Scam company, do not book through them
Once u do a monthly booking, you have to cancel it at same day otherwise they are charging 2 months. They are not notifying you in advance about this and only u came to know once you check automatic payment conditions

No dice for international travelers
As many others have mentioned frequently, you must use a UK number. Unfortunately this is not mentioned, the app gives obscure error codes, and the website gives even worse codes and errors Ended up using a random restaurant number to make it work (sorry to whatever restaurant it was).
Apparently you can have customer service do this manually, but who has time to wait for an agent while standing in a parking lot with your kids impatiently waiting?

The terminal worked perfectly after I fought the app for 20 minutes. Do not use

It continues to show me spaces that are not available on the dates selected for monthly parking.
Horrible App for NonUK resident.
In this global age the app only accepts UK mobile number is simply incompetent or inconsiderate. You will need some type of UK phone number.
Doesn’t take international phone numbers
How amazing is it that the App nor website will take any version of my international phone number.
Surely a massive percentage of your business targets visitors. Think of all the potential lost revenue & customers that visit the UK from abroad.

Won’t let you cancel without hassle
This app is designed to make cancelling painful. It’s dishonest and a annoying. My advice: Don’t use it.
