Love the game, but ready to delete it. All my rewards going towards OLD tiles that I already own. I’m unable to acquire anything new. Ready to give up. And, I spend a lot of money on this app.
Ruined
I play this everyday and today it says there’s an update and you’ve dumbed down the game! I hate it. It’s ruined. Why do you have to dumb things down and ruin it first the rest of us. The elimination of 6 and 7 letter words is ridiculous. Whoever convinced you this was needed should be fired. I’m out.

Update this morning has changed the format and it’s awful! HATE IT! Why are five letter words the longest word you get? It feels dumbed down and I probably will now delete the app. I played this game every day and I found it incredibly satisfying. Please go back to the old format.
Constant ads
If you like a constant bombardment of ads interrupting your game and train of thought, this is the game for you. Some of the ads are even borderline pornographic. You are forced to let the ads run, tap to x-out multiple times and close the App Store that it makes come up, wait for the ad to run more, then x-out again. The ads will also open your browser without your permission, and freeze the app. Sometimes you miss out on rewards because of the ads freezing the app. Support is not helpful.
Lost money
I’ve bought credits and never receive them. Even tho it’s taken from my account. This game sucks and they take your money without giving you what you bought. Find a better game. Haven’t been able to buy new tiles for two months. Continue to ask for assistance but all I ever get is “we are working on this”. Look for another game because I’m not the only one experiencing issues. You’ll be disappointed. Too many glitches. After 3 months , no answers from support. Find a different word game. I’m not the only one having issues!
Daily deals
Would give this game a 5 star rating but I have suddenly lost the ability to acquire daily deals. There’s no way to contact support. Game isn’t working properly so I’m done playing it.
TOO MANY ADS
This game used to be fun. You only had to watch an ad after your first turn. Now it’s after EVERY turn. Thanks for ruining the game, you greedy jerks.
Ads on steroids
At first it was okay. Fun actually. Then the ads after every turn started. On top of the countless ads, the ads started to get longer and longer. Some are 2+ minutes long. So, my wife and I are about to delete the app.

12/29/25: What a way to ruin a game completely. After every turn where you play a word, there is an ad. It never used to be like this. To get rid of ads, it is $5 a month. No game is worth $60 a year. These people are out of their mind. -----11/5 Update: Again, playing the latest Halloween journey. I have played over twenty times. To the point where I have gone form level 17 to level 18 (which is at least 6,000 points and 50 points per game). Not once do I get a tile card that I need. I have only completed one out of the four tiles. Since then, I have only gotten tile cards for one of the other tiles about 90% of the time, but not the last one I need. The other two tiles, I have not gotten tile cards for since the beginning. I am not expecting to be handed tile cards, but again, at what point does one actually obtain it? I have been playing since it came out and spent hours on this to not be rewarded in the end? Seems like a scam to me. So I dropped it down a stay. Also, this game, which I have been playing for about 45 days, is taking up 1.68 GB on my phone. How is this game taking up so much space?! No other game is coming near that - not even my pictures with RAW! ------ I love the concept of the game! However, almost everyone always gets a complete Wordzee which to me is odd unless buying from the app. It is just impossible to get all the letters filled and all of the time. My main holdup is the ads. I do not mean having to watch them, but games these days are now charging monthly as opposed to a one-time fee. I would even pay $15 for this game, but in no way am I paying $5 a month - so $60 a year - on a game. Nintendo Switch games are that much money and then I have it forever. Not only ti repay the same the next year. Food for thought. I noticed that sometimes I watch videos in the shop and the boxes do not give me my rewards. So about five minutes wasted there. However, I am currently playing the Cafe Journey and I am convinced it is a scam. I got most of the tile cards during the first round. Then I completed level 19 and wanted the rest. I have now completed the Journey about five or six times and I am only one card closer that when I finished the first one. Considering I am seven cards away overall, this is crazy. I understand these tile cards are on the rare size. But how many times does one have to commit to a game to get at least one?! I still even get cards for ones that are completed so that is just useless right off the bat. It also really bothers me that they support ads for Pull the Pin or whatever it is called. In today’s era where gun violence is at a high, no one needs a game to be waving a gun at them for messing up. What is this teaching the youth saying that something as simple as you did not win or get your way and you can threaten a gun at people.

I used to Love playing this game with my friend. But now the endless and intrusive ads have made this game all but unplayable. I recently played three rounds of the Thanksgiving Journey mini game and there was an ad after all but one word played. There are five words per game. That means for 15 words played there were 14 ads. I kept count.

This game starts out as many do not as what was advertised. It has a few words and then you have to keep going up to another level. I’m trying to find one that actually starts with about 20 words.

If you like ads, you will love this game. All the ads you could want with the annoying intermission of a game. Please get rid of the word puzzles between the ads. I don’t have time for them.

I can tolerate the ads , but please use silent add! I keep my phone on silent but there is no ability to silence the ad. Impossible to play in waiting rooms because of the noisy ads. In addition, you can’t even get through the daily with less than three add. Two, too many. I just don’t play very often anymore
Great game, but for the number of ads
This is a great game, but there’s an ad after every word you enter, which is ridiculous. If it were two per ground it would be ok, but having to stop after every word to watch an ad for a game I am not going to download makes me want to delete this game after almost three years of playing.
Play if you just want to look at ads
This game would be funny but the cash grab is ridiculous. This is just another developer looking to squeeze every single dime they can out of the game. If you refuse to pay MONTHLY to rid the ads then you get inundated with so many the game becomes unplayable. Just gross greed. Developers like this should get deplatformed by Apple (the originators of corporate greed)

I have a 2 & a half year streak that is threatened by ads. It went from one ad during the daily play to two to after every work in one game now. This is ridiculous. Fix it and reduce the ads back to one or two. Great game, but this is just too much time wasted.

Tile match mania was my favorite part of this game, but the new update is awful.
Down to 2 stars!!
I would have given this game five stars. I have a Wordzee streak of almost 575 days. I will no longer be playing it because now every time you solve a word, a commercial plays. This is something I would play during my downtime at work and I can no longer do it because of the commercials. So much for my streak. Thanks Wordzee 😕
Back Off the Ads!!
I have been playing Wordzee for almost 1200 days. In the past month, the number of ads has increased exponentially! You cannot even get through a game without easily 3-4 ads. Fix it, please.

This game just stops working. There isn’t anything I can do to reboot this game. My sister has the same issue. And this is the second this has happened.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now, and it started out fun. But now, the amount of ads I experience during gameplay is ABSURD. Also the audio and sound playback is very laggy.

No longer get new tiles
I used to play ALL the time with tons of people. It was so fun to earn new tiles but now/after awhile you don’t get cards to earn new tiles. I don’t even have all the tiles and still get nothing toward earning them. Very disappointed. I only play with one friend now.
Excessive Ads = Less Fun
This used to be such a fun app. Ads were annoying but comparable to other apps. I played constantly and always had multiple games going. Took a break for a while and now that I’m back, the ads are out of control. A long ad every 2-3 turns consistently. Not only that, they’re obnoxiously loud. I always keep sound off for all games. My game is set on silent and yet, as soon as an ad starts, it’s blasting. I have to turn sound on and back off again to silence the ad, which I definitely shouldn’t have to do and have never had to do in other apps. Doesn’t matter though. As soon as the next ad comes on, the sound turns right back on. No longer worth my time and I refuse to play the sound game or pay $5 a month for no ads. $5 once, maybe. But not per month. Time to delete.

I really love this game but once again they give you more commercials than actual game play. Very disappointed with this.
Fun But Too Many Ads & What’s With Your Dictionary?
This game passes the time well enough & is somewhat enjoyable. There is an ad after every word played. How is “voweled” not considered a word in this game but “jezails” is? People also cheat too easily in this game because statistically speaking it’s illogical for the same player to get jezails as their final word 3x in a row. I blocked the player but y’all need to do better.
Furthermore this game counts games where you time out as a loss but if the other player timed out on the game it isn't counted as your win, unless that’s a bug that needs fixing. Wordzee would be much more fun to play with less ads, more accountability & an updated dictionary.

The ads?
There is literally no reason for not one but TWO ads to pop up while playing the daily puzzle. That is so ridiculous and is turning me off from playing.
Fun but!
I really enjoy playing this. It’s a really fun game. But the ads are so frequent. And so long. I just can’t take it. I get so frustrated. It’s just not fun anymore. When did ads get so long?
Hooked on ads
I love word games. I’m always on the lookout for a new one that is not a rehash of the same old stuff. This game fits the bill. It’s incredibly addictive and I’m enjoying it very much. That being said, the advertisements, the constant onslaught of advertisements is brain-rackingly, agonizing. Hence the four instead of five stars.

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and all of a sudden I’m getting an ad after every word? Huh?? There are a gazillion other word games out there. This one isn’t entertaining enough to deal with more frequent ads.

Greed
There is no way to permanently remove ads, $4.99 a month, $59.88 a year. Yeah that doesn’t seem like a lot for me you may say to yourself but, if you take the 54 k reviews they have, multiply that by $4.99/ month (not including tax) that’s almost $3 billion a year for them. However, not everyone that has downloaded the game leaves a review, so you do the math and really think about your hard earned money going to a monthly subscription for a game, not to mention the extra $0.99 or $1.99 you spend on extras every other day or week. There are plenty of other game developers out there that have awesome games that are completely ad free.
Why all the ads now?
I have been playing this game daily for 966 days and I’m getting ready to delete. Recently, the number of ads popping up is ridiculous. I was doing the daily and had 3 ads pop up. Disappointed!
