Buggy App
Every time I try and login now it says server error and kicks me out and I have to re-enter my credentials from my organization. I used to be able to use Face ID which used to work smoothly. Now every time I need to clock in or out I have to enter my credentials in which is frustrating. Please fix ASAP and I will update my review.
Garbage app.
One of the worst software experiences I’ve gotten my hands on. Can’t imagine the pain management and hr has dealt with through what has been 6 months of disaster. Kudos to the sales team who tricked this company into shooting ourselves in the foot for a quick buck. Hope you’re on a beach somewhere.

I wish my company didn’t use this app for our HR/payroll. There is little explanation of the abbreviations used on the site. Instructions are minimal to nonexistent for the employee. It might make sense to the HR or payroll employees, but not to anyone else in the company.

When you tried to even get into the app, it just says error, and then it freezes on the logo. You came and get into the app itself.
SUCKS
I’m required to use this for my timesheets, and Id honestly rather carve it into a stone tablet that have to deal with this app. Half the time it doesn’t even load, it just boot loops for minutes on end. The other half of the time it doesn’t save my punches, so I end up hearing about not clocking in or out, when really it’s the apps fault.

I am totally amazed at how bad this ap is. It’s like it’s from the early 2000s.
I have to enter my username and password multiple times throughout the day. Checking out for lunch, checking back in, checking in and out all require looking up and reentering username and password and a confirmation code. It never remembers either and you cannot use Face ID. Also have to choose work type even though there is only one option. Way way way too many steps and time needed to do the very basics.
I’ve never spoken to someone who actually likes it at all. Everyone hates this ap. Literally everyone.
There are other things wrong with it also but it has already stolen enough of my time so I’ll leave it there for now.

Super glitchy to the point I have to asked others others for my schedule I’ve use workday for almost a decade and at this point it need to fix the bugs it’s ridiculous

This is the most complicated system I have ever used. Not user friendly and more complicated than it needs to be. Maybe the use of a time clock in the clinic might keep down from the frustrations of the system not actually clocking in or out but don’t have that option

I had two employers that work through workday and both are hard to operate I have been locked out for a month unable to change my login

The app verifies you every time. It’s such a pain to log in, only to glitch out and log you out the minute you’re in the app.

ADP is much better. Why does it even ask for Face ID when it’s just going to make you type in the username and password anyways. Trash!!

This app is so unstable
This app is so unstable. A majority of the time I try to log in the app will do one of a few things; log in correctly, log in and require an Ping ID, use Face ID to log in then prompt me to use Face ID to log in, or log in but when the slide up log in prompt appears, and the Face ID fills in my credentials the app will simply load the workday website IN the slide up login window. It won’t drop this window and switch to the “native” app. Closing the app out and attempting to log in again does not always correct the issue.
Today however, when I try to log in I get a “server error” after the credentials are entered. I had the app load the website in the slide up window twice, but the app itself is broken. Again.
This is my access to my confidential pay and financial records - I can’t be sure the “website in the slide up” is secure and I shouldn’t have to play twenty login attempts to get access to my information.
Fix this mess.

App crashes
When I try to view my paystub for CVS health, the Workday app repeatedly crashes. It prompted me to sign in all over again but crash again at the payslip page. I can’t view my payslip on mobile
Worst app with no support
If you change jobs be prepared to have this app be unusable.
Doesn’t work on iPhone
Azure SSO doesn’t work. Endless loop of trying to log in, enter code in MS Authenticator, Workday never acknowledges approval. Workday sucks.

I have an iPhone 8. I cannot afford to purchase a new phone, we live hand to mouth and paycheck to paycheck. The app has been asking to be updated for months now, but I haven’t been allowed to, as the update requires a more recent iOS than I can have. Before, I was allowed to skip the update and continue to use the app. Now, I’m not allowed to skip, and I am forced to update, except I cannot update and I simply have to uninstall the app and figure out what I’m going to tell my work.

I don’t know how this app is 4 stars? I’ve had it for 4.5 years and it’s been horrible since day 1. No matter how many times I delete it and redownload it, it still never opens or works slower than dial up. I hate the fact that we have to use this app.

Why would I want to view my courses if I’m trying to register for one. Makes no sense. Zero. IF IM SEARCHING UP REGISTER, IM OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES. Terrible new UI update
The new UI update that forces the scrolling time entry on mobile is horrendous. This is a guaranteed way for users to incorrectly enter their hours as a scrolling interface (with 60 options for the minutes) acts like a slot machine.
Bring back the manual entry from the number pad, or at least an obvious user toggle to be able to enter manually vs scrolling.
Whoever designed this UI was clearly born in the ‘00s and hasn’t had to scroll deep through this type of UI for entering birthdates before…
