배달기사 평가 시스템 도입해주시면 안되나요?
배달비도 비싼데 근래 10번 배달시키면 8번은 배달기사 때문에 기분이 상했습니다. 적어도 배달이 완료되면 배달완료되었다는 연락을 주어야 하는게 기본 아닌가요? 밖에서 음식이 10분 20분 가량 식은채 있던 적이 최근 잦아집니다.

Hana bank users beware
Every time i try to checkout with my Hana bank card, i get two options to pay.
Hana 1Q pay option through the application on you’re phone or you can try 일반 결제.
The 1Q pay always freezes once i get redirected to the 1Q pay app.
The 일반 결제 freezes as well.
The first 4 numbers on your card you can enter with a normal keyboard.
But the rest of the numbers must be entered through some digital keyboard that pops up on screen.
This digital keyboard never works!
I try and try again and wait to see it it needs to load, nope none of that works.
So i can’t make a purchase/order even if i wanted to, due to faulty application.
It might just apply to Hana bank/Hana card users.

미국에서 와서 sim 카드로 휴대폰 하고 있어서 인증이 안되는데… 잘 쓰다가 갑자기 배달 못 먹게 되서 어쩔수 없더라고요
개판도 이런 쓰레기 새판 배달 앱이 없다.
지난 3 개월 쿠팡을 멀리 하고 오로지 이 요기요만 사용. 노 쿠촌 노 할인 내돈 내산. 배달비 겁나 비쌈.
Very much not foreigner friendly
The new update means you can’t use this app without an arc so if you’re a foreigner without one don’t bother downloading this

하나만 그러면 내폰이 미쳤구나 할텐데 같이 사는 사람도 마찬가지이네요 2분정도 동작하니 쓰로틀링 걸리면서 엄청 느려집니다 패치가 필요해보입니다

예상 대기시간도 항상 긴데, 가끔 할인쿠폰 줘서 주문해보면 한번도 제시간에 온적없음. 전화로 취소신청해도 피드백도 엄청 느림.

user beware: if you place your order as a non-member you won't be getting an order confirmation that an order has been placed. this lack of order confirmation screens leads to users placing duplicate orders.
today this exact thing happened to me, and the company or the restaurant didn't even have a system in place to detect duplicate orders. i therefore had to pay for two meals.
just as bad as the awful app design is the way customer service throws paying customers under the bus. customer service center actually called me to demand that i pay for my order upon delivery despite it being a problem with the app. the company seems to have a preference for saving restaurant partnerships rather than their relationship with paying customers.
also i'd really like to delete my account but i see no such option. please add this option.
until these issues are fixed, avoid. i'm jumping ship to their biggest competitor. 👎👎

업체 가격행사
행사쿠폰이 떠서 주문을했는데 2시간 가까이가 지났는데 음식이 오지 않아 전화로 업체에 문의를 드렸습니다

Don’t get if you’re a foreigner like me
This app has terrible customer service. I was charged twice the delivery fee because apparently the delivery man called me 5 times but I didn’t receive a single call. I get calls just fine and I was even able to call the restaurant with this foreign iPhone with sim card. I’m assuming something went wrong with the connection because it’s a foreign phone? Either way, the restaurant told me to talk to customer service for the app, but there’s no answer. I can speak Korean but trying to explain this while the other side is using big words is beyond me. Anyway, I received my cold, bland food after paying twice the delivery fee. A good $16 for a pad thai... this would not happen in America with food delivery apps. They would have given me an apology at the least, and probably a full refund. Unless you are a native fluent Korean this app is a definite no go.
Useless for foreigners 👎
I don’t understand Korean, and we recently got stationed here, and this is app is all in Korean. No way to change the language in the app. Useless.
use uber eats instead
Worst food delivery experience. App support is slow and not helpful. Payments methods were confusing for both me and the restaurant. No location tracking during delivery. My order got delivered somewhere else. Rude and hostile restaurant staff.
The worst experience i've ever had
First of all it is sooo laggy and i could have ordered from closer one but this app has gps problem or I don't know, so i waited for like 2 hours just for one freaking chicken. There has to be more improvement of this app and until then i would never use this app.

This app is good in some ways, but it lacks convenience when it lists a restaurant but states that you have to call to order🙄
New update login issues

포장하기 제외하고 사용중 ---- 이미 재설치 수십번 해봤습니다. 최신버전에서도 똑같아요 앱 내부 로직 개선이 필요한것 같아요
한 시간 뒤 주문 취소?
주문 취소는 사정상 그럴 수 있다고 하지만 주문한지 한참이 지나서야 취소되었다고 하는 건 도대체 식사시간을 어떻게 하라는건지… 오늘 바쁘지 않아서 망정이지 거의 한 시간이 되어서야 배달원 수급 문제로 주문이 취소 되었다는 알림에 황당하기 짝이 없네요 ㅠ

Not very useful for forefinger
There are so many foreigners living in SK nowadays. So having: 1. English menu, 2. pictures for every food, 3. Instructions in English on how to cancel the order, 4. restaurant's information in English are my suggestions for a better app.
