★★★★★ "Really terrible UX. If an early prototype of Windows95 met a first generation Apple Watch and had a child that was accidentslly dropped on its head, this would be the interface it produce" - Bogeymaker351

Charged me for no reason
Just money grabbing
Garbage - cannot create routes anymore.
This app is a waste of money. Now you have to use Strava or another app to create a route and import it into WOD. So much for an all in one app. Would be great otherwise.
Constantly crashes during routes
This used to be the greatest app of all time. Loved it. Used it constantly. Now I’m debating paying $10 for another app just to merge my runs because this thing crashes multiple times during my routes. The answer isn’t to just not use the routes since that is literally the only reason that I bought it.
Downs nothing for me! Want a refund
Installed the app read thru the instructions and followed all troubleshooting tips and the app just opens up and does nothing want a refund
They Broke it!
Update 6.0 erased all my personal settings. Worst of all the metric label fonts (I.e. bpm, %hr, etc.) are now TINY, UNREADABLE and the user can’t change them. How many of your Customers asked you to erase their settings? How many of your Customers can read the tiny little fonts while running or hiking? Is this company arrogant or carelessly incompetent?
Maps not so great
I purchased this app for my Apple Watch S9, the maps functionality is so far behind the ability of my $46 knock-off watch it’s almost laughable … the folks at WorkOutDoors and their mapping functionality are sadly about 15 yrs behind..
Needs work
Not intuitive at all. I would like a refund.
Very confusing
I’ve used WOD for a month now and have yet to get it work like I want it to. I don’t consider myself computer illiterate but this app has so many settings without any documentation saying what a setting does is mind boggling. Every time I make a change I have to do a run to test it out, if it doesn’t work like I expected I have to wait for the next day to test again. The developer knows in his mind what a setting does but there’s no documentation as to what the setting abbreviations mean. The only way to find out is to try it, this means another run to see what a setting does. There’s so many settings it would take a lifetime of test runs to figure them all out. I’m sure the app is great but without documentation the app is close to useless. At least I get benefit from the basic Apple Workout app, so far over the past month I haven’t received any useful info from WOD. I spend most of my running time stopping to screw with settings when I should be running.
I’ll let my monthly subscription run out and cancel it and go back to the Apple Workout app. At least that app gives me useful info and I’m not spending all my time tweaking settings.
My frustration level with WOD is maxed out

Stop tracking my heart rate
I love this app used it a lot but recently it stop tracking my heart rate and it annoys me a lot as it is one of the main things I track while working out
Does not connect to watch
This app is good but it should have a button natively on both watch and app to communicate or recalibrate. Like a sync button between the two. I can’t send or receive past workouts on the app to the watch (yes I tried uninstalling and rebooting app. Restarted app on both phone and watch) im on the latest version of iOS and watch OS and they can’t seem to communicate I can’t send a single workout, map, or running screen that I edited on my phone to the watch :/ other than that the potential for this app is really good
