Всю информацию относительно списанной суммы, отмены подписки - А ОНА ОЧЕНЬ ХИТРО СПРЯТАНА ТОЛЬКО В ПРИЛОЖЕНИИ (не отображается ни в подписках ни в покупках на телефоне). И при своевременной отмене в течении бесплатного периода, вы бессовестно списываете $139,99 (выписка по карте есть на вашей почте), а потом рассказываете мне, что не видите ни оплаты ни аккаунта. Сейчас решаю этот вопрос с представителями MasterCard и готовлю иск со своим юристом, это уже дело принципа!

Huge trap for iOS users! They intentionally bypass Apple's App Store in-app purchase system and redirect you to their official website for subscription.
Once you get charged and want a refund, you can't request it through Apple because there is no record in the App Store. You are forced to deal with their own stubborn customer service. Avoid this shady practice!

Why are we locking everything behind a paywall, people like me want to get better at playing instruments but when you don’t let people use the app unless they spend 139.99 a year. This seems like a great app at first and yes I’m aware they need to make money off the app butt you don’t have to lock every single song. Find the ones that are most played and lock those, keep the others open and let people play those. If people like the app they’re more likely to spend money.

I HATE THIS APP
When I first got this I was so exited to play but it wouldn’t hear my chords! I looked at my iPhone to see if it wasn’t hearing right but it was this STUPID APP I was playing the right chord over and over until I quit. This app is really disappointing
Good & so pay to play
so first off this app made me get my guitar out and actually learn it instead of pretending and I’m actually doing good but the thing is I have to pay $160 for the year plan in order to even learn riffs😐 like come on and I can’t even sign into the free trial because I don’t have a credit card or any banking information. I CANT EVEN LEARN ANYTHING UNTIL (MY WAITING TIME LIMIT IS OVER) it’s actually stupid on how little I get to learn before I’m shown a $160 price to keep learning so there is no use of the app the next day unless you have $160 to drop on an AppStore app

DO NOT USE THIS APP(FRAUDULENT)
I signed up to use this app in September of last year when I started learning guitar. As I did more research I found another route so I cancelled my subscription. Much to my surprise I was charged the following month so I contacted iTunes customer service to figure it out. This continued for SIX more months! I filed a dispute every month and they continued to charge me. Long story short Yousician said that I cancelled the subscription on the app and then started it again on the website and if you read their terms of service you have to cancel on the app and the website when you use the website which I never did. They were not only stealing my money every month but when I finally escalated it to their customer service they said I was lying and that I was in the wrong and would not refund MY money. Absolutely horrible customer service and a sketchy and fraudulent subscription system.
make me cry in tutorial
I was using a electric guitar and it wasn’t plugged into an app. It didn’t say I had to. When he was telling me the tune and went from moved down all the way to move up each time played it, so I skipped that I went to the part where I play the cord and he kept saying I was doing the wrong cord
Misleading
Amazing setup and songs but you’re forced to pay if you want to continue after tuning your guitar. If you’re looking for a free and easy way to learn a couple songs just go to YouTube.

Apps should be forced to display their pricing before you download them. When you download an app you’ve already given your information for free to them. It’s 150 dollars for this subscription. In this economy I am not spending that on a hobby.

Charged $179.99 after free trial - no refund, no explanation
I was charged $179.99 the moment my free trial ended. I requested a refund the same day, before using the paid service. Apple denied it through an automated system with no human review and no explanation. Yousician support told me to contact Apple. Apple told me to contact Yousician. I went in circles for weeks with $180 gone and zero recourse. I have since filed complaints with the FTC, the Florida Attorney General, and the CFPB. Do not start a free trial unless you are 100% certain you want to pay $180 annually. They will not lift a finger to help you. You are on your own.

Unfair billing practices
It’s completely unfair for a company to charge these rates when they don’t put the same emphasis on each instrument included in the app equally. All of the new music and app development is built around guitar. Not bass. You should break out singing and bass into their separate apps so that you can bill your premium price for guitar and then a reduced price for bass and singing. 0 stars would have been my choice but I had to settle for 1.
What a joke
This app is a joke will pull money of for the subscription three to four days earlier they don’t care Aslong as they can take your money from you 32 dollars a month and you guys don’t know how to tell 30 days has passed
Trial period scam
I was supposed to be notified leading up to the end of the trial period and instead I was charged $175 without notice. That is a completely unacceptable business practice, I feel like I’ve been cheated.
Can you do anything?
Every single song is behind a paywall. I used to be a premium member and when it was free, I had at least 15 minutes with the challenge songs. Now only the tuner is free.
Horrible App!
The app is horribly arranged, can’t figure out where to go for what. Once you get a grasp on how the app doesn’t function, you can navigate around to a lot of useless videos. The people who made this app should have played Rocksmith a few times before designing the app. That way, they would at least understand how to present/display the tab in the app. If you’ve never held an instrument in your life this app might be useful. If you have messed with an instrument for more than 5 minutes this app will only bore you and make you wonder how much they had to pay Metallica in order to make them look so dumb. I suck at guitar. I know enough to know that I suck. This app was no help at all. If you also suck, this app probably isn’t for you.

It’s a good app I’ll give you that but I can’t even use it for anything but tuning my guitar because almost every is locked behind premium except some songs and the first two lessons. Is it a good app yes will I get it again no not until I get the money for it
Greedy
I liked the app but everything is pay walled. I would have been happy to pay $10-$15 a month, but their lowest price is $30 month-to-month. Charging broke musicians $30 a month in perpetuity is just greedy. I’ll go elsewhere.
Totally inconsistent with Chords and notes
I’ve used this app on and off for many years. Throughout the entire experience I’ve had issues that are extremely frustrating. Nothing’s worse than trying to learn something and it’s completely inconsistent when it will accept the cord or notes. Whether you’re trying to go for the hundred percent or just get through the song. I’ve had countless times where I’ve struck a cord or the note was dead, and it wouldn’t accept it as good even when I would say it’s bad. Then I would just be hitting random notes and then it would be accepting them as correct. I’ve tried to reduce background noise as much as possible, besides being in a completely soundproof room. Either way you shouldn’t have to do that if you’re trying to learn. Extremely frustrating. I find it hard to believe that other people are not experiencing this issue so all the five star reviews seem very fishy to me.
