Missing package
I received an email notification saying that I had a package that was coming. I went to logon to the app and come to find out the driver never called me. I’ve never had issues with yodel, but it is getting bad. I’ve always gotten a phone call. That is why I put my phone number on to be called. When packages are to be delivered and now this is the fourth package that I’m not getting due to the driver, not calling.

Horrible Customer Service
Vinay did nothing to help me after waiting over 2 hours for a delivery and the driver didn’t even show up. Wasn’t even in my area when said delivery was attempted. worst parcel service ever.
Soft lock during setup
Cannot get past the insert address set due to the screen going blank and only a back button remaining.
Useless App Useless Delivery Service
This company just delivers however they want. They don’t try and make delivery convenient at all.
Disappointing application
The app opens fine and all but what’s the point of providing a service when even your website says that the package can’t be tracked despite having a tracking number ? I have been waiting almost 3 weeks and every time I try to track it i get a “there was an error on our end” message. Save your time and don’t bother shipping with Yodel.
Doesn’t work
Tried tracking a package and I just keep getting a message that says “oops, something went wrong on our end”
Poorly written
