The worst!!
Really there is nothing more to be said other than just avoid these people! They are not even worth the discussion. Customer service.… They have no idea of what that is and if they did they wouldn’t care less. Wouldn’t care more either cuz they just won’t care.

Also, to new users wouldn’t recommend this game any longer. Too darn slow. It’s made for a baby now. Loops take forever to come back around and it’s just not good anymore. I’m on level 43 and a few steps away from a reward. I rather forfeit the reward than continue playing this.

At least some games give you a chance if you use good strategy to get past the really difficult levels this one just wants to push purchasing so it will be going and I’ll pay the regular price for my gas not worth it!!!

No daily login rewards. No video rewards other than extra lives, which really doesn’t help. Basically everything in this app cost money. So I’m stuck at level 50, out of the very few free tools to help get forward. Only have 360 coins and it costs 900 coins to keep the level going. And no way forward other than money, which I’m not going to spend money on an app I’m going to delete in 3 months top…we’ll much less than 3 months now.

Money money money
what an excellent game to keep your mind exercising and working on problem-solving. That being said after around level 20 every level that you beat has an ad for at least 60 seconds after you beat it. This is by far the most ads I’ve ever seen in anything and that includes the Super Bowl ha ha ha. It’s such a shame how money gets the best of people. To ruin a great game and lose customers is actually counterproductive to what you’re trying to do.

For weeks now the app automatically closes every time I open it. Most recent updates haven’t fixed this.

The game itself is great specially for puzzle lovers, however, there are a lot of ads. I got a few ads directing me to a pornographic site so parents please be aware. Pics were graphic to say the least.

I only started playing to add some points to my Fetch rewards, after playing about 135 levels it just keeps crashing now. Guess I have to find another game to accumulate Fetch rewards 😆

NOT APPROPRIATE DOE KIDS - Pornographic ads
The game itself is fantastic, however, the ad content is nowhere near appropriate for kids. I’ve received multiple pornographic ads while playing. This is unacceptable. I do not have a history of downloading pornographic games, clicking on pornographic ads or anything of the sort. Please beware if you are letting your kids play this on your account. Not sure what Apple or the developers are doing, but an age 4+ games should NEVER EVER have pornographic ads. EVER!!!
Not Working
Like others, all of a sudden the app crashes when I try to open it. Everything else on my phone works fine and I even restarted just in case, same issue only with this app.

I’ve been playing for the game for like a month and a half and for the very first time I cannot play the game at all and worried that I’m gonna lose all of my progress
Bad software
While the game concept is fun, the software to play and delete my account has been taking at least a week, and still not deleted. It’s taking up space on my devices which I don’t want.
No more
This is fun, addicting even. But some levels are damned near impossible. Then I noticed last night that I got charged 3 times, for boosters I had not purchased. I deleted the whole mess.
Broken
I finally got to 250, and now all of a sudden I can’t open the app. There’s been a handful of other people with the same issue. All my other apps work and my phone is up to date, so I don’t see why this sole app will not open? If so many people have this issue then I consider it to be an app issue. Please do not trust the high rated reviews, while it’s possible to get through without any coins they softlock many of the higher levels requiring you to replay over and over again until they give you certain color combos upfront so you can actually complete the level. Either way I really had fun with this app and hope I can continue playing it, only reason I leave 1 star is because it’s functionally broken.

This is a fun game and looked like it makes money on in app purchases. However, after 15 or so rounds, there are adds after EVERY round. And they still have in app purchases. Too bad. A fun game ruined by constant ads.

Won’t open now
The game is so addicting but now it won’t stay open. I’ve downloaded the updates. Every time I try to open it, it closes immediately. I tried reporting a problem but it only lets me request a refund or report fraud. So I’m here to let you know it needs another update.
Make watching ads an option to go on!
It cost way too much to keep going if you die. Make watching an ad an option. I’m about ready to give up on this game because of this issue. Other than that, I really enjoy the game. It is just getting to be too much to deal with this.
Makes you lose
I click on the yard so space doesn’t run out but it doesn’t select anything. Seriously a game to make you play but when you’re doing good it has a “lag”.

Honestly, this is the most fun of any of this type of game I’ve tried. The problem is, there’s a difference between hard and impossible without paying for points to continue when you end up with no space left. And even watching an ad after you win, 80 points is the most you can earn. There are not even any daily check in points or ways to earn extra points through ads.

This game has p*rnographic ads. It won’t let me add a photo to the review. There shouldn’t be anything like that on a game that a child could be playing. Would not recommend. The add itself had emojis to cover privates and it was a 4 some. Absolutely ridiculous.
Too hard in higher levels
I paid to remove ads as I really enjoyed this. However, as I am in the high 200 levels, it is just too hard. And no way to move on or skip a hard level. Disappointed I can no longer plays.
Another cash grab unfair game >:(
Like a million similar games: starts fun, then the ads start, then you might pay to remove ads, then it gets too difficult to win without using all your coins and rewards. You earn rewards at a snail’s pace but spend them too fast, and when you fail a level, they take all your rewards away, even though it takes 7-10 levels to earn them. It’s stacked against you but you’ve been hooked so they’re hoping you spend real cash to keep playing. Also, like every game of this type, the touch control response is too slow, yet it is essential to gameplay that you touch as fast as possible sometimes to clear screens. Completely unfair. Just greedy, unoriginal, copycat developers.

I love this game but have been unable to load it for days, apparently there was an update that has rendered the game unplayable. Extremely disappointing, wish the game was maintained better.
