Who coded this app, five year old kids? This app constantly deletes my login information and Face ID and security code. Constantly. All the time. Does it on Android too. Please fix it.

Ive used every employee interface known to man and this is by far the worst. Need to look at how many hours you have? Need to request time off? Need to change your password? Forget it!! Unless you’re a professional software engineer just changing your password requires going to a different website competing multiple steps , every one of which is riddled with bugs and errors and “something went wrong” messages. They act like you’re working for the pentagon. Absolutely no helpful information is displayed anywhere that is easy to find or use. More of a company propaganda device than anything helpful to employees. Stick with ADP, Proliant, or paycore. Or just use a trained pidgin with a bad sense of direction and dyslexia, would probably end up getting better results than this
Multiple issues
The system often doesn’t record punches that it says it recorded successfully. Makes you log back in way too often. Often gets stuck trying to record a punch, making the punch late when it eventually goes through.

App works when it wants
I’ve done everything possible to get this app to function properly. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, always checked for updates. Everything and anything possible and it still works when it wants. Truly upsetting when I can’t even go in and check on hours or clock in for the day. I even upgraded to a new and updated phone and app still doesn’t work properly.

Struggling to start my new job because every time I sign in it says something went wrong and unable to process request. I know I’m using the right username and password, no matter what I do I cannot sign in. Now I’m unsure if I’ll be able to start my new job due to this poorly designed app

This app is always having issues. I’ve almost given up on it entirely because of how buggy and unreliable the app is. Constant relogins, how many times do I have to check “remember this device” until it actually remembers it? And don’t get me started on how abysmally slow this app can get. I’ve been using workday for over 3 years, and I can tell you it didn’t used to be this way. Not sure what’s changed but it’s been in this horrible state for the past 6 months with very little improvement. Wish my employer would change to something else.

Work day is not user friendly. I find it very disjointed when trying to do simple steps. Not a fan of this program. Would have appreciated some type of training.

Too many bugs. Cannot make corrections related to stated errors that prevent you from moving forward. Goes in a constant loop. Drink heavily before using Workday

This is the worst work app I’ve ever used in my life. Every time I need to clock in it forgets who I am, then when I need to clock out for lunch it opens up in the in app browser which doesn’t allow me to clock in or out. It’s slow, acts like it’s booting up like an old 70’s IbM computer. Absolutely terrible app.

Whats the point in having it scan my face to log in, if it won’t log me in??? Every single time, it scans my face, gives me a big check mark saying that’s logging me in, and then makes me type all my info in to log into the app anyways. App is slow and not well designed. Don’t bother with this app, just wait till you get into work and use a computer.

Dysfunctional Apps and Unnecessarily Complicated Reports
We have been using the product for less than six months and there are many functions that are not working in the app. Many of the reports can’t be used out of the box for our needs and many of them must have custom reports created. This has not been an easy process and it’s taking so long to work through.
