Stupid carpet paths, NO SUPPORT
My ROBOROCK vacuum does a good job cleaning the carpet. But it starts in any room closest to the dock and ends furthest from the dock. Then it goes back to the dock, diagonally, right through the nice pattern that it just left, making for an ugly result.
My recommendation is to start at the FAR end of the room, and work back toward the beginning. This will leave a nice, even pattern, and even save battery power.
I’ve tried to contact the manufacturer through the app, through email, through trouble, tickets, and NEVER gotten any response. is there ANY way to get in touch and provide feedback? Their “support” web page is all Chinese and the iPad translator will not even translate a single word. FAIL.

I've reported this multiple times in the app - the iOS app can't send push notifications, and can't see any msgs unless open the app, but there's been no response at all

Pregnancy Mode Not Available
We specifically bought the Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 because my wife is pregnant and we wanted a simple, safe way to track her weight.
It’s very disappointing to discover that there is no clear “Pregnancy Mode” or any way to reliably disable the body composition (BIA) feature in the app. This is a basic and important use case that should be supported.
For pregnant users, safety and clarity matter. Right now, it’s unclear how to use the scale in a proper weight-only mode without workarounds, which defeats the purpose of buying a smart scale in the first place.
Please add a dedicated Pregnancy Mode or an option to fully disable BIA. This is not a “nice to have” - it’s essential.

I don’t get how my light worked perfectly fine until y’all make an app that I now have to install, make an account for, login, connect my light to, then go back to Alexa app link my accounts just to be able to turn my light on and off again. Thank you truly
Terrible software
The idea is: You let the robot vacuum map the room, you set up schedules and parameters for it to know what to vacuum. Well, every week or so, the whole system resets and you have to do all this over and over again. It’s infuriating and frustrating. This includes setting up the other users you want to have control of the device. The device itself works well, but it relies on the software for it to be useful and that is where it fails. When it’s time to buy another robot vacuum I am staying away from this brand and research which other manufacturer has better software.

I have a Wifi Extender, what a stupid thing to first ask the customers to download the app and give no option of guest login. Taking all the credentials and then again failing to find a wifi network Im already connected to. Useless company

Unable to change router to US
The app have several servers, and different apps and settings based all on region. They say changes done on the app affect the router but the region setting is hard locked to mainlan China

I can’t live stream my Xiaomi camera using 4G or 5G. The camera works only on Wi-Fi, which is very inconvenient. I expected the app to allow remote viewing from anywhere, but mobile data simply doesn’t connect. Please fix this issue and improve mobile network compatibility.
