When you try to mirror to a smart tv using either wifi or an HDMI-to-USB-C cable, it stops playing and gives an error that says to use AirPlay. If you try to use AirPlay, it stops playing and gives a random error code. Totally useless unless you want to watch on a small screen. Glad I didn’t pay for the trial

Not great
On AppleTV, WOW will time out and give you the circle of death. You can log out, log in, restore purchases and still nothing happens. When you send a message to WOW you will it receive a response. This used to be great. Now I want to delete and cancel.
Logs out CONSTANTLY
Having to log back into your own account on Apple TV multiple times a week with no solution is wild.
Absolutely my favorite streaming app
I love WOW Presents Plusprogramming, but this app has gotten glitchy and unreliable. Bugs up the wazoo. Fix it!

I adore RuPaul’s Drag Race and have bought every season of the main series and All Stars (those that were not available on Netflix).
Yet, signing up for this service a few weeks ago, I am thoroughly disappointed how abysmal the streaming capabilities and fluidity of this app is.
On my living room TV app and on my bedroom’s Apple TV app, unfortunately, the pauses, the lengthy times for this to reconnect-too much to recommend and really infuriating when this further lags during the lip-syncs no less. As I type this now, the season 18 Rate-A-Queen Part 1 lip-sync section is still buffering. I live in the heart of Tōkyō, Japan with a high-speed ethernet connection-no problem streaming 4K, among other things.
Please fix this.

Why have us pay for a app when the most current season isn’t even being presented. Waste of time
Glitchy at best
I’ve had a WOW subscription via Roku for many years. Now it’s not working even though I’m paying for it. When I try to restore purchase, it gives me an error. It seems Vimeo is behind the whole thing and at least they are trying to sort things out.

You can not watch Drag Race season 18. It keeps asking me to pay for episodes! I just paid for subscription on the app! Why do I have to pay extra!!

I would love to say this is worth the money. However, they recently started adding not 1 but 2 ads before every video.
When I I signed up it was ad free.
Not only are the ads annoying but the 2nd one specifically usually messes up the actual video if you try skipping.
Until they clearly state they will be serving ads with videos for the subscription you are paying or fix the issue with them I don’t see any other option but rate 1 star.

As usual Wow is all unorganized with its programming and marketing. Latina Royale is on social, but… NOT ON THE APP.

It needs a lot of work tbh
The sound is always off on most of the shows. There’s no screen mirroring or airplay on some of the international shows. Audio does not match visual on fashion photo reviews. It freezes during shows. I have other apps that have the same and better features and are less expensive if not free.
User experience is poor
It’s a great source for all things drag race, but it is EXTREMELY difficult to find the U.S. version of RuPaul’s drag race. All stars? UK vs the world? In your face. But the original? No where to be found. Doesn’t come up in search, browse, or the drag race tab. The app organization/ interface seems to be an afterthought.
