Cannot download this app on my phone

Unable to respond on everything
Every time I’m trying to login it started showing update your app or exit when I click on exit still it’s not working I’m trying so many time it’s not working. Sometime I’m unable to make a payment its not even scan any QR code I don’t know how it sorted totally useless 😢😔☹️my experience literally very bad with it

App crashes on opening after recent update on ios 17
When am opening app after yoni sbi comes it automatically crashes since new update came out…it’s really frustrating I can’t access anything

Poor and Unstable App
App is very unstable and poor design for a banking app. It looks it was designed and built by a developer for a developer. This is not how a banking UI and functionality framework is setup.
Unable to login to app
SBI has been quiet annoying to deal with. I wish I hadn’t opened my NRO/NRE account here. I cannot login to the app nor use the UPI from the US. I have tried several times with no luck.
NRI nightmares
NRI cannot use SBI online banking and when we dowload it wont say anywhere not for NRis. Once you register your net banking it wont throw error if we enter more than “20 char pw is not allowed”now I m stuck for ever cannot use sbi yono nor lite! If tried online web version no use, tried lite app no use! I tried resintall many times it is not giving option to reset or if I enter forgot password then entries shows invalid! Contacted so many peope bank mgr no response customer care they only read the script they dont even read the email issue! No proper Nri technical strong team! Strongly recommended not good for NRIs I would give zero ratings

Baseless and slow. Dont know whats inside as it would not start even on Wifi or 5G network.
App scans all installed apps on my phone
I get a message “malicious apps detected on your phone, can’t proceed till they are removed”… 1st i didn’t give permission to scan my phone, secondly the alleged malicious app is not listed… so how does one even proceed… its so silly, like intentionally saying we don’t need customers and we don’t want to help you

Menu bar at the top of the app is inaccessible in pro max devices
Use app in iPhone pro max devices and try clicking menu bar. It doesn’t work. The top part of the app in the dynamic island space makes menu and top portion of app inaccessible
Bad experience
Pathetic application. Feels like a lottery to see it open up. You forget password or don’t use for sometime then everything is a shutdown and you have to run from pillar to post in the bank to get your password reset. Really don’t want to continue using SBI as everything is like a decade old.

Device registration on iPhone 17 does not work when upgrading the phone.

Your app itself is slow and takes forever and expect us to send sms in 5 seconds to register for UPI
Worst Banking App
The app is literally a pain to use. They don’t adhere to any modern design standards or guidelines like Apple’s ADG.
There is zero thought put into the effectiveness of UI or ease of use. The app is riddled with bad UI and programming practices under the guise of “Security Features”.
There are way too many security features that block you and make you enter 10 pages of info all again because of “security”. An example is FD creation. All of this is unnecessary when adhering to best HCI practices and implementing strong security that’s invisible to the customer.
Please look at other competitors like Chase, Amex, etc.

SMS verification required to use the app and it failed terribly for NRI/NRO accounts who use non indian phone numbers.
Yono UPI
Very unreliable. 50% of the times it shows technical error on scanners and payments on mob numbers. Can’t trust and rely on this and always need to have some other app as stand by.
App does not work
Exhausted all my options to make this work - called customer service wrote emails multiple times even visited the physical bank location. I still can’t even login to my account- has been a frustrating experience for me.

I think yono deserves the award for worst app ever built. It keeps automatically logging me out and I have to keep registering agin and again. They don’t even have a sing in option at the home page. You need to start the registration process and then it informs you already have an account. Duh! I know I have an account which you freaking logged me out of.

App startup is clunky , fails to register on dual sim mobile. Had to turn one line off to get Yono to work , too dumb a design in the name of security.

SBI can do way better than this. The app never supported a fund transfer and today it kicked out the registered profile and asked to register again. It throws error every time when tried to register again. Please either fix it and make it a work class app or scrap it.

This app has the worst UI that can be built. Not functional, icons/text colors are barely legible.

Issue with iPhone 16 pro
Please fix the screen issue on iPhone 16pro. Top section of screen gets merged with the clock and becomes non operative for going back.

App is same as the service customers receive at bank. Avoid SBI at any cost.
