I adore RuPaul’s Drag Race and have bought every season of the main series and All Stars (those that were not available on Netflix).
Yet, signing up for this service a few weeks ago, I am thoroughly disappointed how abysmal the streaming capabilities and fluidity of this app is.
On my living room TV app and on my bedroom’s Apple TV app, unfortunately, the pauses, the lengthy times for this to reconnect-too much to recommend and really infuriating when this further lags during the lip-syncs no less. As I type this now, the season 18 Rate-A-Queen Part 1 lip-sync section is still buffering. I live in the heart of Tōkyō, Japan with a high-speed ethernet connection-no problem streaming 4K, among other things.
Please fix this.

I thought they already had all the episodes of Drag race on but they get rid of them after

Stop playing ads when I pay for the service.
Use to be 5 stars
I would love to say this is worth the money. However, they recently started adding not 1 but 2 ads before every video.
When I I signed up it was ad free.
Not only are the ads annoying but the 2nd one specifically usually messes up the actual video if you try skipping.
Until they clearly state they will be serving ads with videos for the subscription you are paying or fix the issue with them I don’t see any other option but rate 1 star.

I got 3 ads before an episode started…yall we already paying for a subscription, why are yall showing us ads for other shows? Especially 3 in a row…

Misleading
Thought I would be able to watch RPDR season 18 but that is not true if you live in the US or Canada. Not worth the money. Glad there was a free trial so I could immediately cancel. Don’t waste your time giving them the download
Fix your captions or hire me
WOW developers, the caption mess is completely unacceptable. Please fix the captions, remove them if you can’t accuracy, or hire a developer that actually knows what they are doing. Something like this is completely unacceptable in the streaming domain, and shows that WoW isn’t really taking itself seriously. Not to mention it’s completely disrespectful to deaf viewers. Get your act together.
Misleading
The recent ads for this app on various social media platforms were very misleading. I am unable to watch episodes of RPDR U.S. I will be cancelling when my subscription is up.
Awful not worth the price
I always get errors when trying to watch drag race specifically. Not even pre downloaded material works , customer care is useless. One step away from canceling the app.

It needs a lot of work tbh
The sound is always off on most of the shows. There’s no screen mirroring or airplay on some of the international shows. Audio does not match visual on fashion photo reviews. It freezes during shows. I have other apps that have the same and better features and are less expensive if not free.
User experience is poor
It’s a great source for all things drag race, but it is EXTREMELY difficult to find the U.S. version of RuPaul’s drag race. All stars? UK vs the world? In your face. But the original? No where to be found. Doesn’t come up in search, browse, or the drag race tab. The app organization/ interface seems to be an afterthought.
