I purchased the one-time lifetime version for $59.99 via Apple TV. My PayPal was billed but the app doesn't recognize the purchase. Nor does it recognize me on my iPad or iPhone. Of course, the VGFit website has NO user support or contact info, so my money is gone. What a waste!
Crashes on iPhone 4s
Great app until it began crashing on iPhone 4s.
Disappointed
I was using this app on my Apple TV and loved it until recently. Seems you can’t access any of the classes now without a paid subscription.
Subscription not available in iphone
I bought my subscription on an Android device but when I dowloaded the app on an iPhone the subscription no longer appeared and I cannot recover it, after I paid for the entire year. Moreover, they dont seem to have a customer care email for troubleshooting.

What's with the NO music, no speaking, no instruction...just a feminine drill sergeant saying in a dull monotone, "Seated side stretch..." and then, "Seated side stretch other side." Dont like this app at all. Check out Gaiam's free app. It's excellent!

Absolutely NO app support!!
I downloaded some poses & now want to delete some to save room on iPad. App support just goes to their website, no way to contact. Tried to get help thru their Facebook page, they never answered. How can I get them to respond? Does anyone know how to delete poses?

My aunt uses this and it is a good app overall but... I can’t use it without purchasing it. If you are going to do that might as well just make the app cost money.Please read this before you get this (if you are broke like me😭😭)
Subpar yoga app
The poses in the beginner stretch’s do not flow at all. The music transitions are jarring. The old school Siri robotic voice is not well suited for a yoga app.
