on the game. Supposed to be able to play the portrait game now and it’s not even giving me the option. Been that way for weeks. So sick of the advertisements.
Support is non-existent
For 5 weeks, I and others have not been able to play the binoculars portrait game despite earning binoculars to apply towards portraits. Customer service responds with the same BOT responses that they are aware of the problem and thank you for your patience. I have purchased animals, coins etc. and cannot use them to play this portion of the game. And frankly this is unacceptable and is taking away from the once pleasurable and fun game.

Used to be my favorite app of all time, but the developers either sold out or got money hungry and now the app is infested with intrusive ads that force open other apps on your phone, unskippable 30 ads, and ads that take several clicks to exit out of.

I used to like this game. I haven’t played it in a while and when I logged back in, there’s way too many ads and too many extra things that I don’t want to do but have no choice but to open. I deleted the game because after every level is an ad. Not to mention the extra things you can’t skip and you have to open. Do not recommend this game anymore.

You’ll spend more time watching commercials than actually playing the game. Some commercials are 2 minutes long. Ridiculous! Greedy! No stars
Not Fun
New players beware. All rewards boost that matter are gone. Game only caters to players from previous years that easily maxed ALL wildlife in less than a year. Now you stuck for over 5 years. Therefore, you always at bottom of tournaments. Not a fun game to start. Try other games.

I (we) enjoy the game but using abbreviations one time not the next, as well as words that was excepted not approved in the next game and then able to use in the next. As challenging games came up, the game would not approve regular words like “tired “ or their abbreviated word “tis”. Beware of tricks of game to use your resources.
I just recently paid for permanent ad removal because I started experiencing ads during my game play which stopped my game play. I got irritated with the ad interruptions which disrupted thought, game play, and advancement, so I paid the $25.00 permanent ad removal. Now I cannot advance with the monthly wildlife pictures during the month and other in game play. Three days stuck at one point. What? You have to have to watch a Royal Kingdom or Royal Match ad to advance to gain movement every movement? There is no option although it is stated you have that option. The daily tasks do not count correctly, find 10 words 5-6 letters long. None counted, not one out of the 25 plus games to advance on another daily task! I (we) love this game, but I will not recommend it now because it has become a gamblers game, no face value and makes you pay. Expect to pay but our expectations have dropped. Besides, there are so many games to be played without WiFi. Catch up developers!

This used to be a good game. Over time more and more ads kept popping in. Now there are ads just about every time you finish one puzzle, and the ads are long now. I’ve lost interest so I’m done here. Bye bye. ☹️

Overrun with ads
I used to love Wordscapes. I’d stay up late competing in tournaments and playing during any moments of downtime. I even stayed with it when I got a new phone and couldn’t recover my previous progress. But now it’s totally overrun with ads. I opened it today and an ad even covered all the buttons at the bottom. How can you include ads that inhibit core functionality of the app? I also purchased no ads! Really disappointed in where it’s gone.

Inappropriate Ads
I really liked this game before a lot of the changes, I’m glad they stopped showing ads that have so much violence and negativity against women, however the ads they share cause a link to be opened in your browser when you try to close them. It also keeps a lot of the coins you earn playing in a “piggy bank” then makes you pay for the coins you already earned while playing, on top of increasing the amount of ads you have to watch to play, and while playing a level, even if it is a timed level. That’s just greedy.
Fun but…
This game is fun. There’s side games to keep you busy. But I don’t recommend spending money on it. There’s lots of ads to watch. The main reason I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME is because their support is extremely inept. They are incapable of giving a straight answer and you will never get a resolution. Play at your own risk.

Candy crush videos
Whenever the candy crush video comes up to either open a chance to earn rewards, it locks up at the end (the ‘x’ does NOT exit the video) and the only way to get out is to shut your game down. Further, when I sign back in; I do NOT get credit for watching that video. Either drop candy crush or get them to make appropriate corrections in their video.

The adds are way too long and there are too many. I’d rather pay for the app.
Glitchy Poor Service
App glitches on a weekly basis and prevents you from accomplishing some events. When contacting customer service, they just brush it off without assistance, even if paying money to play. I’d recommend checking other games.

This is only playable if you’re not connected to data or wifi because every click will pop up an ad now.
Repetitive
I have been playing this game for a month or so. The play is fine but repetitive. The puzzle shapes change but the word lists seem to repeat. There also seem to be certain words that randomly change between acceptable or not depending on the puzzle.
You earn points that you can’t use for anything. You also receive diamonds that only buy new background characters. After you have two or three what is the need. And don’t get me started on the ads. At least one after every round. There have been times the ads take over and I have to quit the game to clear it.
I you like jumble word games this is fine play in airplane mode to avoid ads.

Disappointed with all the distractions
Used to be so fun. But now every game I come back there’s an ad, and then there’s an unavoidable feature I have to acknowledge and sit through as it loads some random stupid stuff I’ll never use. Just let me play the puzzles!
