Scam
Paid for 1 year subscription to Pro version, but only have “standard functionality” which is a free version. App wants me to pay again for Pro. My device does show Pro subscription, but no Pro functionality. All they want your money. I want a refund.
Lost years of data, no help, no support.
I was using this app to write my daily service reports. Basically all the job site info was in these reports. Then one day years of my work was just gone. For weeks I tried to get them back. I called and emailed the App technical support team. They made a very brief try to help. But when the instructions they gave didn’t work they just stopped responding.
I do not support this app. I don’t recommend this app.

Ruined a great app!!
WPS has made the use of Dropbox documents and also Apple Files documents impossible in a blatant effort to force users onto their WPS cloud service. It’s just disgusting. They have no understanding that for some users this greedy move makes the app totally unusable.

No support
I’ve subscribed annually renewal for WPS pro but everytime I try to do something with the app it wants me to subscribe. When I close window and try again. Same thing happens. I’ve written to help and don’t receive any response. No support. It’s a waste of money and fraudulent since I’m paying a subscription and don’t have pro access
Not Great!
I have had this app for years and enjoyed it, overall. With the recent update, everything is messed up. I am going to be canceling my subscription and finding something that actually works.
Removed cloud sync
Latest update removes the ability to sync or connect to Dropbox or OneDrive.
Glitching
Last update has caused many bugs. I select and drag right, it highlights three paragraphs up. The curser is not aligned with the correct location to type. Click save and the entire document closes and reopens at the top of the page. I’m still disgusted by the AI, but now just typing a document is impossible.

Me pide y cobra 3 veces al día por un servicio que no solicite, y se me intenta cobrar automáticamente de mi tarjeta, no le he metido dinero a la tarjeta por eso mismo porque se cobra solo el dinero, intento cancelar el pago automático y no me aparece ni en Mis suscripciones de Apple o por el estilo, tampoco me sale en la plataforma oficial de la app WPS y no puedo cancelar eso, un asco de aplicación.

What Did You Do?!
The changes (improvements?) are horrible! Printing choices used to be easy and efficient. Now I have to download to the cloud and select the page(s) I want, choose “scaling” etc to do a Simple print!!
Idioma corrector ortografico
No puedo Cambiar el idioma del corrector ortografico a español, simplemente el corrector ortografico no reconoce las palabras en español cuando escribo. No puedo solucionar este problema desde la configuracion directa de mi ipad. Y la aplicacion desde wps no tiene la opcion de cambiar el idioma del corrector ortografico.
