If you cancel Game Center the app keeps crashing
The title says it all, I can’t play this game at all and it says it’s still compatible with my phone and the current iOS I have installed.
First, finish it and then ask for payment for it

Random shutdown
I’ve been stuck on level 41 of challenges for months now because the game will randomly quit on me. Even when I try to continue my progress after a restart of the app, it will quit continuously and not allow me to proceed.

You would think by looking at the previews that the game would be fun and enjoyable. It’s the exact opposite. What makes this game so horrible you ask? It’s the controls and lack of consistency in using the controls they have given to us. Don’t believe me? Go ahead and pay money to download the game and 2 games in you’ll quit and delete the game. Won’t be paying money to this franchise again.
Controls are twitchy and unreliable
Keep trying to jump backwards and it jumps forwards or does nothing at all and vice versa.
Bluetooth doesn't work
I guess I should have checked to see this app hadn't been updated in three years, Bluetooth multiplayer doesn't work anymore, let alone the garbage UI.
Not even worth $2
This game initially behaves like the original PC from the 90s. But somehow the controls are less controllable, less accurate, and more prone to do something other than what you’ve intended than the original. And if you attempt a multiplayer combat, expect EVERY computer player to be targeting you exclusively. This game was fun on PC. On this, it’s not even worth the $2.

This app crashes each time I try and play against another user. I have switched phones and still has problems.
The games cheats.
More often than I expected, the game places it’s worms in more favorable positions than your worms. I notice that it spreads its own worms out one clustering your worms. This is a turn based game. I also notice that in more than 50% of the time it gets the first shot giving itself the advantage.
Not like the original!
Looks like the original computer game, which was one of the greatest! But the controls on the phone are totally screwed! This leaves the game basically unplayable. If they would just fix this issue it could be amazing again!

Used to be my most played game until I upgraded my phone. Time for the developers to update this app. Unplayable due to touch calibration being way off. Get with the program Team 17
Buggy controls
It registers you tapping left of where you actually do which means you constantly run out of time and jump off into the water. Drives me up the wall.

Forgotten app
They forgot they still sold this app and haven't updated it in years. Between then and now, the iPhone and iOS has changed and somehow the screen isn't lines up right. The place you tap is off by a quarter inch. And I can't figure out for the life of me how to exit practice mode. Though starting from the original would be a cheap place to start but ended up a waste of money.
Poor program
Controls do not work, like everyone else says. I wish I had read reviews. It's such a shame to have such a good game be a disappointment.

So I downloaded the app, everything well and then i bought the golden donkey. It's broken and I can't play it anymore.

This game is awesome on any other platform like a computer, Xbox, Playstation, etc. This IOS version is absolutely GARBAGE. The controls are worthless and completely frustrating.

I love this game but does not work with my new iPhone 6 +. This game would be a 5 star but it has no update for the iPhone 6. I am mad I paid for a game that does not even work.

I have had this app for years and enjoyed it with no problems, but it doesn't work properly on my iPhone 6. I have to touch the screen a half inch to the left to control or select items on the screen. Makes moving and utilizing weapons difficult or impossible.

Extremely frustrating and nearly impossible to play due to touch commands and configuration not working properly. Was very excited to play on my new iPhone 6's large screen but was sadly let down.. Hopefully they will release an update.

Can't control the screen. Worms do whatever they want. Can't aim. Can't get them to move. It seems as if the program randomly decides how it wants to respond to my inputs and then do whatever it wants. It's a PoS and I want my money back! Fix it!
So sick of separate SD/HD apps...
This gets one star simply for having separate SD/HD downloads/purchases. There is no reason to have something like this separated. Competent developers have shown that a single purchase/app can work on both iPhone and iPad without trying to grab as much money as possible and make the two separate.
I tried to download this game on my iPad, only to realize that I cannot play the game in HD and didn't realize that my search was for iPhone apps. Of course the same exact app is available for my iPad in HD.. But for another 5$. Team 17 will never get another dime from me.
